We were blown away by the service provided here for our vacation. The staff were absolutely wonderful and kind. They checked in on us frequently to see if there was anything that we needed or wanted. The walk ability of the beach was amazing. By far the most beach we’ve been able to walk at an all inclusive. The only downside was the presentation to join their club that went over the estimated time. But everything else made up for it. Would highly recommend.

This was an amazing resort! So very beautiful! There was no need to leave the resort. They have everything you could ask for.
We had butler service with our room. Alex & Jose were absolutely amazing! We had a great stay! They anticipated all our needs before we could! When we did have a request they were super fast. They always made sure to find us to check in & make sure we were happy.
My boyfriend became sick with a stomach bug & they were so attentive & helped us feel safe & comfortable. What a great service!
They even went out of the way their way to do special things for us!!! My favorite was a beautiful display & drawn hot bath when we returned to our room!
We’ll definitely be back! Can’t say enough great things about this resort!!

This hotel is one of the best locations in Dominican Republic for relaxing and enjoying the Pool and beach with cabanas and Service is Impeccable. The restaurants offer a variety of foods and were very delicious. You have a private Butler that provides service beyond expectation. We had Alex and Jose for our butlers during our stay and they were very accommodating and making certain that we had everything that we needed. We purchased an all inclusive and it was nice to go about And not have to worrying about paying for All the drinks and meals. The poolside and Beach Service all dead and awesome job and providing what you need it while you were staying here. I would recommend this resort to anyone and I would come back again. It was really nice to have a butler to make certain that you’re every need was met. They also left out things to make our trip more enjoyable. Leaving flower petals on the bed drawing a Jacuzzi bath while we were out which made it more romantic for us. Alex and Jose did a great job for us which we appreciate it.

This really is a beautiful resort well-maintained an amazing staff. The food was also very, very good. Miguel was a fantastic waiter! We were lucky that we had two awesome butlers, Eduardo and Cesar. Entertainment team was great as well, especially Smiley! I can't say enough good things about this resort.

This was my first experience at an all inclusive resort and my expectations were blown out of the water. From the food to the environment - exactly what I wanted out of a baby-moon experience. If one wants to spend all day doing activities, one can. And if one just wants to relax by the pool and take it easy, one can do that, too. Bonus - they offer prenatal massages and they can perform a massage on your partner in the same room so it’s as if you’re getting a couples massage. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made you feel like a part of a larger family. Especially our butlers - Eduardo and Cesar - who took care of our every need when it came to room requests and reservations. When we decide to come back to DR, it will be to come to this resort - albeit one of the sister resorts next door since we will have a child and cannot stay at the adult only section.
