This place is fantastic! It has a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere without sacrificing any extra amenities. The rooms are spacious, and there are always great packages available for room and park tickets. If you need additional tickets, you can easily purchase them on-site. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. There's a parking garage and a couple of dining options within the resort. The pool is amazing, featuring a hot tub and fire pits, with food available for delivery right to your poolside. You can also enjoy an arcade or rent a bungalow, making it a great spot for kids to unwind after a long day at the park. There's also a movie that's shown over the pool. Additionally, there are terraces where you can dine while overlooking the scenic back of the resort, complete with beautiful fountains and gardens. It's a stunning sight at night and could be the romantic, quiet getaway you're looking for. I can’t say enough good things about my stays here; it’s my go-to resort for visiting Universal!

For the money I really thought the rooms would be bigger than they were and the toilet and shower area not having a door with a lock I hated it only had a sliding wall/door. Everyone could hear your business in the bathroom while they were laying on the bed🥴. I have to say other than that we absolutely loved staying here. The boat ride to CityWalk was absolutely worth it all you get to skip a bunch of BS and saves a ton of walking. The restaurants there we're absolutely amazing you should definitely go. And in the store make sure to try their apple cheesecake it was delicious. The staff went over and beyond we couldn't have been more pleased with them. The housekeepers keep our rooms super clean and the beds made nicely. Oh and might I add the beds and pillows were so comfortable. Thank u

Stayed here for a conference. While I did not get to visit Universal Studios, the location of this resort was very nice for us. Being able to take the boat over to city walk in the evenings for dinner was very nice. There's also a couple restaurants in the resort, I only ate at the one on the lobby for, it was pretty good. Rooms were comfortable and service was great. I have zero complaints about my stay and would recommend this resort.

The hotel is nice but the rooms have windows that don't open and sliding barn doors on the bathroom that do not lock and float open at horrible times like when your showering and your teen son is walking by. It also does not have a vent fan and there is a large gap in the door so you can see and smell anything in there at any time with absolutely no way of stopping it. Other than not being able to use the bathroom with confidence, everything else was quite nice. I would absolutely NOT book these rooms with people you don't want to accidentally see you naked. Or make them wait in the lobby if you need a shower like we ended up having to do.

The Loews Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Orlando is a great place to stay for a fun and relaxing vacation. The check-in process was super easy and fast, thanks to the online check-in option. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and nice, and the resort itself has a lot to offer. The pool area is fantastic! The pool is huge and there's plenty of space for everyone, even on busy days. I also appreciated the number of lifeguards on duty, it made me feel better about the kids in the pool. They have a fun water slide, and with the pool only being 4-feet deep, it makes it a great spot for all ages. If you're looking to relax, the pool has two bars and poolside servers, so you can enjoy a drink or a snack without having to leave your lounge chair. For those who like to stay active, the exercise room is well-equipped with plenty of machines, so you can keep up with your fitness routine while on vacation. There are also three different restaurants on the resort, so you can find something to eat no matter what you're in the mood for. And if you want to venture out, the water taxis provide a fun and easy way to get to City Walk. Overall, we had a great experience at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort. It's a beautiful resort with a lot to offer, and it's the perfect place to stay for a Universal Orlando vacation.
