Our family of four had a lovely stay at the Majestic Mirage. Our family suite was very spacious and comfortable. The staff throughout the whole resort was friendly and attentive from our daily coffee, meals, poolside assistance, delicious milkshakes, entertainment and more. We went on a horseback riding excursion through the hotel group that was awesome. We felt very well taken care of by our butler Wilber, who greeted us from day one and took the time to check in on us every day to make sure we had everything we needed. Special thanks to him for helping our family have a wonderful family vacation.

The resort was stunningly beautiful, with rooms that were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The cleaning crew provided excellent daily service. However, the butlers could have been more responsive. The food overall was average, but the Marketplace stood out—I highly recommend trying the omelette and fresh pasta stations. The spa was exceptional, offering a truly relaxing experience. The beach was not only amazing but also easily accessible and safe. The bars were enjoyable, and the nightly entertainment in the square added a lively touch to the evenings.

This place was everything we wanted in a vacation. The staff was absolutely fantastic and very friendly. Kenny from the entertainment team was great. He was so personable and helpful teaching my wife and me Spanish while we were on the beach. The rooms were very cleanly and cleaned daily. The food was also great. We enjoyed the sit down restaurants more than the buffet style foods.

We had such a wonderful experience at Majestic Mirage. You can find a beach and a pool anywhere, but service such as this is completely once in a lifetime. A special thank you to Ana Maria and Mr. Daniel at Kabuki Japanese restaurant. She was so helpful with our reservations and even went above and beyond to secure us a reservation at an adjacent restaurant. We felt like celebrities during our stay because of service like that. Thank you Ana Maria and Mr. Daniel at Kabuki for a wonderful vacation. We love you both and hope to see you on our next trip.

My husband have been staying at this resort since Jan 8, 2025 for a 10 night stay. We initially had an issue with humidity in our room and the staff responded immediately and relocated us to another room. The hotel is clean with hard working crew. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The hotel offers a butler service and our butler Yenny has been amazing.
We would not hesitate to recommend this resort to anyone visiting Punta Cana.
