Pickalbatros Jungle Aqua Park Resort all-inclusive programme includes the following:

  • Breakfast at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine, Zum Kaiser, Le Marche or La Brioche (7am to 10am)
  • Late breakfast at the Mediterranean Restaurant (10am to 11pm)
  • Lunch at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine or Zum Kaiser (12.30pm to 2.30pm)
  • Snacks at the Beach Bar at Dana Beach Resort (12pm to 2.30pm), Club MC (12pm to 5pm), Aqua Park Restaurant (12.30pm to 2.30pm) and La Brioche Café (3pm to 5pm)
  • Dinner at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine, Zum Kaiser, Le Marche, L’Asiatique and Alfredo (6.30pm to 9pm) or La Brioche (6.30pm to 9.30pm)

Absolutely huge resort with plenty to do all day every day. We went with 4 children (aged 13, 10, 8 and 6) and we couldn’t have faulted the cleanliness and safety of the resort as a whole. We have a non swimmer in our family and there are so many life guards all over the place- it assured us that we always had a second pair of eyes watching out for us. The rooms, common areas, restaurants and pools were immaculate and all the staff very friendly and attentive. The variety of slides and activities throughout the water parks were brilliant with something for every age available. The only small downside was that there are not sunbeds available at most areas of the water parks. There is loads of space around each area of all the pools and water park but mainly seats rather than actual reclining sunbeds (although I am sure this isn’t a big deal for every family visiting- it was just personally something we would have hoped that there were more of for us… I couldn’t mark the score down for that minor inconvenience!) When we arrived we had booked 2 rooms to be next door to each other as we are a family of 6, and were disappointed that they had not fulfilled this and we had to upgrade our room to a suite to be together (£350 euros)… (we noticed that this was happening to other families who checked in around us as well so just be mindful as I am not sure if that’s a tactic to get you to upgrade!). We were happy to pay for an upgrade and glad we did as we had a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 large bathrooms and living area… it was amazing and worth the extra spend :) We also paid for late check out for 70 Euros which meant we kept the room until 6pm which was really useful considering an 11pm flight home. I would certainly return to this resort and recommend highly.

I arrived full of excitement and was really looking forward to what should have been a fun, relaxing holiday. Unfortunately, my stay was overshadowed by several serious issues that left me deeply disappointed. Despite informing the hotel of my medical needs well in advance, these were completely ignored. I was initially placed in a run-down, dusty room that was neither suitable nor hygienic. Only after raising concerns was I upgraded, but this should never have been necessary had my needs been properly acknowledged from the start. Housekeeping was particularly poor despite tipping; bedding was not changed as requested, towels were dirty, and I even noticed mites on the floor. To make matters worse, I found a fingernail in one of my desserts, which was not only shocking but raised major concerns about food safety and hygiene standards. This lack of care ruined what could have been a wonderful trip. It’s a real shame, as the facilities themselves were impressive and most of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. However, housekeeping, cleanliness, and food safety were so substandard that they overshadowed the positives. I left feeling let down, when I had arrived so full of anticipation. With proper attention to hygiene and genuine consideration for guests’ needs, this hotel could be excellent, but sadly my experience was anything but.

The resort offered excellent entertainment, tasty food, and well-maintained pool areas across three interconnected hotel complexes. However, we were unaware of the scale and setup beforehand and would have appreciated clearer communication. Operational issues like overcrowded dining, room discrepancies, and a bedbug incident impacted our experience. While the location and some staff were lovely, transparency and service quality need improvement.

We spent 5 amazing days at Neverland Hurghada, and it was truly a fantastic experience. The resort is beautifully maintained with lush gardens, great pools, and a lively yet relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with attentive housekeeping throughout our stay. The food was varied and delicious, with several buffet and à la carte options—we especially enjoyed the themed dinner nights. The entertainment was a highlight: professional shows, fun activities during the day, and a vibrant evening program that kept us entertained every night. Above all, the staff were wonderful—always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Neverland offered the perfect mix of fun, comfort, and great service. Highly recommended, and we’d love to return!

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay with many positive impressions. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent – everything was spotless and well-maintained. The services offered were highly professional and ran smoothly. The property itself is beautifully designed and perfectly maintained, making it an ideal place to relax. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to Ashraf Ali, the waiter at the Asian restaurant. He was exceptionally attentive, warm, and professional. His recommendations and service truly stood out and made our evening more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the food overall was a bit disappointing. The taste was rather average, some dishes were bland, and the variety could have been better. This was the only real downside to an otherwise wonderful experience. Despite this, the positives far outweighed the negatives, and with some improvements in the culinary offerings, this hotel could easily be a top-tier destination.
