Outstanding service! My family (16 adults and children and 4 fur babies) had to evacuate our homes during hurricane Milton, so we came here. So happy they had availability for us to all be together!! The resort was perfect. They have great food options, lots of space to explore, live music, and are extremely pet friendly. The kids loved the arcade and pool area. Also, the staff kept everyone happy, informed, and safe. They were understanding, kind, and helpful. We will all definitely visit again!

I absolutely love this resort. I wish I could spend more time. My sister loves it. We both loved the beds since they were so comfortable. We love the bathroom, even the sink with mermaid tails. We do like the shower, but we weren't sure about the shower head. Also, we love the balcony of where we can sit outside and enjoy it. Also, we love the location because it was easy to walk to the Sunset Walk. We love the decor in the lobby and the room. We definitely want to come back next year!

I’ll start with the good - the location is nice, it’s tucked away almost in its own little town. Grocery stores, shopping centers and restaurants are near so that was a plus. The place is pet friendly which is nice for families who want to bring their fur babies on vacay. The cottages are spacious and come with cooking utensils which makes it convenient to cook and not have to head out if you’re on a budget. They also came with a washer and dryer which is also convenient. Now for the not so good (needs improvement) - our cottage was not fully cleaned when we arrived, the shower had hair on the walls from the previous tenants, the sheets did not seem to be washed, the couch and carpet were full of fur … There also seemed to be an ant problem as there were ants in every room from the day we arrived, they were of course on the floors but also on the walls and beds. Our cottage did not come with a broom, we later called for one and was brought one maybe 3 hours later. There was an ironing board however no cover for the actual board itself so be prepared to bring a sheet or cover. We had a cottage that was not fenced in, I recommend asking about that during booking especially if you have little ones as there is a pond right in back and there are gators in the water. We did have family staying as well, their cottage came with a pool in their backyard and it was filthy, so we decided to skip the pool. Hope this review helps the resort and also future guests.

The king suite room was very nice and clean and the bed was actually really comfortable. It rained most of our stay so we didn’t get to use the pool very much, but it seemed nice. Most of the chairs with an umbrella were gated off even though the area was not busy. Pros: - Comfortable bed. - Clean room. - New towels/water every day if you want them. - Good view from the balcony (loud air conditioner on the balcony tho). - Quiet environment, couldn’t hear the neighbors. - Hotel restaurant had surprisingly really good food, although very expensive. - Restaurant staff were so unbelievably nice. - Good location if you are going to Disney. Cons: - No towel racks or anywhere to hang a towel after showering. They have signs saying to hang your towels up if you don’t want them replaced, but there was no place to do that. We left a pile of towels because of that. - $45 DAILY resort fee that isn’t made super clear when booking through Expedia. Paid for when you arrive. - No easy way to get ice. No ice machine on our floor or nearby and we were a long walk from the lobby where the little snack shop was. That was the closest place to get ice. We also got irritated looks every time we asked them to fill up the ice bucket, even though we were told to get it there. - Room was a long walk from the lobby,pool…etc. - Most of the pool chairs, especially those with umbrellas were gated off and needed to be reserved. Even though we were there during the middle of the week and it wasn’t busy. - Hotel restaurant was really expensive, that being said the food was great.

We escaped to Margaritaville for 4 nights for an impromptu hurricane party. I had no prior experience with this chain. It was OUTSTANDING. The staff was on mandatory lockdown, and though likely understaffed, they did a phenomenal job caring for all of the guests. The food at euphoria was excellent (steak was a favorite), the fast casual options at Provisions were adequate all hours of the day, and the Coco-Rita from the bar was particularly tasty. Enjoyed the live music from the balcony and at night at the bar. Our room was honestly the largest we had ever stayed in (the premium suite), and we had TWO balconies. We had initially booked the room with points and got a pretty good deal considering the incredible size of the suite, and the front desk was kind enough to ask the manager to extend this rate for two nights longer, which they did. It was a dream considering we brought my 2 year old toddler and 2 month old son. My toddler adored the giant flip flop in the spacious lobby and got plenty of energy out downstairs. The pool was chilly even in September but there was a nice large jacuzzi too. The lake has a long walking trail beside the cottages and villas which was refreshing in the cool mornings. One downside: the trundle bed is extremely loud, there is something poorly made about the springs. But the actual beds are luxurious and incredibly comfortable. There are two AC units, one in the bedroom and another in the living space, and they worked really well and kept it quite cool (we are polar bears). The rooms were made up extremely nicely, and they even arranged my toddler’s toys into a cute design when they made up the beds. So: excellent experience all around.
