Firstly, the room is a spacious, nicely decorated luxurious room with a comfortable big bed and an amazing city view. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is a hit, with a diverse list including halal and very delicious food and great coffee, really enjoyed it.
Aslo loved the big gym, which is not overcrowded so you can have a comfortable training.
The location is a big plus since you have two big shopping malls in the proximity (about 10-15 min. walking distance).
I hope i stayed for a longer time and would surely stay there again when i visit Bangkok the next time.

Stunning as M-Gallery’s often are. Great attentive service, immaculate rooms and superb ambience everywhere. Food was really good along with lovely work areas around the hotel. Although the pool area is very small, there is an impressive gym and the Piano Bar is fabulous.

This hotel has got to be the best one we have experienced after multiple revisits to Bangkok over the past 10 years. The customer service is top-level and all staff make the effort to greet you and make you feel welcome. The facilities are all of a high standard and the room we booked (Deluxe Room King Bed) was very spacious and comfortable. We would highly recommend VIE Hotel Bangkok to anyone visiting Bangkok. We will be back on our next holiday to Bangkok!

Well what a change a few years can make.
This was our go to hotel in BKK for many years in fact stayed here over 400 nights, not for a few years because of Covid and moving but was very disappointed on my return.
Made the booking way in advance and let them know we were hoping for the same level of service as we had received previously at what we called until this trip our 2nd home. Well sadly all that had changed too after never being asked for anything on check in, and simply handed the key like a regular would be,we were treated as first timers and even after mentioning that we had stayed here so many times it made no difference.
So a shock to start and quite frankly it really hurt to be subjected to this it ruined the memories of this hotel and I do not think it can ever make up for it.
The rooms have been given a semi facelift but things are still old and tired and the hot water is very dangerous as part way through the shower it comes out straight hot, extremely dangerous easily to be burned.
Shower products do not have any expiry dates on them and little smell, they look very cheap.
The room service menu is very hard to follow as to what food is even available, and when, as it looks like from on the cover of the magazine for the restaurant that lunch is only available daily and dinner only on a Monday night.
When I asked about this at reception I was rudely told oh just look inside the front page you can see what's available for 24hrs.
The staff are all new and very unfriendly overall except for Ooi the guest experience manager I believe she tried her best to rectify the train wreck our stay had started off as...she helped with everything asked of her a bit like old times.
The food on the menu was awful the spicy pork with basil was so hot we could not eat it and the fries were not even fully cooked both times I ordered them.We must have ordered the Pork dish and the Caesar salad and French fries hundreds of times in the past.
Breakfast used to be awesome there too in our room, which is now not available ,and the food in the buffet is nothing like it used to be, in house baked pastries have been replaced it seems with frozen partially cooked rubbish and the western breakfast never changed in the week we were there. We used to love the yogurt there before so fresh and in house made now we found a hair in the yogurt and a cockroach walking on the table between the yogurt jars. We had never ordered breakfast from outside EVER before but we did on two days this time because of the reasons mentioned above.
I really hope the owner can see what this is doing to the hotel, we really loved it and in the previous 8 years we NEVER looked for another BKK hotel to stay it but sorry not sure if we will be back...I would have thought regular long term clients like us were hard to find, seems not to you and your young inexperienced team there now.
The few old staff from the old Vie are still so friendly and as I said Ooi was great but as for the rest a long way to go to be anything like the old Vie we loved and remembered.

My family enjoyed the stay. We loved the staff, our room, the ambiance. Everyone was so accommodating and helped us with any requests or questions we had. We’d come back to stay again if given the chance. The pool, gym, and food service was phenomenal. Thank you again!
