The resort was amazing. The many pools were very relaxing and there were lots of free beds, the same went for the beach. We had the room with the private roof top Bali bed and jacuzzi which was beautiful. Food was pretty good especially the restaurants so definitely make reservations because the steak house and fine dining were highlights. Overall the employees were very friendly along with the bartenders. Kenny was an absolute blast at the main market place area where they played live music at night. Definitely will be back!

Entertainment group was amazing. They are always enthusiastic about getting people involved in the activities. Shout out to Kenny and Ashlin who were always fun.
We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and our butler, Junior Morena, was amazing. He really took care of our experience and made sure we had a special time. Our room was beautifully decorated with complimentary sparkling wine and we had a special dinner at the French restaurant. Junior was always there to make sure we were having an excellent time. We also had a couples massage at the spa and it was amazing. This hotel and the staff are just wonderful.

I visited here for 7 days for my honeymoon. Everyone was so welcoming from the moment my wife and I stepped off the transportation bus. They have multiple swim up bars, great access to the beach, the food was also amazing. SO many things to do. We went on a few excursions and visited monkey land which was my favorite! They also offer photography and spa services that we utilized! Our butler, Jeffry, was the best and helped us set up all our dinner reservations and appointments. Eduard was also fun, friendly, and engaged everyone in the nightly entertainment! This has been the best vacation ever and we will definitely be back to this resort when we return to Punta Cana!

The staff is amazing and super helpful. Ashlin is the best for all activities. If you have the opportunity to request a butler, I recommend Bolivar he goes above and beyond. All the bartenders are very outgoing and make good drinks. I wish they had a Dominican restaurant on the resort. Also don’t buy anything from the beach they overcharge you, the hotel gift shop is way cheaper and safer

We spent 9 days here for our honeymoon and it was amazing! The staff was great and the scenery was incredible. There are plenty of activities to do and there was a show every evening. We watched almost every one of them and thoroughly enjoyed them.
The staff kept our rooms very clean and stocked. Our butler, Wilbert, was top notch; very professional, courteous, and polite and was always there for anything we needed.
We looking to going back in the future!
