Want to share this advice: ask if your room is anywhere in the area that opens down where the bar is located. Every bit of noise from down there comes straight up. The bar does not close until eleven. If you want to sleep any earlier ask for another room.
Overall we were okay with our room. It was clean and met our needs.
The hotel is really convenient to many Disney places.
The staff was mostly friendly.
The noise factor is big for me and why I rate you so low. We have this room because we paid for the Epcot fireworks view. Last night we heard people yelling around 10pm. It died down only to wake us up at 11:45 by someone yelling. I spoke to two people at reception. The lady I spoke with at 4pm today told me the manager was working on moving the group tonight. This may have been true for last night’s crowd but what about the private event held there tonight? I went back down around this evening around 9:30pm and spoke to Julian who said they were trying to move this crowd away. It is past 11pm and LOUDER THAN EVER!!!
My takeaway is this: this is not a unique problem and you really are not going to do anything like giving convention attendees their own place to party. .You host conventions so this has to happen many nights.i pointed this out to Julian and asked why they waited until 9:30pm to do something? If you do not want non-convention people staying with you then let people know. I would rather stay somewhere that is not allowing this to happen nightly and where we can get decent sleep before midnight.
You have a responsibility to all your customers to ensure a clean and peaceful stay. I do not think you have done that for my stay.

Great experience for a couple needing a hotel near Disney parks. Easy check in experience and the service was top notch. Self parking was easy to work with but requires a bit of a walk. Use valet if you have accessibility concerns. The pool/lazy river was a nice amenity when we needed a break from the parks. 1st floor market had plenty of snacks and drink options. Nice fitness center. We will visit again!

We had a fantastic experience at the Hilton Buena Vista Palace! This resort is perfect for both families and couples, offering something for everyone. We loved spending time at the pool, especially the lazy river, which was a big hit. The location is ideal—just a short walk to Disney Springs and an easy coach bus ride to the parks.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The highlight of our stay, though, was the amazing staff, especially Tatum at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful, checking us in smoothly and even securing a room upgrade for us. After a long morning of travel, it was so refreshing to be greeted with a smile and some great tips to enhance our stay.
We will definitely be back and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting the area!

We have stayed at the Lake Buena Vista Hilton several times! It is great hotel to stay at for it’s close proximity to Disney Springs. They offer a walking bridge directly to Disney Springs from their property. This will give you access to Disney buses and other Disney amenities without having to pay Disney prices. But you get what you pay for (although the price and fluctuate quite a bit at this location based on events and holiday). The hotel is less modern and can be musty smelling depending on where your room is. The transportation bus is nice but not as efficient as a Disney bus. So ultimately not a bad experience for what you pay. You also receive credits for water and coffee which is a great way to start the day.

Nice, modern hotel. Well equipped rooms, fast WiFi located close to Disney Springs (5min walk). The reception holds a map with a running tour (which I liked). The gym offers enough space, even during morning rush hours.
Actually almost everything is top. Only the rooms could be better checked before new guests arrive. The actual super nice big safe didn't work and I needed to call service to get the batteries exchanged. Same issue with shower gel, it needed several requests to get it refilled on the 3rd day of my stay eventually.
To sum up: nice modern place for discovering Disney Springs.
