I had a fantastic birthday celebration at this property. I stayed four nights and it was hard to depart.
The caring staff made you feel like you were "home" they all ask how you are doing in the halls and at meal time and literally anywhere on property. I had incredible service from the butlers Cesar and Edwardo, they were exceptional along with Benjamin and Loraine. The evening entertainment was perfect and the late night lobby bar with Tomas was a wonderful experience.
I think my favorite meal was the steakhouse and the delicious tuna sandwiches in the lobby!! I enjoyed my time with my whole heart and I can't wait to be a part of the Iberostar family!

Beautiful hotel. The grounds are amazing. They are constantly cleaning to keep it picture perfect. Stayed in an upper floor suite. Plenty of room for the 2 of us. Our butler Reynaldo was fantastic. Always just a text or phone call away for whatever we needed. We were here for our 30th anniversary & one day he decorated our room with rose petals & a happy anniversary sign & a bottle of champagne!
Will definitely be coming back.

Chester and Houston were awesome. This was our first time here and the service was unbelievable. Our room was always clean and stocked. Whenever we needed something they made sure we had it, booked our reservations for us and even had a bubble bath waiting for us when we got back one day. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone and we hope to come back next year.

Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Washrooms need some updating. Toilets need to sit higher from the ground and we had some challenges with getting hot water for showers. Air conditioning worked great. House keeping came twice a day, which was really nice and they always did a great job. We had butler service and they were always checking in to see if we needed anything. A big shout out to Jose, Armando and Julio. Thank you for everything. We had 10 wonderful days celebrating our friends birthday at this lovely resort. 😊

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Iberostar The Grand, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. Special shoutout to Cesar and Eduardo, the incredible butlers who truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were so attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed. Whether it was bringing us popcorn, ice, or water, they were quick, efficient, and incredibly kind.
The staff at the buffet and restaurants were equally amazing. A huge thank you to Benjamin, Lorraine, and all the other wonderful ladies who made dining such a delightful experience. Their hospitality, friendliness, and attention to detail really elevated our meals.
Iberostar The Grand has an exceptional team that truly understands how to make guests feel special. Highly recommend!
