Pros:

Cons: (and these are small things but with the price tag I feel like the hotel could do better with these things)
Toilet paper was the worst. It was very rough. I feel like they could provide than the cheapest toilet paper on the market.
The dresser in my room drawers would not stay closed. And it wasn't just one, it was all of them. Which drive me crazy.
The shower head would not stay in place. Would fall no matter what you did. So showering was a pain.
Again these are minor issues but I feel these are thing the hotel should be able to easily address for the price that you pay to stay.

Great accommodations close to so many things. It was very nice to be able to walk to Disney Springs for shopping and dinner. The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff from the check in counter to the housekeepers were very helpful and friendly. There's a restaurant, bar, small snack / convenience store, and Starbucks in the lobby. Highly recommend staying here.

Very nice hotel, and within walking distance of Disney Springs (took me only 15 minutes to get from the hotel to the back of Disney Springs, by the M&M store... So maybe about 5 minutes from the hotel to the entrance of Disney Springs (use the side exit by the pool area, by the way)). The rooms could definitely use an update though. The fridge made quite a bit of noise during the night, and the toilet did after flushing too. The entertainment setup in the rooms could also use an upgrade. They still have DVD players connected to the TVs, and give you DVD rental cards at check in. I think they should switch all that out, and maybe get some smart TVs in the rooms instead.

*Warning* Be careful if you stay at this Hilton and patronize the pool side bar. We had our room billed and also paid by credit card for a tab this past September. The next morning before we checked out, we noticed the double billing and went to the bar to have it corrected. The server working was the same one who had served us the day before and remembered us paying by credit card. He apologized said he would fix it, but they never refunded us. After weeks of trying to get refunded by email, we had to drive back to the hotel to get it refunded since they refused to do it over email. Several hours of time were wasted over an issue that should have never happened in the first place.

Our first time at this hotel, and we it was very misleading from the pictures we saw before booking, it’s nothing like the pictures.
Room needs an update/ renovation, doesn’t feel clean.
Staff was very accommodating, switching our rooms 2 times before we decided to go elsewhere.
Location is great. Walk to Disney Springs, very convenient.
