The bed at Encore was hands down one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on—so much so that I didn’t want to leave the room just to soak up every moment of it. The hotel staff were exceptional—warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Encore truly has everything you need, plus the added bonus of a stunning mall right across the street. The location, dining options, and overall atmosphere were top-notch. To top it all off, we were upgraded to a suite that even had its own massage room. Talk about a winning experience!

A five-star hotel like Encore at Las Vegas prides itself on luxury, comfort, and an elevated guest experience. However, the absence of a basic amenity like a coffee maker or tea kettle in the room contradicts the very essence of hospitality. While it’s understandable that Las Vegas hotels aim to drive foot traffic to their casinos and restaurants, prioritizing short-term profits over guest comfort diminishes the quality of the stay and ultimately affects customer experience.
For many guests, starting the day with a cup of coffee or tea in the privacy of their room is not just a convenience but a necessity for relaxation and well-being. A luxury hotel should cater to this fundamental comfort rather than forcing guests to leave their rooms groggy and unprepared, simply to find a hot morning beverage. This is especially true for guests who are jet-lagged, or those who simply want a leisurely morning without immediately stepping into the hustles and bustles of casino environment.
Moreover, providing a coffee maker or tea kettle is a standard amenity in luxury hotels worldwide, making its absence at Encore a notable omission. It creates an impression that the hotel prioritizes its bottom line over the needs of its guests. While room service is an alternative, it is often time-consuming and lacking the immediacy and personal convenience of an in-room option.
A true five-star experience should focus on guest satisfaction first. Encore Las Vegas could enhance its reputation by reinstating in-room coffee and tea options, demonstrating that it values comfort and hospitality over profit-driven strategies. By doing so, the hotel would not only improve guest experience but also foster greater loyalty, ensuring that visitors return not just for the casino but for a genuinely luxurious and accommodating stay.

Came for the New Edition Concert in February 2025. Seats in orchestra row Y are separate from the regular orchestra seats and elevated next to the AV Team. But there’s great space to dance there. NE did amazing. Encore staff allowed us to go down close to the stage as an NE concert should be. Great experience overall.

Stayed here on 2 business trips - 3 nights each time. Very well appointed rooms with views of the golf course and the strip. Speedy room service. Very comfortable bed. Walked to the Sphere for Postcard to Earth show. Several luxury stores as you walk to the Wynn.
If you had to choose between the Wynn and Encore, prefer Encore if you are traveling with kids as you have so much more room. However, Wynn's rooms (especially the well lit bathrooms) are great for a couple stay.

We had a room on the 31st floor with excellent views of the Sphere, etc. The room is very very spacious. Lots of closet and drawer space which is a huge plus!
The only negative is no coffee maker or free bottled water.
Had to wait in a fairly long line in the morning just to get a $6.95 coffee.
Also the Wynn Hotel pool was being renovated. So every one was using the Encore pool which was only open from 10:00 till 4:00. P.m.!
We could not get a spot by the pool at all.
We also had to called down to the front desk twice for the engineering department to reset the GFCI outlet under the desk.
Our casino host Bogdan F. was exceptional, personable, a true asset to the Encore team!
Our concierge Nicole
was a huge plus also,
Very gregarious and professional and got us into one of the best Thai restaurants on the planet.
Lotus of Siam
Huge fitness room was a plus also!
The Bell and valet staff was also exceptional.
Highly recommend The Encore!
