We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at Jungle Aquapark in Hurghada. The hotel is brilliant for families (or anyone who likes to have fun). Fab aqua park, so many great pools and great range of activities to take part in. The restaurants are nice and food tastes good and is fresh. Service is overall good and the restaurants are clean and well looked after ( no dodgy tummies this holiday). The staff make this hotel amazing, the bar staff, lifeguards, waiters, guest relations and entertainers all went out of their way to make our holiday special and they work so hard to entertain the kids and give great service. We will be back.

Just back from 10 days at the resort. Oct 2024 Genuinely could not fault the staff in any way. Very helpful and attentive everyday. Family bungalow was spotless and Sayed our cleaner was great , leaving amazing family shapes with towels daily which the kids loved. He worked round our wee ones sleep pattern which was very thoughtful. Mohammed at the Alf pool bar was amazing. Service was top class and he went over and above every day. Resort facilities were very good, so much to do and never got boring. Variety of food on show was very good, never short of something different to try . Too much to say that was good. Will be back next year.

The experience of staying at the Pickalbatros Jungle Aqua Park Resort Neverland Hurghada is absolutely positiive. Wonderful Hotel, outstanding exterior and landscape, big variety of pools, amazing aquaparks, amazing selection of different restaurants and bars, entertainment, shops, sports facilities. Very convenient room and good service. The hotel is located in second line and there is no direct access to sea, however the shuttle service to the beach absolutely compensates this and there is very easy to reach the beach. Probably only one small disadvantage - too little trees and no grass on the territory, but small bushes are planted in very disciplined way. Overall, the hotel is absolutely lovely place especially for the families with kids!!!
