Hayley Collier
This is such a stunning place to stay with the whole family. The staff are brilliant - they are super helpful and always available. The restraunt is amazing with excellent chefs and service staff. They offer such a large range of meals to accommodate everyone. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The hotel always assists in organizing transport of your choice, activities and recommendations. They have a place to get the world's best massages right on the beach with top quality staff. The front desk staff are so helpful and always friendly. 10/10 would recommend staying here when in koh samui.

The location of this hotel is okay, you can get many other good hotels for the same price in a MUCH better location. The housekeeping does not change the sheets or clean the room, the customer service is absolutely horrendous. The food is not good at all and the rooms were so so dirty. The housekeeping was not cleaning, the sheets were dirty, we found a screw in the bed, a cockroach in the bathroom. This was an overall terrible experience and there are MUCH better hotels in the area. They tried charging us for washing our face with towels. They unnecessarily charged us for a party we did not attend. Overall, service and everything in this hotel was worse than imagined and the rating shown online is COMPLETELY misleading. Save yourself!!

It has nothing to do anymore with the pictures as on the website. I would like to recommend the owners to renovate the hotel a bit, get the beach reorganised as it advertises on the website. As the beach area is very dirty, the sun beds are filthy. As well increase the breakfast quality, as it is very low. We would not book this hotel anymore and not recommend it. The thing that’s left and still very nice is the friendly staff and good service we receive here day by day. Thank you to the great staff!

Very friendly staff. We were able to get around and book reservations for day trips,restaurants with their help. We ate dinner at their restaurant. Food and service was excellent. Restaurant is located right on the beach. We enjoyed spending our evening having a drink watching the sunset. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a quiet vacation.

I booked four rooms and the people only gave me three. The shower did not warm up. There were cracks in the wall. The air conditioner did not turn off. The second day of my stay I was just disgusted by the lack of remorse by the staff after scamming us. I left and never turned back. Do not stay! (If there was zero stars I would put it)
