My sister and I stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days and let me tell you we did not want to leave at all. Had such an amazing stay here. The drinks were delicious and the service was beyond exceptional. Everyone was very nice, hardworking and such a pleasure. Special mention to Alexander who works at the Food and Beverage Buffet. Absolute delight. So caring and genuine. We also had a pleasure of taking a few classes with Orlando (bracelet making), Yohana and Cesar (aqua fit). Plenty of activities and resting places. Even though the resort wasn't fully accessible, we still had an amazing time. Much try the Japanese Restaurant! The best!!!!!! Beatriz and Mary at the spa were amazing as well. Definitely worth the extra bucks. All in all, had an amazing stay and would love to come back!!! Thank you Hyatt Vivid team for making this sister's trip a memorable and delightful one ☺️

Our recent stay at Hyatt Vivid was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, it was evident that cleanliness is a top priority here. The staff were constantly maintaining the place, ensuring that every corner was spotless.
What truly set our experience apart was the superb staff. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. We had a friend in a wheelchair, and we were pleased to find that the hotel was fully accessible, making her stay comfortable and hassle-free.
The culinary offerings at Hyatt Vivid exceeded our expectations. Each meal was a delightful experience, with the food being far better than we could have imagined. The variety of restaurants available made it hard for us to pick a favorite as each offered a unique and delicious dining experience.
Entertainment at the hotel was top-notch. Whether it was enjoying the live performances or relaxing at the beach club, there was never a dull moment. The beach club, in particular, struck the perfect balance between lively and relaxing.
Overall, our stay at Hyatt Vivid was filled with wonderful experiences. The hotel's commitment to cleanliness, the exceptional staff, the mouthwatering food, and the great entertainment made it a trip to remember. We highly recommend Hyatt Vivid for anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!

Exceptional Service from Joel, the Pool Concierge at Beach Club!
From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure our visit was seamless and enjoyable. His warm and personable demeanor made us feel truly welcome, and his attention to detail was exceptional.
Joel was incredibly attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed—whether it was fresh towels, perfectly placed loungers, or refreshing drinks. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and did it all with a genuine smile and friendly conversation. His professionalism, hospitality, and dedication to creating a top-tier experience did not go unnoticed.
If you’re visiting Beach Club, you’re in for a treat with Joel taking care of you. He is a true asset to the team, and his service made our beach day unforgettable. Thank you, Joel, for going the extra mile—we can’t wait to come back!

I did not love the location due to it not being on the beach. Our room kind of smelled like the lagoon. The staff is AMAZING! Especially at the beach club. Joel is so so amazing. He went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome and cared for. We also LOVED Alejandro. He went out of his way to take care of my mother and constantly give her attention.

I’ve stayed at a handful of all-inclusive and they’ve all been okay. But Hyatt Vivid Grand Island has really taken it up a notch! Three different pools (rooftop, main & beach club) Rooftop was a very relaxed atmosphere, Main pool was where all the activities were held, and great music playing throughout the day, beach club pool was amazing! We splurged on the beach club and purchased a $150 day bed and that really made our day even better (highly recommend)! Staff was absolutely amazing! And the food was GREAT! We LOVED the Mexican restaurant- the fish tacos were all our favorite along with the fresh guacamole, this is more authentic than maybe people are use to so I can see why someone might not like it. The Italian, Japanese & Mediterranean were amazing! Each place was fresh and original - I’ve never had to google so many words to see what dish they were serving. I’ve always said all inclusive food is just “elevated cafeteria food”, but not this place! It has really found a way to stand out in the food category! We very much enjoyed our stay, from the staff, to the activities - there’s so much to do! Can’t wait to visit again! Thank you for a great week!
