We had an amazing stay. Our butlers Houston and Armando were amazing, always attentive and helpful. We needed a wheelchair for one of us due to pending knee surgery and they not only procured one but also helped wheel us around. When one of us came down with a cold they made sure there was tlc and soup! So wonderful! The property is gorgeous, the beach was so clean and there were lots of cabanas for both beach and pools. The pool bartenders were the best and generally everyone was so welcoming, kind and so upbeat all the time. Truly cannot wait to come back and stay!

Our butler Edward was amazing from the start and served me beyond my ability to express gratitude when I was injured and needed extra care, as I was traveling alone. Edward made sure all my needs were met until my family could come retrieve me and take me home.
The restaurant staff was helpful and friendly and went above and beyond.
While the lobby bar is beautiful and a great place to pass an afternoon enjoying the cool breeze and amazing cocktails, the staff often seemed more focused on each other than serving guests.
24 hour room service delivers tasty treats any time, if they get your order wrong they don't bother to help fix it.

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. Everything was excellent. Our butlers Houston and Armando were very attentive and helpful asking us many times per day if they could do anything to make sure we were happy. We will surely come back!

Perfect experience for a first time visit! The entire staff was amazing! Our butler, Alex, was keeping us updated each day and provided excellent response and recommendations. The lobby bar was a perfect location to enjoy the evening with drinks, dancing and activity! Brandon was especially good with his drink-making and hospitality! The pool bar was an excellent way to stay refreshed and our buddy Tobias made the best Miami Vice! The entire facility was great and the service and kindness was endless! Restaurants and food were delightful! Every meal was prepared perfectly and the presentation was awesome! Can’t wait to come back!

We love this resort! It’s the perfect size as you can find friends easily, but do your own thing if you prefer a quiet spot. The Staff is excellent. We had Armando and Houston as our Butlers and they were amazing. Extremely kind and professional. We weren’t able to get into the Japanese Restaurant so I can’t speak to it, but the food at the others was very good. All the beef was properly seasoned and cooked to the requested temperature. We both like our steaks medium rare and they were spot on. I’d never had yucca as a side before and the yucca gratin was really nice to get to experience. The facilities here are well kept. The grounds crew is always busy keeping things in perfect order. I ran 3 days while here and it was i treating to see the folks busy trimming, pruning, and cleaning up to keep everything in great order. The pool is beautiful and the beach and ocean looks like a postcard. We liked the ability to scan the QR codes where we were sitting at the beach to request drinks. We’ve been to many resorts over the past 20 plus years and I think this one is my favorite!
