We had an amazing trip and enjoyed the resort!! We loved the breakfast (just wish the restaurant was available and not just in the lobby). The pool and pool bar was awesome! Also great customer service, Jacob at the front desk was absolutely amazing! He actually made our experience what it was, and was very personable. Will be back

Small incident with the fire alarms going off several times in the middle of the night and was on all night in a separate building. Had to exit the building once. The valet was hard to get because of the quantity of cars 1 person had to park. Opted to self park. Check in went very smooth and was very polite. Had breakfast the following morning with Julian as our server with good food and great service. Enjoyed all the amenities and the pools. Had lunch and drinks in the oasis club and enjoyed live music in the fins up beach club. Very enjoyable and relaxing experiences will recommend. Property and facilities were clean and in good shape.

I was so looking forward to our stay and I was so disappointed. This property is so run down. We stayed in a six bedroom and the rooms were horrible. The private pool was filthy. The patio needed to be pressure washed. The TV remotes did not work. One bedroom had a broken toilet paper holder. Our bed in one of the master bedrooms was lumpy and uncomfortable. We were ordering trash bags as we were given two at a time and that's if they brought the right size. It was a wait if you did request anything. The restaurants on Sunset Walk were below average for the price we were paying. Oh, if you use the salon or spa, make sure to ask about the "service charge" which they don't mention until after the service. Then to top it all off, we were charged a $200 damage fee for a burn in a cushion. No one smoked in our party and I asked where the burn was from. They couldn't tell me what piece of furniture the burn was found. All that was written according to the front desk was "burn" and a picture of a cushion. The burn was no bigger than a nickel and I was charged $200?!? This furniture was not top of the line or even middle of the road. We paid $4200 to stay 6 nights...I will NEVER EVER stay here again. This place is a ripoff. STAY AWAY!!! Oh, and I'm disputing the charge and it's been a month and so far they haven't responded. I see business as usual.

My wife and I had breakfast this morning in the hotel lobby, which is set up temporarily. Our waitress, Taylor H., was awesome—very friendly, attentive, and on point. She also gave us some great suggestions of things to do in the area, which was very helpful. She mentioned that every time someone leaves a good review, she earns a Pineapple Award. I joked with her and said she deserves a big custom-made Pineapple Award because she was excellent. Make sure to ask for her—you won’t regret it! Thank you Taylor H.

I am absolutely in love with this resort. I came here for a solo vacation and to attend a work conference (which is actually at another hotel) and everything has been absolutely amazing. The people at the front desk (David in particular) have been fantastic. They really go out of their way to make your stay great. The cabanas are amazing, and the waitresses around the pool are very attentive. The rooms however are really the icing on the cake, they are just perfect. Yes they show a tiny bit of wear and tear, but it is so minor, and absolutely not impacting my stay. Otherwise the balcony with the views of the pool and the lake behind are just picturesque. Will I become back, yes I will.
