Currently staying at the Hyatt Vivid at end of October. Definitely some highs and lows to this resort.
Pros: Hotel staff have been lovely and accommodating. Our Vantage Club room has expansive wrap around views and a solid layout. The entertainment staff are very friendly and engaging. As well, the hotel is very close to the airport making for an easy transfer.
Cons: There has been two loud private events in the 4 days we've been here going late into the night. They looked fun but found it was disruptive to the rest of the hotel guests as they closed down the main pool both times for partial days to setup. While the beach club is nice, unfortunately I had a bad experience with a life guard who aggressively whistled and yelled at me for sitting near (not on) a cabana in the pool. If they are going to enforce such rules, please make guests aware as sadly this did spoil my morning.
Overall: There are some kinks to workout but they seem to have a solid staff (minus that guard) and a beautiful facility. Though I think it may be hard to please an adults only crowd once the Dreams side opens.

Beautiful hotel, everything is brand new and looks great. Our room was beautiful and clean, with a great view of the pool and lagoon. The food was amazing and everything tasted good. Rooftop pool was great but there was a lack of towels which was annoying. Ordered room service and the lady who answered the phone was a bit rude and was confused we ordered 2 meals even though we were 2 guests in the room. Not sure why she was confused but was a bit off-putting. We stayed during hurricane Milton so we didn’t get to go to the beach as it was closed which was understandable, but we were still disappointed.The hotel activities and entertainment was a bit lacklustre but I won’t deduct major points for this. Overall this was a great experience, most of the staff was friendly and professional and the hotel itself is quite luxurious and beautiful.

My husband and I spent 5 nights here and had an incredible time. This was our first all-inclusive experience. We have young children at home, so the primary purpose of the trip was rest, relaxation, and reconnection. Neither of us had a desire to leave the resort, aside from visiting the beach club one morning.
We booked this trip before the property opened, and have been keeping track of online reviews since they first started coming in. While positive reviews increased the longer they had been open, I was still hesitant to let my expectations rise.
I can honestly say my expectations were met and then some. Almost all the restaurants were open during our stay (on a rotating schedule, with multiple options each day). Half the building is unfinished, meaning they are running at just 33% guest capacity. There may have been a bar and one restaurant on that side that was unavailable, but there were more than enough options without them. The upside was that the resort was very quiet and we never had to wait for anything - ever.
Sure, we had to flag down a waiter at the pool every now and then, but we don't love to be hovered over while we are trying to spend time together, so it was perfect for us.
We are already thinking about when we can come back, or if there is a similar property in the Hyatt family we can try out next!

I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Vivid Grand Island. We came here on the last days of our honeymoon and it was the perfect way to finish our holiday and to just relax.
The food was really good, better than other resorts we had been to. The people were friendly and always greeted you with a smile. The beach club was also really fun and the food there was good too!
Furthermore the infinity pool gives an amazing view of the nearby surroundings and the same was for the view from our room.
10/10 would recommend this place and would definitely come back.

Me and My Boyfriend came here for our anniversary and we absolutely loved it!! This is not a party resort so if you’re looking for a party, that’s not what this is. But it is absolutely beautiful and everyone is so amazing here. The food was delicious and there was a variety of options. Every restaurant was amazing, except the Mediterranean. Not my favorite, but everyone there was so kind. Extremely Friendly and kind. Jesus was absolutely incredible. Anything we needed he took care of us. I got a sun rash and mentioned it to him , the next day he bought we a tube of the cream I needed. He went out of his way to do the for me. That is beyond amazing service!! Also the staff at the beach club were amazing. Pedro was super friendly and his service was impeccable. Definitely will be back.
