The stay exceeded my expectations. The room location was fantastic; the food was good, with lots of variety. Special shout-out to the steak in the Italian restaurant! The staff was amazing, always willing to help and checking on you periodically, making the stay much easier. The complimentary snacks provided at checkout were a very nice and great gesture. I want you to keep that level of service, as I will surely visit again.

Must say that this was one of the best experiences I ever had in Hurghada. You are being welcomed with a cool towel and a free refresher drink after your long journey. The hotel is not so big, which makes it easy to walk around, order drinks and food at every corner, and walk to the beach. You will find a free sunbed everywhere. No need to wake up at 5. The hotel has it's private beach, it's clean and a lifeguard is watching you all the time. Food is outstanding. Fish, meat, bread, pizza, sweets - everything is top notch. The rooms are very nice, clean and enough spacy for 2+ adults with everything you would need for your holidays. Fresh bottled (filtered) water is brought every day to your room. The service is excellent. Need something? No problem - they make it happen. Overall top hotel with top food and top service. I can recommend to everyone.

From the moment we arrived, the experience at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel instantly welcome. The rooms were luxurious and spotless, with every detail thoughtfully considered for maximum comfort. But what truly set this hotel apart was the entertainment. Every evening featured something unique—live music, themed nights, comedy shows, and even interactive performances that the whole family enjoyed. The entertainment team was energetic, talented, and clearly passionate about what they do. We never had a dull moment!

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms are very spacious and come with a lovely balcony where you can comfortably sit together and enjoy the view. The beds are extremely comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. They even bring your drinks right to your sunbed by the pool, which makes relaxing even better. A special mention goes to the amazing animation team. The guys work so well together, and their energy is truly contagious. They really take the time to get to know you and make sure you feel included in all the activities. You’ll never be bored here! If you’re in the mood for something a little quieter, there are other pools where you can enjoy a more peaceful atmosphere. Overall, this hotel has the perfect mix of relaxation, fun, and great service – we can’t wait to come back!

We had a fantastic time at JAZ Elite Casa Del Mar Beach! The room was spacious, super clean, and very comfortable. The food was delicious with lots of variety every day — something for everyone. The staff and service were incredibly friendly and always helpful. A huge highlight of our stay was the entertainment team — Ella were absolutely amazing! So full of energy, fun, and made each activity unforgettable. They really brought the resort to life. Can’t wait to come back
