Everything was great. The animation team Cristina is sweet, funny. Spaghetti from animation team is very energetic, gets the crowd going.
Service at the buffet , and the beach restaurant is great, attentive, and hard workers. The beach is clear, lots of pretty fish, seen some spring rays.
Food was little bad but overall experience was good. The service staff at each restaurant is top notch. Our butler Ray checked on us daily. Silent Disco was weird if you don't have the earphones.
Beach was clean, drinks were served, too many old rude tourists in December. The resort itself is huge with three resorts in one, where you can hop from one resort to another if you want to watch different shows or just explore the resort. Beginning of December is good time to go, resort sets up Christmas lights all over and does tree lighting, which was great holiday experience.
There was catamaran close by. The guys that work at activities station are not nice. We paid for all inclusive, we should not have issue with borrowing life jackets. They are rude

My fiance and I picked this resort for our first ever all inclusive trip back in May 2024 and we have talked about it every weekend ever since because we have nothing better to talk about. We opted for a poolside suite in the adults only section. David Lopez, our personal attendant (included with the adults only package) was amazing with responding to our needs and requests. He even gave us a very romantic surprise on our last night here. Thank you David!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Majestic Colonial Punta Cana. I could talk for hours how beautiful was their beach. White sand, turquoise water, delicious cocktails, everything was perfect. Food was pretty good. We visited Japanese and Caribbean restaurants and weren’t impressed that much, the main buffet and Steak house were great. The territory and pools are beautiful. Some of the staff were unfriendly, receptionist guys were very helpful though.

We had a lovely time here - beautiful clean pools, stunning beaches, lots to do and a great variety of food. I loved eating by the sea shore.
Service was a mixed bag - some people were SO lovely (mainly in food service)! Others extremely rude, especially housekeeping. They were rude in their demeanor, they ignored our requests for tissues and water. Also, our room had a major problem with electric plugs - only one worked, and there were 3 of us in a room, so charging our phones was a challenge.
Would I recommend to others? Absolutely, its a beautiful resort. Would I go back? Not so sure.

I had an incredible time here. The staff were super attentive, polite, funny, and ensured we had a great time! I was completely shocked with the service everyone was so kind and had the best energy!! They truly made this trip amazing!! I couldn’t be more thankful to have chosen majestic! I wish I could have stayed longer!! The resort events were super fun, the food options were endless, and the drinks were the yummiest!! Every area was super clean, there was nothing that I would change about this trip!
