Great Location & Outstanding Staff – A Few Updates Would Make It Perfect
Our family had a wonderful stay at Hilton Buena Vista Palace Orlando! The location is unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to Disney Springs, which made getting to restaurants and shops super convenient without needing to drive.
The service really stood out during our stay. The front desk was warm and welcoming, and when I unexpectedly got my period, they kindly provided tampons—such a thoughtful and timely gesture. Amanda at Citrus 28 was consistently kind and helpful, and another sweet staff member made our kids’ day with a big cookie. Little things like that made the experience feel really personal and special.
The hotel has great amenities, especially the pool and lazy river area, which our family loved. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but we did notice a few areas that could use some updating. The air conditioning unit was quite large and a bit outdated—it tended to swing between being extremely cold or too warm if not constantly running. The bathroom, while functional, could use some polishing; the tissue holder was loose and kept falling apart, and some fixtures showed wear.
Overall, it was still a lovely stay with standout service. With a few renovations, this hotel could easily be top-tier. We’d definitely come back and recommend it, especially for families looking to stay close to Disney Springs with amazing staff who go above and beyond.

Location is great. Food and beverages were good. Prices are reasonable. Rooms are decent. Where this hotel fails is in their accounting. I stayed a week on property for a business event as staff. When I checked out at the front desk, I noticed I was being charged for valet parking + parking tax. However, I never had a vehicle on premise. I explained this to the front desk attendant who agreed to remove the charges. I received a printed copy with the charged removed. Two days later, when I logged in to my credit card account, I noticed the property charged me more money than was on my printed statement (approximately $50 more). I logged on to my Hilton account to verify the statement aloaded and the hotel added valet parking back on to my statement (+ parking tax) for the 1st night. Makes no sense whatsoever. I reached out to my event manager rep for her to message her Hilton contact about this matter. It's been a week and there's not been a resolution. Disappointing especially as I'm a Hilton Diamond member.

Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace Disney Springs Area is a lively, welcoming hotel conveniently located near Walt Disney World. When you enter, the lobby features a bar, and check-in was quick for me (thanks to my Diamond status), though I did notice a line for other guests—possibly due to peak check-in times.
My room was comfortable—nothing overly luxurious, but perfect for a good night’s sleep. The balcony overlooking the Disney resort was a nice touch and made for a great view to wake up to. The room itself felt slightly larger than your average hotel room.
The property has multiple pools, a lazy river, a few restaurants, a bar, and ample conference space—essentially everything you’d want under one roof. If you’re visiting Disney, this location is ideal. It’s close enough to easily reach the parks (there’s a shuttle if you’d rather not walk), and if you need a break from the hustle of the parks, the hotel amenities can keep you entertained.
Overall, I’d recommend Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace Disney Springs Area for anyone seeking a comfortable, convenient stay near Disney.

Currently stuck in the hotel and rooms for work. First room smelled like mildew and stinky feet. I immediately walked back down stairs, at 10am to request a different room and was told they were booked. I am currently in another room, of which the sink faucet has visible mold growing from it - see photos (you are seeing multiple Clorox wipes) and it keeps pushing out black from the faucet after trying to clean it all off myself, so I’m brushing my teeth and washing my hands with water bottles. I go to get in bed, and 3 of the pillows have dirt/stains and the bed sheet/mattress cover has a yellow stain at the head. I’m currently laying on the top of the sheets, fully clothed, wishing for this trip to be over. The rooms smell like mold, I can only imagine how disgusting the carpets are with the smell, humidity, and the state of the rest of the room/hotel. I never received a call from management about my first room, and the only solution to the second room with the mildew faucet (I’m sure all the rooms are like this), was for me to ask for some type of Clorox wipe. My phone doesn’t work in the room to call to complain about the dirty pillows and the main light isn’t working. Go spend your vacation elsewhere. I’m shocked this has a 4 star rating.

Came for a business event at a neighboring (much more expensive) property and was very pleased that I picked this property! I arrived too early for a room so went to have lunch at the onsite Letterpress restaurant but that had closed till dinner. Their restaurant manager, however, personally escorted me to Sunnies and made sure the waitress took good care of me. He even came by later to see how I was! I call that service above and beyond! Let’s talk about my room. My only warning is to make sure you don’t get a room by the elevators. I heard mechanical noises all night. The bathtub, however, was one of the best I had encountered in my travel. My 5 star goes for this deep soaking tub. View from my balcony was photo worthy in the mornings. This double queen suite was spacious and accommodating for someone like myself who travels with lots of clothes and such for a multi-day business trip. There was even a closet loaded with towels and all. No place to hang dresses, though, oh well.
