Valerie at check in was super kind, friendly and very helpful. Beautiful resort nice pool. The only recommendation is to install an extractor in the restroom. Found texting communication super easy! Staff was quickly at responding. Comfy beds!! Enjoy the approximately to universal parks, water taxi was great transportation with very little wait. Would highly recommend if traveling with children and staying within a reasonable budget.

Okay so I'm giving a two-star review for a couple of items. Number one I definitely got congested. I was getting sick and I believe it's from the carpet in this hotel. I don't think they clean this carpet and this hotel's been there for a while. So I feel like it's people coming in from the pool and soaking the carpet and then it's just sitting. I highly recommend redoing the carpet Sapphire Loew's hotel. Second item there was a beautiful service dog but the owner of the service dog had the dog really close up to the elevator door and as the elevator door opened my 3-year-old niece was walking out and the service dog and the toddler got scared. So if you allow dogs at the hotel, just remind the owners to please have the dog not right at the front door of the elevator and honestly that even goes for humans. Let people out of the elevators first. It's common courtesy. Number three pool chairs are gross. They need to replace all the pool chairs like it's time to upgrade okay? Sapphire. The people at the front desk absolutely amazing!! Room service. Absolutely amazing! But I did leave my curling wand in the room by accident and I called the hotel and they said they never found it. So who knows what happened there. I recommend this hotel if you're on a budget. Just bring some vitamin c to stay healthy.

This hotel is an amazing universal Orlando resort and captures the great views of the beautiful river-like canal. I went there during horror nights and the decorations were so amazing and very detailed. I highly recommend for other people if you want a nice quiet hotel with a great view. And if you have kids your in luck because there is a pool, slide, and even an arcade! Amazing place. 5 stars.

The hotel overall is great for the price of the rooms. Service desks a little understaffed for being at full capacity. Took awhile to check in. The beds were pretty comfy, but after the first night our room was clammy. You can hear your neighbors pretty well if they are rowdy. Luckily ours settled down around 11 pm. We had a nice view of the pool and the fireworks over Hogwarts castle with our room! That was a cool experience. They do put a hold on your card, for two nights ours was $200.00, and parking was $35.00/day plus taxes..yes they tax the parking fees?? Wasn't too thrilled with that. Anyways, it's close to everything Universal related and liked the ease of having water taxis and shuttles to City Walk. Especially if you don't want to eat at the hotel everyday, three meals a day. As City Walk has a lot to offer food wise. Amatista's is good, but certainly not worth the prices by a long shot. Dutch trading co a little bit fairer so we did try them as well. Pretty basic. The pool is nice- not quite large enough for a hotel this size though. It fills up quickly and stays full until closing- at least in June. The bar at the pool has very very badly made frozen cocktails- probably the worst frozen drinks we've ever had (wish this wasn't true because of how much we paid for them!). But other than that our stay was nice. Would probably try the other Universal resorts before coming back.

5 stars! This was truly one of my favorite places to stay! I loved everything about it—the rooms were super comfortable, the restaurants were delicious, and the pool was absolutely beautiful. One of the best parts was the boat ride to and from Universal Park—it was so convenient and added a really fun touch to the whole experience. The staff was friendly and everything felt smooth and easy from start to finish. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Can’t wait to come back!
