  • Breakfast at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine, Zum Kaiser, Le Marche or La Brioche (7am to 10am)
  • Late breakfast at the Mediterranean Restaurant (10am to 11pm)
  • Lunch at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine or Zum Kaiser (12.30pm to 2.30pm)
  • Snacks at the Beach Bar at Dana Beach Resort (12pm to 2.30pm), Club MC (12pm to 5pm), Aqua Park Restaurant (12.30pm to 2.30pm) and La Brioche Café (3pm to 5pm)

I stayed here on 17th September. My wife and 3 kids. We were upgraded to the royal suites (room 7171) and informed of the upgrade just before we boarded the plane from the uk. What a nice surprise! The rooms were immaculate and the AC was ice cold 🧊. We had 2 balconies which was a plus.The hotel overall was absolutely amazing, and so BIG! The water parks were amazing and so much variety. One thing I would chnage is the timings for yhe restaurants and food which feel like they close too early and also if there were clearler signs of the shuttle bus that runs theough the park and timings but other then thay the overall holiday and resort were absolutely fantastic. I would also like to comment Mahmud the general manager who was fantastic and the guest services staff!

The hotel area is very large and massive, with plenty of swimming pools. The water park was fun for the kids, even though most of the slides and facilities were quite worn out and past their prime. The children had a great time, but for us, three nights were more than enough. Unfortunately, there was no real “wow” moment — the overall experience could have been much more pleasant. There were so many negative aspects that made our stay far less enjoyable than we hoped. Considering the hotel is not cheap (around €400 per night), we expected much better value for money, which we definitely did not get. Food: There are several restaurants on-site, but the food was almost identical everywhere. Small variations existed (for example, spaghetti in the Italian restaurant), but overall, the dishes and salads were repetitive. The food was just okay — not terrible, but far from impressive. Customer Service: Customer service was disappointing. In a hotel this expensive, we expected friendly and professional service. However, most staff members looked tired or frustrated, rarely smiled, and didn’t seem to care much about guests. The service often felt cold and unwelcoming. All-Inclusive Experience: Because the resort is so large, the layout of the bars, restaurants, and snack bars felt inconvenient — almost as if it was designed to make you consume less. The snack bar offered dry sandwiches without any sauce, just plain bread with meat. Drinks were the cheapest local options, and cocktails were poorly mixed and inconsistent — sometimes too strong, sometimes too weak. The overall all-inclusive experience was disappointing and not worth the price. Reception: The reception service was terrible. We asked for a hairdryer every day for three days — four times a day — and never received it. Each time they promised to bring it “soon,” but it never happened, and no one even apologized for the inconvenience. Overall: Jungle Aquapark could be an amazing destination thanks to its size and facilities, but the service and quality do not match the high price. For us, three nights were enough.

Our stay at the Pickalbatros Jungle Aquapark Neverland hotel was truly unforgettable! At the very beginning, we were greeted by smiling ladies with lollipops, which immediately put us in the holiday mood. The reception worked smoothly, and the gentlemen working there were very helpful and always ready to provide information. All the hotel staff deserves great applause! The cooks served delicious dishes that delighted with their variety and flavour. The waiters and bartenders were extremely courteous, always making sure that we had everything we needed. The service of the game room and the amusement park was full of energy and enthusiasm, which made us spend a lot of joyful moments there. Special thanks to the lifeguards and gentlemen at the slides, who took care of our safety and at the same time provided great fun. Cleaners and gardeners also deserve praise - their work made the entire facility always clean and well-kept. Bus drivers were very helpful and always ready to take us to the right place, and the animators organised fantastic attractions, thanks to which every day was full of joy. I hope I didn't miss anyone in creating such a wonderful place. Thanks to all these wonderful people, our stay at the Hotel Pickalbatros Jungle Aquapark Neverland was one of the best holidays ever. We will definitely come back!

We recently stayed at Jungle Aqua Park in Hurghada and had a fantastic time! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The resort is beautifully laid out with lush gardens, charming bungalow-style rooms, and an incredible number of pools and water slides to enjoy. The water park itself is the highlight — perfect for both kids and adults. There’s a wide variety of slides, from thrilling ones to more relaxed options, and everything is kept very clean and well-maintained. You’ll never run out of things to do! The food was also great. There were several restaurants with different cuisines, and we always found something tasty to eat. The all-inclusive options made it easy to relax and just enjoy our time without worrying about extra costs. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a lovely terrace overlooking the pool area. The housekeeping staff did a great job every day. Entertainment in the evenings was fun and family-friendly, and there were plenty of activities during the day for those who wanted to join in. Overall, Jungle Aqua Park exceeded our expectations. It’s a perfect place for a family holiday or even a relaxing getaway with friends. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

"The hotel surprised us in its sprawling complex with numerous pools, countless cart walks, slides and many theme park rides. Entertainment for young and old was all AI, the volume of the annimation at any time of the day, whether at the pool or in the evening mega loud and very exaggerated. Despite complaints, there was no improvement. There was food in numerous restaurants, but the choice was moderate and not very varied, but in terms of taste it was not overwhelming either. However, the selection of cake was surprisingly delicious as a dessert. Despite AI, the drinks was very manageable, the juices were only available from the Tetra Pack, nothing fresh and cocktails were not available. Our room could only be purchased 7 hours after arrival, a free room was replaced by a friendly employee. The room in poollage was very noisy until 11 p.m. through music, then through the bars and terraces. The room itself was very worn out, mattresses were located, flowing and flowing through. Evil painted over, bad silicone work in the bathroom and mold in washed-out joints in the shower wall. The walls also showed poor workmanship in the corners and still existing markings of the construction workers on the walls. But since we were only too hospitable in the room and did not live, we have seen over it. The employees from the spa, frieseur and tour providers were very intrusive every 5 minutes. Tipping begged for his work. For tips, there were great figures with towels, without which only the bed was made. on the whole, a short, nice holiday with fun factor - but not possible as a recreational surlsub.
