I’m just not a fan of this place. The rooms are spacious, clean yet a little worn. Because of the size of the room, the TV is a bit too far from the bed for good viewing. No hair dryer either. The lady at checkin was nice, yet, why does the Bonvoy app ask me to checkin using the app only to make me stop by the front desk as well. The lady said it was for an ID check. Ok, then why have me checkin using the app and specifically offer me a digital key? Irritating!!! 2 stars given for service because of this. And, beware of an additional $26 charge for parking. When a hotel does this without being up front when booking, that’s just dirty! You know, it’s not as if the hotel was in a city where parking options are limited. Again, a dirty business practice! One star given on location for this. I stay at a lot of Marriott properties and have never been charged when the hotel wasn’t in city.

I have mixed feelings on this location. I originally wanted to stay for 10 nights but then noticed there would be a parking fee and reduced my stay because it seemed a bit excessive for this location. I frequently stay at Hyatt & didn’t have to pay for parking and even when I stayed at another hotel earlier in the month, the parking rate was covered while this hotel’s rate is $26 a night. The theme park hotels include parking for their guests so the price just seemed a bit excessive. It could have just been my room but I was not completely satisfied with it. There was an odd odor in it and the TV did not work. I thought perhaps maybe it had something to do the with AC with the odor but it still remained throughout the stay. I wanted to move rooms but there was not another one available for the rate I paid for. I’m actually kind of disappointed because I wanted to enjoy my stay. The only good thing was the staff is kind, welcoming and the breakfast is pretty good

Great location near attractions and lots of restaurants nearby. The room has a kitchenette with apartment size fridge and freezer, sink, microwave and dishwasher with dishes. The beds were very comfortable and the walk-in shower was good. Ice machines weren't working on 2 of the 3 floors where available. Also the "every other day" room service consisted of some replacement towels. We had to call for trash removal and more shampoo. And over a 3 night stay we didn't see the hall get swept up or vacuumed.

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, we were informed of a technical issue and were relocated to another hotel within the same building, which required us to walk with all our luggage. We had booked a family room for six people, but instead were given two separate rooms with no connection, which disrupted our goal of spending quality time together. Additionally, the rooms were not properly equipped—there were not enough towels, no shampoo or conditioner, and the TV remote had no batteries. We expected a higher level of service and preparation for guests.

I check out today at 12 pm, and I left a shirt hanging in the closet. One hour later I called the nice front desk (guy) told me that he was going to check with housekeeping but not to worry. I stopped by the hotel at 4:30 pm, this time there were two girls. Both kept holding the phone like they were busy. I told them I was there for my shirt. Oh we are checking, hold on. After 2 minutes she told that no shirt was left in that room. Are you kidding me! So I am lying! I left because I had a long ride home. I called and ask for a manager, they kept putting me on hold. I will call again, and again! Not the shirt, but their attitude and disrespectful way of treating me! Other than that, the staff during breakfast and front desk in the morning were incredible nice.
