Live Aqua Punta Cana is an adults-only hotel, small compared to other resorts, but very beautiful, exclusive, and well-maintained. The beach area is very good, and the water has very few waves, with no sargassum during the month of April. No complaints at all about the food; everything exceeded expectations, both at the buffet and in the reservation-required restaurants, as well as the coffee shop. Initially, we started with a swim-up room, and since we extended our stay by one more night, we switched to a room with a jacuzzi. Honestly, we liked the jacuzzi room better; it's more private, and having your own hot jacuzzi for you and your partner is a nice addition. Our butler, Eric, couldn't have been better; he is an excellent asset to this hotel. My only three recommendations to the hotel management are: 1. They need to have more natural juices; very few or almost none were available. 2. They should have more premium liquors available; the selection was limited, especially for tequilas. 3. Servers should pass by more often through the area of the 4 common pools (the ones between the buildings) and also by the swim-up areas.

If I could put even more stars for the service I would! The service here is absolutely top notch. All the staff here make sure you have everything you need at all times and are so very genuine! Drinks, entertainment, leisure, food, you name it, they will make it happen! The rooms are extremely nice! Very clean and well kept! The daily housekeeping is fantastic! Not only do they come once like other hotels, they come like 2 or 3 times! Always making sure your room is clean and stocked! If you don't want housekeeping, they have a light switch that notifies the staff, which is great! Never had to worry about losing my key card either! The hotel integrates them into a bracelet so it was always handy on my wrist! The entertainment is fantastic! Theres something for everyone! Stretching, yoga, zumba, water aerobics for people that like working out. Painting, mixology, dance, cooking, Spanish classes for those who love to learn. Live music, dance parties, foam parties, circus, Micheal Jackson, and Dominican performances for those that want to sit back and just watch, or dance! Food on many places in the resort and all of it is so good! The dinner buffet is a must! The al a carte restaurants are also very great! Especially the Italian one, Sospiro. I honestly can't wait to come back to this amazing place in paradise!

This was our third time going back to live Aqua. The service is incredibly impressive and everyone will beat you with a smile and answer any questions you have this time I paid a little extra for the honeymoon suite and I don’t regret it at all. It came with a couples 35 minute spa session, but my husband Gave me his 35 minutes and they allowed us to use it for a full one hour session there was also a romantic dinner on the beach, which was one of my favorite memories. Even if you don’t go with the honeymoon suite, I would highly recommend looking into it. They also were given a poolside cabana for a day and a romantic breakfast, including a bottle of champagne. Our room concierge was fantastic. Definitely ask for Ivan. He was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions or requests. After Ivan left, Jonathan took over for the night and was fabulous, as well. I highly recommend seeing if you could request them. The beach was a little busier than the past two times I went, however, I love the beach set up because you are not in rows on top of each other. The beach chairs are spread out. And the service down by the beach at the bar was great. Angelo and Raquel are incredibly kind And funny and are quick to check in if you need anything to eat or drink. Last year we went to a different resort and it was too hectic for us. We like the energy of live aqua, but also the quietness. Definitely recommend checking it out.

Me and my spouse was highly impressed 👌 from arriving at the Live Aqua Resort. The resort was beautiful and well kept. We had VIP treatment where we were taken to an exclusive VIP room to receive drinks, customery hand & arm oil massage, and exquisite snackes. Getting assigned a room and butler was quick and efficient. Alexis, our assigned Butler, was incredible from beginning to end. Constantly communicating the resort daily activities, weather, and assisting us when we needed him. Give him a raise and promote him 😀. We arrived at the room to be surprised by a bottle of red wine, fruit basket, snacks, and beer/soda bar. The room was emaculate and well put together. We have a private swim up pool and jacuzzi. Restaurants was incredible and served delicious food. We ate at the Japanese Steakhouse, Mediterranean restaurant, and room service. We were never disappointed. The VIP beach resort location had cabana lounge areas close to the beach and a bar exclusively for VIP. They had excellent nightlife events, and my favorite was the Cigar testing event. I highly recommend going to VIP💯💪🏿🙏🏿🫡

Wonderful to celebrate the honeymoon. Activities every day and night of the week. Entertainment staff makes sure to involve the guest as much as possible. Nice restaurant selection plus a sports bar and coffee/dessert spot. You really don't have to leave. We only left for excursions. The beach is nice. There are two pools and if you have the upgraded room then your patio has its own swim up pool with maybe 5 other upgraded rooms but just those rooms have access. The upgraded rooms also come with a butler that will inform you daily on that day's activities and your itinerary if you planned something. Honestly there was never a dull moment. Only downside was that we didn't know November was part of the rainy season but it didn't rain every day we were there, just 4 out of the 7 days. Definitely going back.
