The hotel has a very good location by the beach with a gradual entrance and the turquoise color of the sea. The equipment of the rooms is older, they are cleaned daily. The food is perfect, a really varied selection of everything, vegan options and food for people on a diet. There were a lot of wheelchair users and elderly people with canes, the hotel is wheelchair accessible.

We had a lovely holiday here and the range of services was fantastic. We ate at the Italian restaurant for my mums birthday and the servers even came and sang happy birthday. The only issue here was that we had a 5 course dinner in 45 minutes. Some of us were still eating one course when the next course was being brought out. It was all a bit rushed. Our room cleaner Ahmed was amazing. Our rooms were left spotless every day. He even hung the decorations we had for the birthday and he did a wonderful job with them.

It is a 5 star hotel until you come to front desk and it drops down to 0. Very unprofessional staff, had to ask three times so they do their job. Attitude in general was unacceptable for even 4 star hotel. Front desk staff audacity level reached its max when one of them asked my Uber driver to drop him off on the way (I’m female was riding alone to the airport). Guest relations simply stop responding on bookings platform right before my arrival, very poor communication. On a good side: big nice territory, great beach, rooms are always clean, food menu changes every day.

Labranda Royal Makadi is simply outstanding. What sets it apart is their incredible ability to solve any problem, no matter how big or small – nothing ever seems to be an issue for them. The food is absolutely fabulous, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. The staff are exceptionally friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is always warm, relaxing, and luxurious. Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of, making your stay truly unforgettable. If you’re looking for a flawless vacation experience, this is the place to be.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. A Special thanks goes to Mr. Saif in the reception who was always smiling and ready to help us a lot. I was really impressed with his commitment and dedication. ❤️ The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner and loved the convenient location. We had an amazing time at the hotel! The pool area was fantastic. Can't wait to come back again ❤️
