Overall Experience: We had a good stay – the location is excellent and the staff are truly amazing. Room: We stayed in room 6205 with a balcony overlooking the main area and the pool. Unfortunately, the rooms are not soundproof at all. We were traveling with a baby and could hear everything – doors slamming, music from the hotel’s evening events, and even noises from the neighboring rooms. In addition, there was construction going on right next to the building. The hotel never mentioned this in advance, and the drilling and heavy machinery made it difficult for the baby to sleep. Food: Breakfast was tasty, but the same every day with no variety. Guests: Around 90% of the guests were Israeli, which could be an issue for those looking for a more international atmosphere. Pool & Facilities: The pool area is nice but lacks enough sunbeds, and the floor is very slippery, which felt unsafe. Summary: I would return with family, but I don’t recommend it for couples or families with very small babies due to the noise and construction.

Whilst the hotel is situated perfectly near the fisherman market, we were surrounded by a beautiful broad-walk. perfect for shopping, restaurants, massage and beauty shops, and excellent relaxing nightlife. The hotel staff were brilliant, especially the breakfast service (highly recommended) under the management of Sam who did everything to make us feel comfortable. Pool lovely and hotel facilities were great. House keeping daily and front desk service went out of their way to assist where needed.

Your eyes deceive you with what it actually is. The hotel is beautiful upon arrival, and the rooms are neat and clean. However, the people staying there are terrible and rude. There's jumping the queue at breakfast, poolside beds are held, people smoke in prohibited areas, and trash is left lying around the pool and tables, leaving by this group of people behind. You'd think this is entirely the guests' fault; but it also the hotel staff who don't address it and allow it to happen. The location is great so 2 stars, and we saw a lot outside the hotel. However, if you're not happy with people who do not care about rules, I'd advise you to choose a different hotel. Next to this, at the end we were charged expenses from the swimming pool, which we paid by cash. We could only discuss this if we view back the security footage, we left it that way. Very disappointed at the hotel and their actions.

We requested a quiet room as our son is autistic and noise sensitive...they do not exist here. The place is SO loud, screaming kids all day everyday. Even with the doors and windows closed there is no peace or quiet. Breakfast was very basic but fine. The staff in the restaurant area are constantly clearing up after very messy and inconsiderate families. Pool is nice but the food and drinks are very expensive with signs everywhere saying no food or drink from outside?! It is right on the beach and has a boardwalk with lots of pricey restaurants and beach bars. If you're looking for somewhere authenticly Thai, or quiet, don't book here.

I had an absolutely amazing experience staying at Holiday Inn. The hotel thoughtfully arranged our room — everything was just right, with a beautiful view and all amenities in perfect working condition. The room was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Everything functioned flawlessly. The staff were outstanding — friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Their service made us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The swimming pool was clean and spacious, great for both kids and adults. And I must say, the Kids’ Club was fantastic! Our children had a wonderful time with fun and safe activities, giving us peace of mind and a chance to truly relax. Overall, this Holiday Inn delivered a perfect combination of comfort, service, and fun. Whether for a family vacation or a personal getaway, I would definitely love to return!
