The ultimate family getaway!!! The kids club was next level & the service was spectacular. Our daughters absolutely loved all the teachers there and was soo hard to get them to say bye. Fantastic pool bar. Great restaurant on site with an awesome buffet breakfast. Loved the themed dinner nights. Brilliant location at fisherman’s village with loads of restaurant options including right on the beach front too. The night markets are next door and such an awesome experience for shopping and food. Highly recommend staying here!!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Holiday Inn! The facilities are modern and well-maintained, and the location is fantastic—just a short walk to night markets, excellent restaurants, and a beautiful beach with optional water sports rentals. The rooms are spacious, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our kids had a blast at the splash area pools and, most of all, the kids club activities. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Koh Samui!

Bophut is the best place to stay in Koh Samui, with it’s lovely boulevard and lively market. Holiday Inn is excellent, it’s location is the best and it’s a wonderfull place to be with kids/families. Everything was above our expectations, much better even than the website pictures. It can get a bit noisy outside however, the rooms in the back are generally more quiet. The rooms are well insulated against noise, so the rooms are pretty quiet. Also the splash swimming pool with fountains is freezing cold as mentioned in other reviews. It’s a pity, because so many kids would love to play there but dislike the very cold water. However there is still a lot of fun in the indoor and outdoor playing grounds, the other pools and the beach.

We booked four nights at this hotel, a couple with our 3 year old. We were looking for a hotel that is close to the fisherman's village, and has a spacious family room. Check in - we have arrived at the hotel after researching online and calling the hotel before because we were looking for a quiet place to stay at (unfortunately we had a bad experience in a different hotel and this is why we asked for quiet rooms), we did make sure with the hotel prior to a booking that they can facilitate as according to our preference. Unfortunately when we came we were told that the room we booked wasn't as quiet and is located above the night market. The hotel did manage to move us to a different room after we showed that we did whatever it takes to book a quiet room, so that was very nice and thoughtful. Kids - one of the things that we were looking for was a hotel with the kids club, the entire hotel is so detail-oriented when it comes to kids it is so crazy, the bunk beds, the facilities in the room are all oriented towards children which is great. The kids club was packed which was too much for us so this is why we only spend an hour each day there and preferred going to the main pool. The even have a nice playground, and all the kids activities are in the same place which is very comfortable. Carnival night - we did pay 800 bht for an adult for a carnival night, that I had a lot of entertainment for kids and junk food type of options. It was nice and our kid was satisfied, to tell you the truth for a grown up it is a bit pricey for the food you're getting. Breakfast - very good variety of food, you can definitely find fresh fruit and produce. We love the frozen yogurt in the morning and really connected to the staff. Beach - we didn't use the beach as we thought we will because it's a bit far from our room, so you'll definitely have to walk there. In the evening there is a restaurant nearby that has a fire show which is nice. Downside - it is a very family-oriented hotel, so if you're looking for a quiet five star hotel I don't think this is the place for you. Another thing that was weird is that we asked in the middle of the night for a medical assistant and the reception did call the local hospital for us, and they charged us for the local call, it was really nothing the amount, but it was weird considering it's a five-star hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The property is clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located right on the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. One of the highlights was how close the hotel is to the walking street, where I enjoyed some amazing Thai food. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
