We are extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel and do not recommend staying here. We booked a 3-night stay for our honeymoon over Christmas, but two of those nights were ruined due to food-related issues from the hotel restaurant. We paid extra to participate in the Christmas Eve dinner hosted by the hotel. My husband suffered from severe food poisoning after our dinner at the hotel. When we checked out, we requested a refund for the dinner, but we were told we should have reported it earlier or waited until a manager was available the following day. This was frustrating because my husband had already informed reception at 4:30 AM when he went to ask for more water. The last evening, I went to the hotel restaurant alone since my husband was still recovering. I ordered a chicken burger, only to discover several bites in that it was raw inside. I sent it back to be cooked properly, but it was still raw when it returned. While the staff did comp the meal, I had already consumed enough to become ill that night, further ruining our stay. On top of this, we encountered an issue with housekeeping. Each night, we purchased additional water bottles from the hotel bar, but the cleaning staff would remove our purchased bottles the next morning, leaving only the standard two bottles provided in the room. Overall, the lack of attention to food safety and poor customer service made our stay incredibly disappointing. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

I loved everything about this hotel! It’s in a great location right on the beautiful Chaweng Beach. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options, including coffee and omelettes served with a smile. Big thanks to the staff: the guy who made the welcome drinks, housekeeping and reception. Overall, it’s the perfect hotel if you are going to koh Samui, don’t hesitate to book!

Really nice resort close to all attractions and still quiet. Little bit overpriced for this what you get. Service unfortunately on level of 2 stars hotels. That’s pitty for place like this. Enjoying my stay but….if coming back will choose something different

Stayed here for 8 nights back in 2022 and the stay was nothing short of exceptional. Staff were lovely, buffet breakfast was delicious and lots of variety of everything. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The resort is right on the beach with a lot of sunbeds available. Location was a bonus, just 2 min walk from the 7-11, shopping and restaurants. Thanks for a wonderful stay, cannot wait to come back one day.

I want to highly recommend the hotel and the amazing hotel staff!!! We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, everything was amazing. From the excellent breakfast, the clean pool, the beautiful and clean rooms to the excellent service of the entire hotel staff. The staff took care of everything for us, helped us with everything and was always happy and with a desire for us to be well. Thank you very much, we will definitely be back!
