What stood out the most was how effortlessly she made us feel welcome and at ease, turning what could have been just another hotel stay into a truly memorable experience. I stayed at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs Area with my wife and kids, and it was an outstanding experience. The location is perfect — just a short walk to Disney Springs, with endless dining, shopping, and entertainment options right outside the door. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable — plenty of space for the whole family. The beds were cozy, and we loved the view from our room. The pool area was a hit with the kids, the on-site restaurants were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made the trip feel like the perfect mix of family fun and relaxation. We’ll definitely be coming back here for our next Disney trip.

Hotel Review: Hilton Lake Buena Vista I recently stayed at the Hilton Lake Buena Vista and had a mixed experience. The hotel has its charms, but there are definitely areas for improvement. Rooms: The rooms felt outdated, reminiscent of the 1980s. While the TV was a standout feature, offering a good range of channels and a modern interface, the overall decor could use a refresh to match contemporary standards. Dining: The breakfast buffet, while decent, seemed a bit overpriced. With options like the Waffle House nearby, it might be worth considering a price adjustment to make it more competitive. Service: One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service from the server Kala. Her energy and enthusiasm were unmatched, making dining a delightful experience. Overall Experience: The hotel has potential, but a renovation would significantly enhance the guest experience. Updating the rooms and adding more resort-like amenities could make it a top choice for visitors. In the meantime, the friendly staff, especially Kala, make the stay enjoyable despite the dated ambiance.

We chose to stay at the Hilton because of its location. We were only spending one night (after a cruise, but before flying out) and wanted somewhere close by to Disney Springs. The hotel is nice, but a little outdated. They have a marketplace with a Starbucks inside, so that was convenient. The staff was extremely friendly. The walk over to Disney Springs is very short and it is very convenient. If we had driven to Disney Springs and parked in the parking garage, I think we would have walked longer. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Had to adjust my billing to something slightly complicated with a split between a business paid for room and a few nights extra for vacation. I was told that it would be best to resolve things at checkout but I had an early flight so wanted to get it paid for the evening before my flight. Jenna resolved my issue graciously and quickly! I really appreciate how she was able help me out. Great job!
