Came here for a week and fell in love with the resort. The staff and sevice was above and beyond in my experience. Stayed in the junior deluxe sweet and was just blown away by the cleanliness and kindness of staff. The buffet was a literal life saver lol. Also shout out to cenote restaurant, you guys are awesome. Our transat rep was also amazing for getting us set up for excursions. Had an overall wonderful time with friends and would love to bring my family back for such an experience. Just loved this place.

Great experience! All of our wedding party stayed at this resort so we were able to hangout with them afterwards. Buffet was good, the pool bar was great, the room we were in was newer and the service was pronominal. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The only negative was trying to make reservations for their restaurants. We were only able to secure two dates out of the 4 nights we were here, everything else was booked. 🤷🏻‍♀️

We had an amazing time at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional service from our waiter, Margarito. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a perfect meal. Margarito anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made great recommendations that we loved. It’s rare to find someone so professional and kind — he really elevated the whole dining experience.

Jose at check in started our trip off top notch. Felt super lux and special. Beautiful rooms and amazing landscaping. Pools and beach are clean and fun. Plenty of sum beds and drinks! The lady at the swing/beach bar was super friendly and kind. Lots of trolls great food- they could open up more ala carte reservations as the system is a bit trying. Awesome!

The Yum supper buffet has been an overall incredible experience. A range of cultural offerings from traditional Mexican, Asian, Italian and various local seafood menu options. There is something for everyone available, and everything is beautiful and fresh. Our servers have been wonderful and friendly, and always quick to pick up on whether we require anything at our table. Always a with a joke and smile, they have contributed immensely to the positive atmosphere here. Would absolutely recommend
