Unfortunately, it’s a one and done for me. I really wanted to like this hotel as I’ve wanted to stay here for a while now. I’ve stayed at almost every hotel in the Disney Springs area and honestly this one was the worst I’ve experienced. I consider myself to be pretty low maintenance and it really doesn’t take much to impress me, but I was so disappointed with our stay here. I will say that the hotel staff was very friendly and courteous and they allowed us to check in early, which was nice. Being within walking distance to Disney Springs is great. However, those are the only positives. I’m not sure how this hotel can be considered a 4 star resort. The parking at $35 a night is the most expensive I’ve paid anywhere I’ve stayed and is ridiculous. The carpet on at least the floor we stayed on is dirty and needs to be vacuumed at the least. The rooms are not only ugly and outdated, but are in bad shape and in desperate need of renovation and repairs. The beds and pillows are so incredibly uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep at all. The bathroom floor was dirty and we had a walk in shower and only had a shower curtain that didn’t reach the floor so the water flooded the bathroom when anyone took a shower. This room didn’t even have a hair dryer which I find to be pretty basic in every hotel these days. This is not at all what I expect to find at a Hilton and won’t be back. If you’re looking for a Hilton specifically, or just a much nicer hotel, the Hilton Palace across the street is a way better option.

During our recent stay, we encountered several issues that significantly detracted from our experience. The rooms were unattractive and extremely outdated. Parking a rental car incurred a $35 nightly fee, and room cleaning services cost an additional $10 per request, as stated on their website. A mandatory, despite spending over a thousand dollars for the week, an additional $300 non-refundable resort fee was also charged upon check-in; resort fee for what....? We couldn't even utilize the pool due to the 30-degree weather in January, our room didn't overlook the pool. Although a staff member expedited our check-in by assigning us a higher floor, the accommodations were far from luxurious. Breakfast isn't complimentary and is quite expensive. While early park entry was a perk, the hotel didn't appear on the Disney app, and front desk staff were unable to assist.
The location was the only positive aspect you're extremely close to Disney Springs. Early check-in was challenging; we waited in the lobby for hours without communication until I approached the counter and was told we had been forgotten. The buses to Disney, operated by a separate company, ran once every hour and had limited routes. Information about the bus service was scarce, and staff frequently redirected us to the Disney travel guide counter for hotel-related inquiries. After expressing our concerns and mentioning it was our honeymoon, we received a bottle of champagne and chocolates. In the future, we'll opt for a Disney resort for a more stress-less experience.

The location, staff , amenities were amazing, walking distance to Disney springs. The only improvement is the room temperature it was way colder in the room and the thermostat had a limited capacity we were told. The staff tried their best to have the thermostat repaired and have an ambient room temperature. Aside of this the hotel was very pleasant, will definitely recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about my check-in experience at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista—Disney Springs, thanks to the Ferry at the front desk! From the moment I arrived, Ferry made me feel like a valued guest with his warm, friendly smile and exceptional professionalism.
He went above and beyond to ensure the check-in process was smooth and seamless, answering all my questions with patience and care. Ferry’s local knowledge and personalized recommendations for Disney Springs and the surrounding area were incredibly helpful and added much value to my stay.
It’s rare to come across someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding service, and Ferry sets the gold standard. His attention to detail and genuine effort to make my stay perfect made all the difference.
If you’re visiting this Hilton, you’re in for a treat if Ferry is there to welcome you. Thank you, Ferry, for starting my trip with such an amazing experience—I’ll definitely be back.

We recently enjoyed a few days at this Hilton during the 2024 Christmas holiday. Daily housekeeping kept our room clean and tidy, with fresh towels provided each day. The carpet was notably clean, a refreshing change from some other Hilton properties we've encountered.
A small but appreciated detail was the consistently warm sink water, eliminating the need for constant temperature adjustments. Housekeeping also ensures that toiletries and other supplies are always topped up.
The hotel's convenient location is within walking distance of Disney Springs, offering easy access to dining, entertainment, and scenic views.
