I am here to debunk every negative review. Let me say that the premium was 100% worth it, for many reasons. Fast check in, premium bar, butler. All reservations were made to restaurants as soon as we checked in. We were there 4 days and 3/4 nights had a reservation. Main buffet food was okay but sometimes the premium buffet had better options. The room was ALWAYS clean. and though I did not ask much from Saul (butler) he made sure we had what was requested when we did ask. Lots of activities, plenty of bars. The bartender at the premium bar (unsure his name) was AMAZING. Views were beautiful (they cleaned the beach every morning) we experienced the opposite of every review left. I would highly recommend

I had an amazing stay at Impressive Punta Cana! The room was spacious, spotless, and offered a fantastic view of the pool. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The food options were diverse, with something delicious for everyone. Overall, a wonderful experience—I can’t wait to go back!

We stayed at this hotel for a few nights in August. Sadly we had to leave due to the hotel not having hot water. There was little communication from the hotel about the issue, resulting in us requesting a transfer.
Beautiful grounds-palm trees, beautiful plants and luscious green plants.
People are friendly-limited English, but you find your way.
Our room was large and really lovely. The shower was huge!
Good entertainment, lots of energy and something for everybody.
Food was OK, limited buffet, but everyone will find something they like. Pizza was top notch.
Cons
Some areas in need of restoration.
Better communication when things are not right-such as no hot water across the resort.
Buffet restaurant can be a tad stressful with people trying to get to food, also so hot in there. We were premium and preferred to eat in the premium area for breakfast, fewer people and a little cooler.
Booking restaurants was a mission-even our butler couldn't manage it! We ate in the Mexican, was not great. Hot in there and food not good.
We enjoyed eating at the grill for breakfast, mainly as you could see the sea.
Lobby bar at night-good fun, full of energy, but extremely busy.
Overall I had a lovely time at Impressive. Would I return? No sadly. We were moved to a hotel that was better in terms of service and food, and so it highlighted what Impressive was lacking. That said I can tell Impressive want to up their game and hope things will improve year on year.

Having visited resorts in Caribbean and Mexico, our experience at Impressive wasn’t in line with the name and all. To make the review useful for others, here are some details:
Property: the location if the property is amazing although some might not like it as it is right in the middle of the city. The rooms are nice and spacious and the beach is pretty nice. The rooms although are not serviced well, no conditioner, no hair dryer, water not restocked daily.
Staff and customer service: SHOCKED is the word that comes to my mind with their customer service. Non Spanish speaking people are treated differently by the staff and constantly treats you with making fun in Spanish with other Español customers enjoying the staff mocking you. At restaurants they don’t try to help you out at all and would constantly stick to their stubbornness of not understanding on English. The only exception is Ana ( if I am not wrong ) is amazing from the kids entertainment team.
There are constant effort to upsell on multiple things including vacation club, premium membership, resort selling things forcibly to patrons.
There were vendors on the resort beach constantly bugging and not safety as anyone was walking on the beach even if they are not resorts patrons.
Entertainment activities are good. Food options are extremely limited and most of the food places were limited to premium members only.
In nutshell, we do regret choosing this resort.

Room - our room was cleaned very well every day. It is a hot and humid climate, so there are musty smells that are there to stay, despite cleaning solutions.
Grounds - raked and attended to daily.
Pools - open after 9am and closed at 6pm. If you have a poolside room, don't worry about noise after dark.
Food - excellent variety and attentive staff.
Beach - lots of beach chairs. Get used to encountering buskers selling massages, braiding, photo ops w macaw \ iguana, carvings, jewelry. They are polite and accept no. And are hardworking.
