I loved that this was not directly on the strip. I don't like the business of the strip. Rooms were so clean. Service was 5 star from the front desk to the restaurant. The food there was AMAZING. I can't wait to go back. Even the Lavazzo coffee in the room was perfection.

Stayed here for business. The hotel is located within walking distance of the Las Vegas convention center. The hotel itself is attached to the Mandalay Bay hotel but its set up as a separate entity. There is a separate entryway, check in, pool area, gym etc. you can still access the greater Mandalay Bay hotel fairly easily however. There is a separate restraint for the hotel but I was wishing that there were some additional options. Otherwise it’s generally what you’d come to expect from a four seasons stay!

My biggest regret was not booking more days.
The room was extremely clean which was something I was worried about since the hospitality business isn't doing too well thank you so much to the housekeepers for constantly cleaning and asking if we needed anything.
I love how everything was white so you could see any stains or signs of parasites.
My biggest red flag is when hotels have dark colored sheets and low lighting but not at the Four seasons they have bright lighting and all white sheets when you walk in. There was no stains or signs of parasites.
Outside of the cleanliness, the staff was extremely kind and helped with every question. They always had cold water on hand, for us. The staff made everything 10/10.
The view for a Strip-View Room with king bed is amazing, so beautiful. It always felt surreal coming back to this view.
Overall, I think this place is worth the price. It's a non-smoking building so you don't come out smelling disgusting like cigarettes. The staff is extremely kind and friendly, housekeeping is doing an extremely job.

Stayed for two nights at the end of July. The Rooms were updated, large, and very clean. Staff were exceptionally friendly, from the front desk to the shops, spa, and pool. We enjoyed returning to our room to find nice little touches from the cleaning crew. The exercise room is well equipped and probably the nicest hotel gym I’ve ever been inside. Also, I was very grateful to receive a lower rate on my room at checkin, having noticed that rates were nearly half of what i had paid when booking the reservation six weeks prior.
It was nice to have access to the Mandalay Bay pools, but they were overcrowded to the point that it was uncomfortable - The lazy river wasn’t even moving, it was so full of people! So it was very nice to come back to the quiet and relaxing four seasons pool.
If you do wander to the Mandalay Bay pools, we were told that the four seasons has floats for the lazy river for guests to borrow so you can avoid spending $35/float.
The only low point we experienced was that the umbrellas at the pool were lowered in the middle of the afternoon due to occasional wind. My Irish friend could not handle the sun, so we weren’t able to spend as much time at the pool as we had wanted or planned. I understand the circumstances but surely there are umbrellas out there that can better handle wind, and a 5-star hotel in Vegas can offer pool-side shade to their guests in middle of summer.
Overall, i would definitely return. It’s a great escape from the chaos that is the Vegas strip, an adult oasis in the desert.
