Stayed here on 2 business trips - 3 nights each time. Very well appointed rooms with views of the golf course and the strip. Speedy room service. Very comfortable bed. Walked to the Sphere for Postcard to Earth show. Several luxury stores as you walk to the Wynn.
If you had to choose between the Wynn and Encore, prefer Encore if you are traveling with kids as you have so much more room. However, Wynn's rooms (especially the well lit bathrooms) are great for a couple stay.

Dear Wynn Hotel Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the quality of service and overall guest experience during my recent stay at the Wynn Hotel. As one of Las Vegas’ most esteemed establishments, I expected exceptional service and cleanliness, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
Here are the specific issues I encountered:
1. Lack of Guest Priority: It was disheartening to discover that hotel guests are not given priority for reservations at your on-site restaurants, making it impossible to secure a table for walk-ins.
2. Room Service Delays: Room service took as long as three hours to arrive, which is entirely unacceptable for a property of your caliber.
3. Room Cleanliness: Upon check-in, the room was visibly dirty and remained so even after we complained and brought the issue to the attention of the room inspector.
4. Valet Services: The valet service was exceptionally slow, with excessive wait times that made transportation frustrating.
5. Employee Conduct: Several employees appeared visibly stressed, and their demeanor reflected negatively on our experience as guests.
These issues not only fell short of my expectations but also compromised the luxury experience for which the Wynn Hotel is renowned.
I hope you will address these concerns with urgency and provide clarity on how you plan to improve service and guest satisfaction in the future. I would appreciate a formal response to this letter, along with any steps your team intends to take to ensure no guest endures similar inconveniences.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

Decent room & was looking forward to the stay. Unfortunately, housekeeping must have missed some clean-up in the room, mainly the restroom. Hair & shoe prints were left behind on the sink, tub, & around the shower from previous guests, so I had to clean up what I could.
Other than that, it's a pretty cool hotel with great casino & great buffet worth checking out at least once. Self parking is $20 overnight but free for guest & and check-in was super friendly & courteous.

This place was very nice but very expensive. I only stayed because of the conference there and my rooms were paid for. I visit Vegas often and it is definitely one of the nicest I have stayed at but it is so expensive that I just took a cab to my normal gambling spots. I get comped up at those hotels to stay so it just made sense to me to gamble there. The location is not great if you like to walk and look at all the other casinos and hotels on the strip. I do want to stress the rooms were awesome and nice. The hotel is clean and beautiful so if you have the money go ahead and stay.

I usually stay at the Cosmo but tried Encore to see how it was. Extremely well kept resort, very good service, excellent onsite restaurants and overall, a more refined experience than the Cosmo... Despite cosmos unbearable views and balcony's. Encore is a big step up in overall room/service quality. Will forward sure be back
