We recently stayed at the Fontainebleau, and we absolutely loved it. The hotel itself is stunning—everything is gorgeous, modern, and thoughtfully designed. From the lobby to the rooms, the property has a luxurious and fresh feel. There are plenty of amazing restaurants to choose from, offering a variety of high-end dining options. Just be prepared that most of them are on the pricier side. The casino is also fantastic—beautiful layout, great atmosphere, and very well maintained. The pool area is another highlight. The pools are beautiful, and unlike many other resorts, there are plenty of free lounge chairs with umbrellas, which was a huge plus. They also have table games by the pool, but unfortunately they weren’t open during our visit—they seem to only operate on weekends. Our room was spacious, clean, and modern. The bathroom was large and beautifully designed as well. A big bonus was having a fridge in the room to keep our drinks cold, which not all Vegas hotels provide. The only real downside is the location. You’re pretty far from the center Strip, so getting to the main attractions takes a bit more effort. You can take the tram, which is about a 15-minute walk away, or just grab an Uber when needed. Despite the location, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.

This past September we decided to try out the Fontainebleau. Everything from the check-in to the parking garage to the room service was outstanding. Check in was a breeze, and we even got upgraded to a nicer view of the Sphere and Strip room. The room was just luxurious, with an extra large shower in the bathroom, heavenly scented toiletries, super comfortable bathrobes, complimentary slippers, and ambient lighting that can be adjusted from a bedside switch. I loved the view of the Sphere from our room and at night would watch it delightfully change pictures. Room service was on point and always said hello to me and asked if I needed anything when I saw them in the hallways. The pool area was my favorite. Not too crowded in September when we went, and in the early morning, hardly anybody there. Wonderful poolside music drifted on the speakers, and the poolside staff was also friendly and always there when you needed your drink refreshed. We did eat at one of the Fontainebleau restaurants, Mother Wolf. A separate review is coming on that, but I can't recommend it enough just like this hotel. You truly get what you pay for. Needless to say, from now on we will be staying at the Fontainebleau and not the Aria which was very disappointing and underwhelming the last time we visited Vegas.

Beautiful Stay at Fontainebleau Las Vegas My wife and I had a fantastic short holiday at Fontainebleau. From arrival to departure, everything was spot on. The bell team handled our luggage efficiently, and the front desk staff were welcoming and professional. The hotel was spotless, with a great variety of restaurants and shops to suit different tastes. Our room was spacious, and the lifts were fast and convenient. Room service was consistently excellent. However, I was disappointed that there was no tea or coffee-making equipment in the room—something I’d expect from a five-star hotel. Getting LIV tickets was a bit tricky and could be made easier. Overall, though, it’s a beautiful hotel with great service. We’d happily stay again.

Booked a suite for a Wednesday through American Express fine hotels. When I arrived the front desk agent was unaware of this type of booking. Had to inform the agent of this and asked for my complimentary upgrade which should have been a Panorama suite. I was told that there was no availability. Now this is a Wednesday night. The hotel was completely dead. I went on line and would have been able to book the Panorama suite. I was offered to speak with the front desk manager and informed her of my findings. She again said no upgrade was available. I stated to her that I would not be staying here again and her response was "okay". This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. Has a similar experience the first time and after a call to American Express I was upgraded to a better suite. The second time I stayed we were upgraded without any issues. This time the American Express Platinum agent was of no help and you could see was there for a paycheck. It is no surprise that this hotel is losing 400K a day. It is also over 1 billion in debt. As someone who owns a small business. If I were in such a dire strait I would go out of my way to keep my returning customers. Furthermore, I get offers almost daily for 45% off of rooms both via email and on instagram. In addition, the hotel claims to be 5 stars. It is not 5 stars. The rooms are okay. The amenities in the rooms are not high end and even the toilet paper and facial tissues are thin and would be something that Bj's would see under their brand. The lobby and ground floor is cavernous and to be honest ugly.

I stayed here for a week as part of a conference, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is stunning and far from the typical smoke-filled lobbies you see elsewhere. The staff was friendly, helpful, and well-staffed throughout my stay. The room was impressive—the shower was huge, though I did wonder how it’s cleaned given the lack of a handheld attachment. The soaps provided were a vibrant blue and a bit too fragrant for my taste. I absolutely loved the magnificent view, the small fridge separate from the overpriced minibar, and the convenient buttons to close the shades. The bathroom lighting was a bit confusing, and I could never get the nightlight to stay on. That said, the bell staff and operators were excellent, and housekeeping did a fantastic job. My only wish, which others I spoke with shared, is that the casino area on the lobby floor could either be removed or made fully non-smoking. While it wasn’t nearly as bad as other nearby hotels, it does take away a bit from the overall beauty of the place.
