Had a great time at the hotel. Yonathan and Juan Carlos truly took care of everything I needed at the pool and made sure I had a great time. Enjoyed watching the entertainment crew. Xavier went the extra mile to care for every small detail. Miguel Angel truly went above and beyond. I believe one of this duties is to take care of special events. He made every effort to make my birthday unforgettable. If you guys come across them, you will have everything you will need to have the best vacation.

The Majestic Mirage is an awesome hotel/resort. My wife and I recently stayed there for 7 wonderful days. It was our second stay there. Upon arrival we entered a magnificent hall where we were greeted by truly friendly staff. We were escorted to a lounge area where we checked in and were assigned our comfortable, and well designed suite. The view from our balcony were beautifully landscaped grounds and sky blue sea. There was entertainment most nights that was very appealing and the food was very good at the various restaurants too. We were assigned a butler named Junior who greeted us every day and tended to our needs We could not ask for a better butler than Junior. He made us feel special. Our maid was so friendly too and we enjoyed our conversations with her. Without a doubt, the Majestic Mirage is a five star hotel and I highly recommend that you plan your next vacation there. You will love it!

This was my second time staying at Majestic Mirage, and once again, it exceeded my expectations—especially thanks to our incredible butler, Omar. He is truly an amazing human being who goes above and beyond to make every guest feel special. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care stood out from the moment we arrived. Omar made sure my son and I felt completely welcomed. In honor of my son’s graduation, he surprised us by having our room beautifully decorated with balloons and a heartfelt congratulatory message. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the trip unforgettable. Throughout our stay, he consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, whether it was restaurant reservations, activity suggestions, or just a friendly conversation to see how we were doing. The entire staff at Majestic Mirage is phenomenal—always smiling, warm, and full of life. You can tell they love what they do, and it truly enhances the atmosphere of the resort. From the housekeeping team to the servers and entertainment crew, everyone made us feel at home. The property itself is stunning—clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The pools are pristine, the beach is breathtaking(at least the first time I went) this time around not so clean and the food at every restaurant was delicious with a great variety to choose from. This experience was extra special for my son and me, and we owe a big part of that to Omar. If you’re visiting Majestic Mirage, I highly recommend requesting him as your butler—you’ll be in the best hands. We’re already looking forward to our next trip!

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything exceeded our expectations. We were blessed to have David as our butler, and his service was nothing short of A+. He answered all our questions promptly, helped us with every need, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. His professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care made all the difference in our trip. The entertainment was fantastic, with shows that kept us amazed and engaged each night. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of options that satisfied every craving. The resort grounds were beautifully maintained, with lush gardens, stunning views, and a peaceful yet vibrant atmosphere. Our ocean-view room with a balcony and outdoor jacuzzi was simply spectacular—waking up to the sound of the waves and ending the evening under the stars was pure bliss. I can’t say enough about the animation team at this resort! From the moment we arrived, they brought so much energy, fun, and laughter to our vacation. Every day there was something new — pool games, dance lessons, evening shows — and the team made everyone feel included, whether you wanted to join in or just enjoy watching. They’re not only talented performers but also incredibly friendly and approachable. My family and I felt like we were hanging out with friends rather than staff. The evening entertainment shows were a highlight of our trip — professional, lively, and full of surprises! A huge thank you to the entire animation team specially chocolate and Xavier for making our stay unforgettable. If you’re for a resort where the fun never stops, this is the place. Five stars without a doubt!
