We had an amazing stay at JAZ Elite Casa Del Mar Beach! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located by a stunning beach. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious with lots of variety. The entertainment team was absolutely fantastic! They were full of energy, always friendly, and made every day and evening fun and exciting. From pool games and dance shows to live music and activities, they really made the atmosphere lively and enjoyable. Big thanks to the whole team for keeping everyone smiling and engaged!Our room was modern, comfortable, and very quiet. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

This was my first time in Egypt, and Jaz Elite Casa del Mar contributed to the most successful first impression. This hotel fully deserves 5 stars and more. We opted for UAI and here are our impressions: - Everything looks impeccable and clean, as if it didn't have such a large flow of tourists. - From the moment we arrived at the reception, we were greeted by an extraordinarily warm and friendly staff, always with a smile on their faces. - The room we were given is very spacious and spotlessly clean. - As for the food, even the pickiest eater will find something to their liking. The variety of local and international dishes is impressive. Not at all seasoned with specific local spices, all of these are served separately so that everyone can season their food to their own taste. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, you don't have to worry about not having anything to eat or leaving the table unsatisfied. - Each waiter/bartender pays special attention to every tourist to make their experience as enjoyable as possible. - The resort has three à la carte restaurants, where you can make a reservation for a minimum of seven nights. - The pools are very clean and large, as are the sun loungers. - The sea: no undertow, the entrance is gentle, and there are no uninvited guests :) I would wholeheartedly recommend this

What a great experience! This was my first time in Hurghada, and it definitely won’t be the last. The food was excellent, and the staff in the food hall Ali & Mohamed were attentive and friendly, making every meal a pleasure. A special shoutout to the entertainment team — Mia, KB (Katlin), and Tyga — you were an absolute treat! The energy, the warm welcome, and the fun you brought every day really made the trip unforgettable. There are so many places I still want to see, I wish I could come back twice! But one thing's for sure — I’ll definitely see you all next year!

What a hotel !! Definitely 5 stars for absolutely everything!! Food amazing, pools amazing, entertainment fantastic. All the staff at Jazz are super helpful and made our holiday special. Super talented animation team! Can’t thank Ella enough, we enjoyed her company so much, always has a massive smile on her face which is infectious! Very talented entertainer and helped us make happy memories, we will definitely return!!

I loved the hotel. The food was excellent, the service was good, and the staff was very friendly. The entertainment team was very fun and organized interesting activities. There were pool and beach parties, as well as many other activities. The hotel complex is small and very well maintained, with a pool overlooking the sea and a quiet pool without entertainment (for those who prefer peace and quiet). The rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily.
