The bed at Encore was hands down one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on—so much so that I didn’t want to leave the room just to soak up every moment of it. The hotel staff were exceptional—warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Encore truly has everything you need, plus the added bonus of a stunning mall right across the street. The location, dining options, and overall atmosphere were top-notch. To top it all off, we were upgraded to a suite that even had its own massage room. Talk about a winning experience!

We had a room on the 31st floor with excellent views of the Sphere, etc. The room is very very spacious. Lots of closet and drawer space which is a huge plus! The only negative is no coffee maker or free bottled water. Had to wait in a fairly long line in the morning just to get a $6.95 coffee. Also the Wynn Hotel pool was being renovated. So every one was using the Encore pool which was only open from 10:00 till 4:00. P.m.! We could not get a spot by the pool at all. We also had to called down to the front desk twice for the engineering department to reset the GFCI outlet under the desk. Our casino host Bogdan F. was exceptional, personable, a true asset to the Encore team! Our concierge Nicole was a huge plus also, Very gregarious and professional and got us into one of the best Thai restaurants on the planet. Lotus of Siam Huge fitness room was a plus also! The Bell and valet staff was also exceptional. Highly recommend The Encore!

So far THE best hotel we've ever stayed in. We actually stayed in the Wynn, but they are connected and of the same type. We went to see Bryan Adams in concert. He was performing at the Encore theatre but the theater was actually closer if you stayed in the Wynn, so that's what we did. Our room was seriously the nicest one I've ever stayed in in LV. Gorgeous and clean and top tier. Even though it's quite a bit down the strip, it didn't bother me at all. I think most people want to stay in the center of the strip so they count out the Wynn. I would stay at the Wynn every time because of how amazing it was. I loved the atmosphere, the lobby entrance was gorgeous with REAL flowers creating the display (kudos to the designer and gardener!). The restaurants looked amazing and were booked solid, so make reservations early! We ate at the buffet and holy cow, it was. The. Bomb. They had EVERYTHING you could possibly want and so. Much. Seafood. It was to die for. Favorite hotel on the strip. Did I mention everything in the room was controlled with an iPad? Yeah... Very high tech and amazing. Oh my gosh, I can't say enough how much I loved it.

The room was huge, although a bit outdated and could hear sounds easily from the hallway, but in general pleased and think it’s good value for money. We had a nice chat with Angelina at the check in counter and appreciate her for being so considerate and sweet. Her great hospitality is a strong reason for our return to encore next time we visit Las Vegas! Thank you!
