We spent a week at this hotel with my friends. We were satisfied with everything — the whole place is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is very kind and attentive. Khaled, the chef, is the best! ❤️ The beach is absolutely stunning. We’ll definitely come back again.

We had a great stay at the hotel with only a few issues. The hotel is at a lovely location on the Makadi Bay with a great beach. The food was excellent with the main buffet doing different themes every night. As there are so many a la carte restaurants, there is so much choice. The all inclusive deal was definitely worth it due to the variety of food and drinks. With numerous pools and beach access there were always sunbeds available as well. Rooms were kept nice and clean, although decor was a little dated. The animation team also did a great job at putting on entertainment every night, including one night with fireworks and dancers. The only issues we had were with the reception staff. We had an issue on the first night with getting the correct room we booked; this was late at night and we were given two different insufficient rooms before they gave us the correct room we had paid for. Additionally, one night a cat was stuck high up in a tree and this was reported to reception twice who claimed to be sending someone but no one came, eventually I ended up getting the cat down myself with the help of some restaurant staff. Overall we had a great time and would recommend the hotel to others!

This hotel was called Labranda Royal Makadi although heard whilst there it has been bought out by Jaz Makadi. We had an ok time and wouldn't go back. Hotel states it's 5* but comparing to other 5* in hurghada we felt it was 4*. We compared it to Jaz Makadi Star 5* which is exceptional. Not good service overall apart from beach bar and beach restaurant both excellent. Sambo our beach bar guy was brilliant 👏 very friendly and kind. Had to use clinic whilst there. Dr Haris was exceptional.

I had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean, modern, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – especially Mohammed, the best man ever! I felt welcome from the very first moment. The location is perfect for exploring the area, yet peaceful enough to relax. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and warm stay.

I recently spent my holiday at Labranda Royal, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff always ready to help. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of activities. The food was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options each day. The pool area was well-maintained and perfect for both relaxing and enjoying the sun. I also appreciated the entertainment and overall positive vibe of the place. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would gladly return again.
