My girlfriend and I stayed here and had a great time. My personal favorite was the casino and the bet amounts, but also the sports bar to watch football.
We had a spacious room with a balcony and enjoyed all the amenities. Room service is great and we loved the beach access.
Your worker Marlin has a wonderful personality and my girlfriend really enjoyed conversations and how helpful she was. Victoria was also very friendly and helpful. Both ladies are very sweet and loved how they recognized us throughout the resort.
We have no complaints as our room was clean and cleaned daily, food was good and have access to lots of options. We would love to come back and experience the other sister hotels that Majestic has to offer.

What a wonderful trip!! Beautiful property, beach and pool are just amazing. Spent many hours sunning, swimming, drinking, and floating. Room is older but completely fine and swim out room is awesome. We had great experience with food…so much delicious seafood and lots of selections of salads, fresh fruit, even lobster on the grill! Staff is exceptional, friendly and always encouraging people to get involved and have fun! Thoroughly enjoyed and will be back next January. Now back to snowy Wisconsin🤪 also, thanks Marlin for your hard work all week!

The food and service are way beyond great. The hotel is a good size, so there is no need to walk crazy distances or wait for golf carts to move you around. The entertainment and kids club team are great, and they did an amazing job. The only downside of this experience was the room. These are dated and need renovation. We even asked to have us moved to another room and the other was worse. The guest service tried to help but the building is too old. At least this push us to be more outdoor enjoying the beautiful weather, beach and pool

Marlin was amazing. Her and her crew were amazing to watch as they always got the crowd up and dancing. Our room was spacious. The beaches were beautiful. Pools were wonderful. They do need a little bit of TLC but they are closing the resort and doing renovations in August so I’m assuming that they’ll be fixing that. The food was good. We were here for two weeks, so it was the same type of food and the second week. The Mexican restaurant was great and same with the Japanese restaurant was really cool. It’s very loud though. The French cuisine was not our kind of food, but it was still lovely. The steakhouse was OK, but there were no steak knives so made it tough to cut the steak. The staff were amazing. Our Butler was always on top of everything for us. We really enjoyed our vacation here and definitely would come back.

Hotel is very great! We had a wonderful experience- our room was located between beach and all the restaurants available.
Everyone on the resort is so friendly and helpful! They’re constantly checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. If there were any issues, they took care of it with urgency.
Food is great and drinks are also great- lots of bars everywhere to grab one. They have lots of activities both kid and adult friendly.
Casino is a fun place and the sports bar has plenty of TVs to watch.
Overall, we recommend this place and would love to return!
For entertainment Niurka, Jose, Victoria, and Marlin were the best people to have around and talk to!
