We had an exceptional stay at the Jaz Casa Del Mar! Every member of the staff was wonderfully friendly and courteous, making us feel truly welcome. The animation team worked tirelessly to ensure everyone had a great time, which added to the overall enjoyment of our visit.
The food was absolutely delicious, complemented by a fantastic selection of drinks. The location was perfect, giving us a sense of safety and comfort throughout our stay.
We’re already looking forward to returning next January!

A Perfect Hotel, but Service Bias Exists
I stayed at this hotel for six days, and overall, the experience was fantastic. The environment and facilities are excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the common areas are beautifully designed. However, I had some unpleasant experiences with the service.
As an Asian guest, I felt that some staff members displayed obvious bias. For instance, while dining in the restaurant, I noticed that they would deliberately overlook my needs. They would help other guests at nearby tables by serving plates and pouring water, but they ignored me. Although they always wore smiles, this unequal treatment was quite upsetting. We paid the same price for our stay and did not come here for free, yet I felt unfairly treated, especially during breakfast, lunch, and dinner times in the restaurant.
That said, one staff member stood out as an exception. He treated every guest equally and was genuinely warm and professional, which brought some comfort to the experience. If the hotel could enhance training and ensure fair treatment for all guests, it would undoubtedly be even more satisfying.

Our stay at the hotel has been truly unforgettable. Everything has exceeded our expectations, from the delicious food and beautifully decorated rooms to the stunning pools and gorgeous beach. The atmosphere is so relaxing, and the facilities are always spotless. A special mention goes to the amazing animation team, who made our experience even more enjoyable with their energy, fun activities, and engaging entertainment. They really go out of their way to ensure everyone has a great time. We are already looking forward to returning to this wonderful place!

No words can describe how amazing our stay was . Starting with the accommodation and very tasty food with a lot of choices and the location of the hotel is just perfect. The special mention is the staff, they are the ones who made our stay unforgettable. Especially the entertainment team , trust me when I say we weren't bored even for one minute but when we didn't feel like doing any activity they were not pushy and respected that . The evening shows were brilliant we loved the mister of the hotel and belly dance show . We will try to come back ass soon as possible

We recently returned from a 2-week stay and we can’t recommend this hotel enough! There wasn’t a single day when we didn’t feel incredibly welcomed and cared for.
The hotel was spotless, with a beautiful room cleaned daily. We spent most time on the beach, as it was stunning, but the pools are also great.
The animation team kept us entertained throughout the day and evening but never pushed when we chose to sit back and relax—we loved them from day one!
The food was absolutely incredible across all the restaurants—easily some of the best meals I’ve ever had! As a picky eater, I was amazed at how much I loved everything. Huge praise to the chefs and restaurants staff—their attitude, attention to detail and kindness were truly exceptional.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay unforgettable. We can't wait to come back!
