We just returned from the Majestic Mirage and it was Fabulous! The staff were amazing and super friendly. Our Butler Alby was tremendous he catered to our every need and went above and beyond for our anniversary. The Resort is Super Clean and well maintained. Our room was amazing Mirage Club Ocean View - this is the way for luxury. Anything you need plus your own adult private beach and pool. The restaurants were over the top we outstanding meals we ate at every one . We will be back every year for our anniversary. Entertainment was awesome and the courtyard was like sitting in Italy having a cappuccino. By the way the pastry shop is out of this world.

My friend and I did a girls trip at the mirage with the plans of simply enjoying everything the resort has to offer. The resort is extremely clean and the staff is friendly. They have many fun events and the Spa is very worth the visit (we went twice). The rooms are gorgeous and very spacious and come with a butler for any of our needs. Our butler, Wilber, was amazing and funny. He met us wherever we were at each morning to greet us and tell us about what was happening throughout the day. This was a great friends trip, is an even better couples trip and is family friendly as well with the adult sections still being an option. I will definitely be returning here.

This is a very wholesome and family friendly resort. Staff is extremely kind . Here is are some pros and cons especially with kids, nothing that’ll take the overall 5 stars away.
1. Staff - Most kind , especially at the Japanese place - lady at counter to manager to all servers . Kabuki staff was sweetest along with the Market place and Sea food staff. Maria , our cleaner made my kids day and Jorge our butler was good .
2. Amenities - The shows , water park , pools and beach easily make 7 days fly by. All well kept and maintained
3. Food - Wide variety and fresh - something for everyone ! The coffee shop is amazing collect on of shakes and drinks
Cons :Rooms need some repair , bathroom plumbing , mosquitoes etc . But nothing major .

Great show and service! Kenny was such a fun show performer! The spa is amazing, the masseuse and attendants are wonderful. The Hibachi cook and food both great. Our family enjoyed our time together here. The butler was very helpful in making sure things went smoothly.

From the moment we arrived at the Majestic Mirage, we were treated like royalty. The property itself is lovely, with lush gardens, pristine pools, and a beautiful beachfront. Every detail of the resort is thoughtfully designed to create a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere.
The suites are very spacious, with 1.5 bathrooms, a daily fully stocked coffee station/mini bar, living room area, standalone tub, and large bathroom vanity. We especially loved the jacuzzi on our private terrace, which – with a bottle of champagne in hand added a touch of indulgence to our stay. The housekeeping and butler service were great, and they were always eager to go above and beyond to meet our needs. Special thanks to our butler Jeffry, who made our experience seamless and memorable.
The dining options were wonderful with a variety of restaurants offering varied menus and international cuisines. Although all were very good the steakhouse and Japanese (sushi style) restaurant were personal favorites, but every meal felt like a special occasion.
What truly sets the Majestic Mirage apart is the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Every guest had their favourites and ours were, Wrkia, Ana Maria, Noemi, Francisco, Olga, and Lisette, whose interactions were memorable and genuine, and made us feel like we were part of the family.
Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway or a family vacation, the Majestic Mirage delivers on every front. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay. Highly recommended!
