This place was amazing! Beautiful views and amazing service. We stayed for one week and it was such a fun experience. Carlos Chocolate, Wilbur (our personal attendant), and Juan from poolside was spectacular. Special shout-out to the entertainment team for always having lots of energy and leading amazing night shows. Huge thanks to room service crew for cleaning our rooms not only once but multiple times throughout the day. Would love to come back!!

I would give this resort a 20/10 if I could! The service was amazing! Our butler Bolivar made sure we had everything we needed. I took off one star for the room because our first night the sheets were dirty but they fixed the issue immediately and gave us fresh new sheets. Juan Bernardo made sure we were taken care of at the pool. The food was amazing and I’m a picky person so you know it must be good! Definitely recommend! Me and my boyfriend will be back here very very soon!

Absolutely LOVED this resort. Katherine and Jonathan made the place working at the piano bar. They were the most helpful staff and helped us with everything and were the nicest people i’ve met. Could not have asked for better staff. Bolivar, our butler, was so attentive and did whatever it took to make our experience enjoyable. Looked for us everyday to make sure that we were well taken care of and having a great time. Genuinely the staff were amazing and so genuine.

My stay was nothing short of amazing. My husband and I went for our anniversary, we had the best time! The staff was amazing, food was very tasty, and the unlimited bar was great! They have excursions you can book through the resort and they take you and bring you back for it all. 10/10 recommend. We will be coming back! Ashlin Michelle Garcia was one of the lady’s on the staff that I remember the most, her vibe was phenomenal. She had such a great spirit and was always making sure everyone was having fun. Our butler Alvaro was the other unforgettable person his service was spectacular and he was so sweet.

Our 3 year anniversary stay at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and top-notch service. The resort itself is stunning—beautifully maintained grounds, luxurious suites, and breathtaking beachfront views.
One of the highlights of our trip was the incredible entertainment team, especially Ashlin. She was warm, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. Her energy and enthusiasm were contagious, and she went out of her way to ensure everyone was having a fantastic time. Whether it was engaging activities during the day or lively entertainment in the evenings, Ashlin and the team made our experience unforgettable.
The all-inclusive experience was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious food and drinks available at all times. The staff across the resort were attentive and always eager to assist with anything we needed. The Mirage Club amenities added an extra touch of luxury, making our stay even more special.
