  • Breakfast at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine, Zum Kaiser, Le Marche or La Brioche (7am to 10am)
  • Late breakfast at the Mediterranean Restaurant (10am to 11pm)
  • Lunch at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine or Zum Kaiser (12.30pm to 2.30pm)
  • Snacks at the Beach Bar at Dana Beach Resort (12pm to 2.30pm), Club MC (12pm to 5pm), Aqua Park Restaurant (12.30pm to 2.30pm) and La Brioche Café (3pm to 5pm)
  • Dinner at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine, Zum Kaiser, Le Marche, L’Asiatique and Alfredo (6.30pm to 9pm) or La Brioche (6.30pm to 9.30pm)

Great hotel. Staff are amazing and will do anything to help you. There’s so much to do. We stayed in block I in Alf and loved this location as it was quiet and the pool was really nice. Only a 10 minute walk to reception. No cocktails as such. Just ask the waiter to knock one up. Variety of food but could do with a snack station in Alf for the kids and maybe some self service drinks, near block I. Would definitely come back.

I recently stayed at Pickalbatros Jungle Aqua Park Resort - Neverland Hurghada, and I had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me warmly and ensured my check-in process went smoothly. The resort's layout impressed me immediately — the lush gardens, beautiful pools, and colorful water slides created a lively, tropical atmosphere. The rooms offered plenty of space, modern furnishings, and spotless cleanliness every day. Housekeeping paid close attention to detail, which made my stay even more comfortable. I loved the variety of restaurants on-site; every meal brought new flavors, and the buffet selections never disappointed. Whether I craved international cuisine or local Egyptian dishes, I always found something delicious. The highlight of the resort was undoubtedly the water park. I enjoyed thrilling water slides, relaxing pools, and entertainment options suitable for both adults and kids. The animation team worked tirelessly to organize fun activities throughout the day, and their energy kept the atmosphere exciting without being intrusive. At night, the shows at Neverland dazzled me with their professional performances, colorful costumes, and lively music. The resort truly delivered unforgettable evenings. Pickalbatros Jungle Aqua Park Resort - Neverland Hurghada exceeded all my expectations. I left feeling refreshed, entertained, and already planning my next visit. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly, and luxurious holiday in Hurghada.

Lovely resort some rooms need updating- more plug sockets needed. Food was very samey could do with more variety but was always something to eat. Bars staff and restaurant staff were so friendly and could not do enough for you, constantly topping up drinks. Pools were lovely always somewhere to sit. Certain areas could do with the sun-beds being updated.

The hotel staff are amazing and the hotel is well kept in general. The food is just very bad. The quality of the food and drinks are pretty low. I had to go out for food. I think it's a good place for kids. They have plenty of entertainment. However it is not to be compared to bigger brand names who are priced the same. I feel quality is just low overall. I wouldn't come back for sure. I couldn't even have 1 meal in there thus all inclusive is useless for me. Also no beach in here. They will send you via bus to a nearby hotel.

Fantastic Stay at Neverland Jungle Aqua Park, Hurghada – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at Neverland Jungle Aqua Park in Hurghada and had an amazing experience overall. From the excellent service to the fun-filled activities, I truly enjoyed my time there. Accommodation & Housekeeping: Housekeeping was exceptional, which is often rare for an all-inclusive resort. They cleaned our room every day, and it was always spotless. Dining: The food was absolutely delicious every night. The live cooking stations were a lot of fun, especially at the Tagine Restaurant. The chefs really brought an extra touch of excitement to the dining experience. Guest Services: The guest services team, particularly Viola, went above and beyond to make our anniversary extra special. They were kind, attentive, and truly made us feel welcomed. Bars: All the bars offered a great selection of drinks, but the standout was the Afndina Bar. Sayed, the bartender, made our evenings even more memorable. He was kind, caring, and even gave us a gift when we left — such a lovely gesture! Entertainment & Shows: The only downside of the trip was the Neverland show. Unfortunately, the dancing was ABSOLUTELY AWFUL, and the service was poor. The food served during the show was disappointing, with dry rice and small portions of chicken and potatoes. Resort Location & Transportation: The resort is in a great location, with the marina nearby, offering a wide variety of restaurants. I highly recommend avoiding the Shark taxis in the lobby and instead downloading the INDRIVE app. We paid only 4 euros for a round trip to the marina, while the lobby taxis were charging 30 euros. Resort Facilities: The resort has an excellent bus service that makes getting to dinner or other areas much quicker. The water slides were a lot of fun, and the lazy river with its waves was a highlight. Dining Options: The Rocking Burger Restaurant is a must-try for burger lovers — the burgers were delicious, and the staff’s dancing added to the fun atmosphere. Overall: Despite a few minor setbacks, like the disappointing show, I would rate this hotel a solid 9/10. I would return in a heartbeat and can’t wait to come back in the future!
