This is a beautiful place but the people who work here are not really friendly. There is no real value for your money. There is no real activities or excitement. The food is not good or fresh . The advantage is the sunset walk is close so we could dine along the strip. They offered passes to the water park which we couldn't use because it was too cold . I asked about using them the day after check out which would have been warmer but they were rigid and declined even though we didn't use them . I definitely won't do them again . We enjoyed the spa but their prices were too high for nothing extravagant.

The hotel was nice and a reasonable price. Our stay was nice and we enjoyed the time. However, one day while we were away at a nearby park, an attendant cleaned our room and stole my perfume. The bottle was newer, barely used, and of higher value. We reported it to the front desk but this was very disappointing. We shouldn’t have to be worried about housekeepers stealing our items. And according to other reviews, this isn’t the first time this has happened here. Be careful what you leave in the room here. We stayed in room 364 and the perfume was stolen sometime between 930AM - 6PM on 3/12/2025.
Also we went to euphoria for dinner one night. We waited over 30 minutes just to get waters. We were there for over 2 hours in total, mostly waiting for service. Our food was cold, fish was dry and hard. Not a lot of good options nearby for breakfast, only one spot in the boardwalk offers breakfast and only Thursday - Sunday. And their complimentary continental breakfast is super disappointing with only 3 options for your meal.

We had a fantastic time here. Unfortunately, our time was far too short!! This place is stunning. The grounds are pristine and the rooms are great. At least 3 pools, tons of restaurants with amazing food and drinks, you can't ask for more. They also have a shuttle to take you around the property. Don't hesitate, book your next trip here!

I recently stayed at Margaritaville, and while the overall experience was decent, there were a few disappointing aspects. The hotel itself is nice, with a fun atmosphere and comfortable rooms. However, the service was quite slow throughout my stay, from check-in to dining.
The biggest issue was that I requested a late checkout since I was traveling with my one-year-old and had a late flight, but my request was denied. It made the departure process much more stressful than it needed to be. Given the circumstances, a little more flexibility would have gone a long way.
If you’re looking for a lively environment and don’t mind waiting a bit for service, this hotel could still be a good choice. But if customer service and flexibility are priorities, you might want to consider other options.

I rented a cottage and I live locally. So this was a stay cation. I love the free shuttle service, the cottage we had was all the way in the back. One of the remotes in the bedroom was missing. Called the front desk didn't get replaced. And I found a dead bed bug in the room. Other than that a beautiful resort
