Very clean and a safe place for me to stay during my solo Disney trip! They have their own bus transportation to the parks (you have to make reservations is the only downside) but for me it was fine cause I spent all day in the parks anyway! The rooms were clean and I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. I usually always stay on Disney property when I travel to Disney but this was a wonderful second option for a short trip!

Our experience at this resort has been horrendous. This hotel will quote one price on third party websites and then bombard you with resort fees totaling almost $300. (3 days)
The room was dirty. Small. And after all of the cost, still will run you about $400 dollars per night.
Let’s talk about the poor customer service. You can’t bring your own bags up using a bell cart, but when they bring it up expect a tip. Shady.
The woman at the desk when confronted on almost $300 dollars in resort fees will very politely (not so much), will tell you that if you check out early due to being ripped off, you will be charged the same regardless.
We will never stay at a Hilton resort again.
What a disgrace. What a waste of hard earned money.

Unfortunately, it’s a one and done for me. I really wanted to like this hotel as I’ve wanted to stay here for a while now. I’ve stayed at almost every hotel in the Disney Springs area and honestly this one was the worst I’ve experienced. I consider myself to be pretty low maintenance and it really doesn’t take much to impress me, but I was so disappointed with our stay here. I will say that the hotel staff was very friendly and courteous and they allowed us to check in early, which was nice. Being within walking distance to Disney Springs is great. However, those are the only positives. I’m not sure how this hotel can be considered a 4 star resort. The parking at $35 a night is the most expensive I’ve paid anywhere I’ve stayed and is ridiculous. The carpet on at least the floor we stayed on is dirty and needs to be vacuumed at the least. The rooms are not only ugly and outdated, but are in bad shape and in desperate need of renovation and repairs. The beds and pillows are so incredibly uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep at all. The bathroom floor was dirty and we had a walk in shower and only had a shower curtain that didn’t reach the floor so the water flooded the bathroom when anyone took a shower. This room didn’t even have a hair dryer which I find to be pretty basic in every hotel these days. This is not at all what I expect to find at a Hilton and won’t be back. If you’re looking for a Hilton specifically, or just a much nicer hotel, the Hilton Palace across the street is a way better option.

Stayed there 3 nights this past weekend and was extremely happy with the stay. Yes there is always something that will not meet 5 star or even 3, but for us it was great to be so close to Disney Springs and the buses to and from the parks were perfect. I want to give a shout out to Ferry at the front desk for taking care of my wife and I for her birthday! Good luck in Dallas!!

We recently enjoyed a few days at this Hilton during the 2024 Christmas holiday. Daily housekeeping kept our room clean and tidy, with fresh towels provided each day. The carpet was notably clean, a refreshing change from some other Hilton properties we've encountered.
A small but appreciated detail was the consistently warm sink water, eliminating the need for constant temperature adjustments. Housekeeping also ensures that toiletries and other supplies are always topped up.
The hotel's convenient location is within walking distance of Disney Springs, offering easy access to dining, entertainment, and scenic views.
