Amazing time at this beautiful all-inclusive resort. Right on the beach, clean pools, and endless food options. Staff were so welcoming and friendly ready to help any way they can. Room service was included as well, along with restocking of the mini fridge and snacks in the room each day. Pool bar was my favorite spot, endless drinks and the bartenders know how to make pretty much anything you ask for. The service was fast and drinks were delicious. We tipped at the end of each day, they appreciate it so much and are well deserved of it. So please tip if you can. We got a really good deal through Costco, package price for plane tickets, transportation to and from resort, and room. We can't wait to return next year.

We just got back from 5 days ant the Hyatt Ziva and we must say we had the best experience. Food was delicious, rooms were exceptional and clean, staff was polite and so helpful, and our children had the best time. Gerardo and Jose at the Spiritz bar truly made our time great at the swim up bar. We had 17 family members with us and they tended to our every need from the youngest to the oldest member. We would definitely return.

Such a wonderful experience!! The highlights - gorgeous view and clean beach, ease of access from the airport but it feels like a world away from Punta Cana, such warm and friendly staff, activities for all interest types, cross resort access with Zilara, quality of food and drinks, and a great representation of Caribbean culture. There’s a great virtual concierge which made it easy to keep up with activities— Traveled with my husband and son (age 8) and our son was anxious about having playmates, but spent half the trip playing pickup beach soccer. We were pleasantly surprised that the resort wasn’t “whitewashed” and the guests we met represented a wide variety of countries and US states. The entire property was so safe, well maintained and there were constantly helpful staff around. We will definitely be back and recommend it whether you’re looking for a trip for your nuclear family, a larger family reunion/trip or a trip with multiple friends meeting up with families.

My family and I spent 3 nights at this hotel and overall we had a great experience. The room was comfortable, organized and very clean. Since we have a globalist status with Hyatt our room was upgraded to an ocean front room, and the view was amazing. The food was consistently good in all restaurants, although the Asian one was our favorite. The hotel amenities were really good, pools, beach, water park, all great. We had a bad experience with two waitresses serving the beach area, they seemed to be in a bad mood and were not very friendly. Still, that did not shadowed the great service we received by everybody else.

Loved loved loved this place! The food, the drinks, the incredible water park and the amazing service. You cannot go wrong. From the moment we entered the premise we were in awe of how incredible the venue was. We loved every single minute we were there. The pool bartenders are exceptional, they’re funny and help you have a ton of fun. My son just turned 1 when we went and he loved every minute he was there as well. Can not WAIT to go back!!
