I recently stayed at this resort and overall had a comfortable experience. The rooms do look a little old and could use some updating, but they were still clean and functional. The highlight of the property is definitely the restaurant—breakfast is super good with plenty of tasty options to start the day right. Parking was easy and convenient, which made coming and going stress-free. Another big plus is the location; several stores are nearby, making it easy to pick up anything you need during your stay. Overall, it’s a practical and enjoyable place to stay, especially if you value great food and convenience.

This review is for 20 and 21 November. I have been a chauffeur for many years, I been to every resort hotel numerous times in all types and sizes of vehicles. Yesterday and today were the 1st and 2nd time I have been to your resort, both days driving a large 40 pax bus. I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Cooper on the 20th and then Tyler today the 21st. Where has this caliber of employee been all these years!!?? These dudes were and are phenomenal!! Professional, friendly, they were a huge help to myself and group I was picking up.. We all know how hectic it can be at the front of the resort with all types of vehicles all over the place... these cats stayed calm, they knew what they wanted done, they conveyed that message to myself and the other drivers and they made it happen! AND they did it with a smile! Kudos to whomever saw the talent in these young dudes and gave them a chance here. Absolutely the best, easiest experience I have had at any resort in many years. Thanks dudes!!!

We had an amazing trip and enjoyed the resort!! We loved the breakfast (just wish the restaurant was available and not just in the lobby). The pool and pool bar was awesome! Also great customer service, Jacob at the front desk was absolutely amazing! He actually made our experience what it was, and was very personable. Will be back

Small incident with the fire alarms going off several times in the middle of the night and was on all night in a separate building. Had to exit the building once. The valet was hard to get because of the quantity of cars 1 person had to park. Opted to self park. Check in went very smooth and was very polite. Had breakfast the following morning with Julian as our server with good food and great service. Enjoyed all the amenities and the pools. Had lunch and drinks in the oasis club and enjoyed live music in the fins up beach club. Very enjoyable and relaxing experiences will recommend. Property and facilities were clean and in good shape.

My wife and I had breakfast this morning in the hotel lobby, which is set up temporarily. Our waitress, Taylor H., was awesome—very friendly, attentive, and on point. She also gave us some great suggestions of things to do in the area, which was very helpful. She mentioned that every time someone leaves a good review, she earns a Pineapple Award. I joked with her and said she deserves a big custom-made Pineapple Award because she was excellent. Make sure to ask for her—you won’t regret it! Thank you Taylor H.
