The hotel is technically pet-friendly, which we appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The carpet was visibly stained, and the pillows emitted an unmistakable odor—best described as stale saliva left to ferment.
On a positive note, we valued the presence of laundry and ice machines, which slightly mitigated the otherwise unpleasant stay.
The lighting in the room was notably dim—evoking an atmosphere akin to fictional brothels in underdeveloped nations during the 1970s, as described in post-colonial literature.
Safety protocols are commendable; we were abruptly awakened by a fire alarm around 4 a.m., followed by a second one hours later. While this speaks well of the alarm system, it certainly tested our nerves.
Overall, the experience leaned more toward survival than relaxation.

The guest room was not very clean, but it is equipped with a kitchen, which makes it convenient for the whole family to travel. However, this may be the reason why the room is not clean. The front desk staff very nice and the geographical environment is very convenient. It takes only a few minutes to go to Universal Studios. There is a landmark Ferris wheel at the entrance of the hotel. The only thing to note is that hotel parking is not free, $24 per night.

This is my go-to stay when visiting as it doesn't have the usual Orlando traffic, and it is closed to everything, including the Costco gas station. The rooms are clean and comfortable enough for extended stays. My kids believe it to be their second home. Service is great and so is the breakfast in the morning. Can't wait to go back.

We booked this hotel based on location and a quick glimpse of decent reviews. We were really disappointed. The rooms are in need of a paint job and a MAJOR deep clean. Our bathroom sink had a crack that will filled with a caulking of a different color than the sink. There was hair everywhere, especially in the bathroom. After returning to our room at the end of the day, there seemed to be more hair in the shower and bathroom floor than when we left. Our beds werent fully made and tucked in. The flat sheet we left on the floor was haphazardly folded and left on the bed again. There was no full length mirror in our room, while other rooms had one. The high points of our stay were: the breakfast, the staff was really friendly and the hotel was family/child friendly, the pool was great, the lobby was nice and smelled great, and the location was great. The kitchenette area in the room is convenient as well. The positive points basically started and ended in the lobby on the first floor. Also, parking was pay per day which is ridiculous IMO.

I really want to give this hotel more stars but i just can’t. It wasn’t a filthy hotel but it definitely wasn’t the cleanest and Im still trying to decide if it was really worth the price.. considering some nights rates go up to almost $200.
When we checked in, we were greeted by the receptionist who was incredibly sweet! Check in was truly a breeze, the issues didn’t start until we got to our room. As soon as we walked in we smelt a very foul smell, it smelled old and dirty. Even my 8 year old was shook. I continued to check the room and when i looked in the sink there was an air filter? At this point i was just invested in looking through the room so i went to the bed and pulled off the sheets and (not ) to my surprise, the sheets were dirty. After that i went back downstairs and told the receptionist and she immediately checked us into a different room. Once we got to the new room, i was hit with a scent but it wasn’t as bad as the first room. At this point i just came to the conclusion that the hotel just has a lil stench to it but everything else was pretty clean so i just ended up going to Publix to get air freshener and Lysol wipes.
The next few days were great. We went to Universal Studios, so we were happy to know that the hotel offered a shuttle bus to and from the park for only five dollars round-trip. They also offer complementary breakfast which is made to order so it was fresh! There was a set menu of what was being served however they did have bagels muffins, cereal, a yogurt, bar, And fruit available if you didn’t want what was being made so that was super convenient.
The location of the hotel is also great. You’re super close to a lot of restaurants and attractions such as SeaWorld universal and Disney. We literally saw the Disney fireworks from our hotel, which is also super cool.
Overall, it really was a good experience, but I just know it could’ve been a lot better. This hotel is pretty decent. It’s just not as clean as I would like it to be.
