A true 5* service experience. Stayed 2 nights on a weekend .The quality of the training of the staff from front desk, to restaurants, to housekeeping staff was phenomenal. The hotel was elegant. Some people have seen note that it's 'soulless' , and while I think a Miami theme would have fit better, now that everything is open, it has a nice overall classy feel. Location was perfect during f1 time because you can avoid the traffic. North strip is building up nicely.
Stinkn Amazing
My wife and I stayed here the night of our wedding. Were locals so this was a fun awesome treat. The rooms are so pristine and the bathroom is HUGE. Loved the room. The casino is also very nice with plenty of cheap slots. I played $3 min roulette. Then we had lunch at Vida. I'll write a separate review for that 😃

We stayed 2 nights for a family vacation. We got upgraded to a different room at a higher level. The view was awesome especially in the night. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a good layout (bathtub and a separate shower room). The only con is we ordered some dessert from the room service at 9pm one day and it took almost 30 minutes to deliver it. I LOVE their fitness center however I wish it opens 24 hours but they close at 7pm. My kids were hoping to use their pool but it was too cold and only one of them was open.
We only ate at the Chyna Club restaurant in the hotel not the food court. The food was very delicious which I highly recommend to give it a try. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and will consider coming back again.

First time in Vegas in a decade. Well worth the adventure. Beautiful hotel. Rooms spectacular. Great Art Deco style decor. Base details: Don’t come without $$$$, small casino, restaurants were okay, not great. Service and staff are fantastic. Impressive people. The pool service area… the servers are under a lot of pressure. Be kind. Unfortunately ordered a $150 bottle of champagne and in the flute glass had legit mold floating around. Glad I saw that before drinking the whole bottle. Either the champagne or the cleanliness of the glasses- who knows? It was a bit alarming but they handled it with grace. Overall experience was wonderful.

Here is a splatter of my stay. Lots of random tips and observations here:
General Stuff: This was my first time staying at the hotel. It is a very beautiful hotel. Great aesthetic appeal.
Checkin; It would have been good to know from the registration person that Self Park was included
Concierge: Was not helpful at all. Service was poor. They are the coordinators of the hotel, but instead they were not helpful.
The Room: we got a two bed room on 23rd floor. Window faced view of the Strip including view of the Sphere, pool, etc. The room had a separate large tub and shower. Shower had good water pressure. Drapes, lights, ambient lighting all on same wall pad and automated. Good ambient lighting. Bathroom sink drain clogged for some reason. I was disappointed that the showers had individual shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles, versus wall mounted dispensers to avoid waste. So stupid not to have this!
The Spa: The spa is NOT included in the reservation—it is separate. It was booked up and I did not end up visiting.
The Gym: The gym is wonderful! It has everything you need and it’s well maintained.
Self park: The Self Park IS included in the reservation and you can use your room key to drive in and out of Self Park. Access to hotel from Self Park from two points—South Valet and North Valet. The Guest Elevators are closest to North Valet.
Water Refill Stations: I was disappointed to find out that I could only find 2 water bottle refill stations. One is located in the North Valet area next to restrooms. The other is located inside the gym.
Checkout: Get ready to experience potential bottlenecks at registration/check-out. See photo attached. It seems the operations team needs to review Operations Management 101 because the lines were ridiculous!
I’m still willing to give this hotel one more try.
