My (newly) fiancee and I just recently stayed here and had such a memorable experience. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service and effort into making our special day that much more special. We both highly recommend staying here for your special events and moments because they truly care about their guests and will do anything they can to make it the best it can be. We checked out and enjoyed the pool and had a wonderful pool server, Abby, that was very excited for us and was super attentive and friendly. Thank you for all that you did to make our day even more special and memorable. We will definitely be back in the near future.

Great experience. Rooms were clean with comfy beds. The shower stayed hot with excellent water pressure. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. All you had to do was text your questions or needs for a fast response. I sent a text needing additional towels and they were at my door in under ten minutes. One of the best pools & fitness centers of any resort. Food at the hotel is great too. Water taxi to the parks make commuting back and forth a breeze. I would stay again.

The staff made us feel at home. We were there from Boston on vacation during Hurricane Milton and their preparedness, organization and safety protocols made us feel safe and glad we chose to stay there. Food was great. Drinks were great. Gift shop has all you need. Looking forward to staying there again!!!

This resort is stunning, and their service is incredible! When Disney provided luggage transfers and free transportation, we never left the Disney bubble. When they stopped including that service, we started exploring Universal and we are sure glad we did!! In my opinion, Universal hotels offer a much better value! When you pay for a water view at this resort, you get a beautiful water view!! They have incredible food options, room service, you are able to TEXT if you need something, and the rooms are beautiful and clean. You are within walking distance to the parks, or you can take a relaxing boat ride. Even a rainy day here is beautiful! This resort is a 10/10 and we would highly recommend it!

We usually love staying at this hotel mainly due to the water taxi and the resort being very beautiful. This time, however, the stay was very disappointing as far as the room. When we arrived, the carpet had crumbs on it, one of the bed sheets and the extra blankets in the closet were stained, there were open drinks left in the fridge, the soap dispenser had unidentified crumbs in it, there were fingerprint stains on the bathroom door, and a number of the towels were stained. Someone came to vacuum and clean the crumbs and drinks after we messaged before heading out for the day but the floor still wasn't the cleanest. Also, some of the new towels had stains on them and one of the hand towels had a huge hole in the center. We also realized the mini fridge wasn't working so we messaged for someone to come check. They said someone would be sent immediately however after about an hour no one had shown up. I sent an additional message to confirm they were coming and they apologized and said that they would now send someone. Someone did arrive pretty quickly afterward and replaced the fridge. Overall the hotel itself is very beautiful and every worker we encountered was extremely nice but I don't think we'll be back for quite a while. I actually found myself slightly disappointed when coming back from the park the first evening when I remembered that we were coming back to the room at Sapphire that evening instead of the room we had stayed in at Dockside the night before. Aside from being MUCH cheaper, we didn't have any issues with things in the room not working or cleanliness at Dockside. As convenient as being in a hotel with water taxi access, we'll definitely be trying a different hotel for our future stays at Universal.
