We had a fantastic 5-night stay! The rooms were spotless, the location was perfect, and the shuttle to Epic Universe made everything so convenient. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was exceptional — you truly feel pampered here. A special shoutout to Rehato, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He was incredibly caring and genuinely wanted to make sure we were taken care of. He shared the best tips for food, rides, and navigating the parks, and every single recommendation made our trip even better. His service truly stood out, and we’re so grateful for the extra attention he gave us. We will absolutely be back!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Sapphire Falls Resort for our honeymoon. We honestly cannot say enough good things about this hotel. From the moment we entered to check in with Ornella we knew this was going to be an amazing experience. She was so welcoming and unbelievably kind. The rooms were spacious and clean and the view from our room was magical! The restaurants at the hotel were great, we ate breakfast almost every morning at Amatista where we had the most incredible server named Kris who went above and beyond to make our honeymoon amazing. Being that this is a resort hotel we loved getting early access to the parks and the water taxi is a quick and fun way to get to and from the parks. Each and every day was incredible and we cannot thank Ornella, Kris and Sapphire Falls enough. We highly recommend this hotel.

Here’s the updated short version: ⸻ We stayed at Loews Sapphire Falls from Nov 29 to Dec 1 and had an amazing weekend. The staff was great, the food was solid, and the whole resort has a relaxing vibe. The holiday decorations were beautiful — the lobby tree is stunning, and the woven lantern ceiling art is gorgeous in person. We also brought our service dog, and they surprised us with a little welcome kit: new bowls, a mat, treats, and bags. Such a thoughtful touch. Overall, a great stay. We’d definitely come back.

The best part of staying here, is convenience. The water-taxi and shuttle busses offered speedy, and great service. Truthfully, the experience here was mid-level at best. The front desk staff who checked us in, Lissy, was amazing, she thoroughly explained, and orientated us to the resort, she walked us through all of the perks, and her customer service skill was absolute class, 5/5 for her alone. Another positive the views. The property itself is beautiful, and it’s a shame that it isn’t thoroughly carried through to the rooms. We found the on site amenities mixed. The pool, and the poolside restaurant are great. The pool was clean, supervised at all times when open, the staff were friendly, and the food from Druhm Club was really good. We also tried Amatista, and the food and service went downhill there in a very stark contrast. We were seated, and forgotten at our table for over 40 minutes, when our drinks were then finally brought to us, and not long after our main course. The food itself was mid tier, and because of this, didn’t live to its price tag. Lastly, we went to New Dutch Trading Co. a few times, and each time, we found the staff rushed and rude. Our main gripe was the quality of the stay. The room keys needed replaced 3 times, before discovering the culprit was a dead battery in our door lock. Which required a “engineer “ to come replace. The issue with the keys started day one, and wasn’t fully rectified until the third day. The rooms were certainly rooms, and that’s where the praise of them stops. The TVs offer no screencast or streaming, the outlets were in rough shape, and the vent in your shower lets every peep from your neighbours travel through. You can literally hear everything, including talking conversations from the hallways, and your neighbours. Overall, we have had better luck at other hotels in Orlando, and likely will not return to a Universal property.

We go all the time, multiple times a year, we must have been twenty times. Just got back today from celebrating our honeymoon, we had a blast! At the poolside drum restaurant Jerry & Nico were awesome! Nicest and most helpful people! We loved them, they definitely help make this important time in our life super memorable. The rooms were clean and we love the fragrance! We were blessed to have cold weather for Thanksgiving weekend. Can't wait to go back during winter break!
