An Exquisite Afternoon Tea Experience I visited for afternoon tea, and from the moment I arrived, I knew this was the place I had been missing. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, creating an experience that felt truly special. The service was impeccable, with the staff showing both elegance and warmth in their style and manners. The presentation of the food was as delightful as the taste itself—everything was done to perfection. I enjoyed every moment and would be absolutely thrilled to return. After tea, we spent some time in the main lobby, listening to classical music, which added the perfect touch to an already delightful afternoon. If you’re looking for a refined and relaxing experience, this is the place to be!

Stayed at my favourite hotel group over last weekend. Loved everything about the hotel, from the lively design and interior of the lobby, the room and the restaurants, also impeccable service from the staff. Everything is prepared to the details, and you can't help but feel like a royalty. It's unfortunate that the Michelin star restaurant was not open during my stay, but everything else is perfect. The afternoon tea at Authors Lounge is highly recommended. Such a venue with deep history and very well maintained. This is a worthy flagship of the group. Keep up the good work.

I was thoroughly impressed. The ambiance alone sets the perfect tone for a relaxing meal, with its serene views and sophisticated decor. The food? Simply outstanding. Each dish was meticulously prepared and full of flavor. I especially enjoyed the Tom Kha Kai, which had the perfect balance of spices and textures. The service was also top-notch, attentive but not overbearing, ensuring that every part of the dining experience was enjoyable.

It was truly amazing, I felt like they prioritized us in every way, making it the best in Thailand. 1. I carried another pair of shoes out of the car, and they found a hotel bag to put them in for me. 2. There’s an unpacking service for your luggage. 3. The room was refreshed every time we stepped out. 4. I didn’t have a tie for my charger, so they tied it up neatly for me while I was out. 5. While waiting briefly for the boat, the staff, concerned about the heat, arranged chairs in a new area for us to sit comfortably. 6. The bar staff were always attentive, keeping an eye on us to see if we needed anything. 7. The breakfast staff remembered every detail about our preferences, knowing exactly what we ordered, and made sure to follow up without us needing to ask

Absolutely fabulous hotel with beautiful rooms and amazing service. My room had a balcony overlooking the river which was fantastic. It also had a bath and was very well appointed. The pool at the hotel is amazing, and they even give out little treats like a scoop of ice cream during the day. They also have a free shuttle service over to Icon Siam mall which is a incredible. I used it so many times!!
