Loved loved loved this place! The food, the drinks, the incredible water park and the amazing service. You cannot go wrong. From the moment we entered the premise we were in awe of how incredible the venue was. We loved every single minute we were there. The pool bartenders are exceptional, they’re funny and help you have a ton of fun. My son just turned 1 when we went and he loved every minute he was there as well. Can not WAIT to go back!!

This hotel is really the very best we have visited in Punta Cana and around the world. There is really nothing negative to say about it. The staff was incredible attentive and friendly. Shout out to Amado in the animation team and Freddy and Maximo in the pool area. They were all on top of their game and extremely professional and helpful. The hotel was not cheap but it was worth every penny. We will definitely be back! Keep up the good work!

Just got back from a week with our family in mid-October. Great resort, possibly the best all-inclusive we’ve ever stayed at. We lucked out with great weather and a relatively light crowd at the resort. Highlights are super friendly service, awesome water park, well maintained and warm pools, and excellent club amenities and butler service. Martin is the best and now an honorary member of our family!

The beach was incredible. Our room was incredible. The food was incredible. The service was incredible. We got to meet Elvin Ramirez, and really made our trip that much more special. He was always smiling, always happy, always entertaining. When you get to the hotel search him out. He can help with the kids, organized the shows, showed us around, played soccer on the beach. He made our trip that much more special. Even when we needed something from hotel we’d message them on the WhatsApp and got a response almost immediately. Room service is 24/7. Everything is clean from Am to PM. There was entertainment there for kids around the clock! This has to be one of the best family hotels I’ve ever seen.

The water park is the highlight for kids.
The food and service is great for the grownups.
The only slight downside is the seaweeds on the beach, but the beach area itself is large and thus never crowded.
