Outstanding service! My family (16 adults and children and 4 fur babies) had to evacuate our homes during hurricane Milton, so we came here. So happy they had availability for us to all be together!! The resort was perfect. They have great food options, lots of space to explore, live music, and are extremely pet friendly. The kids loved the arcade and pool area. Also, the staff kept everyone happy, informed, and safe. They were understanding, kind, and helpful. We will all definitely visit again!

Great location for the Disney parks. Rooms were reasonable for that area and it is close and walking distance to the promenade and many different places to eat. Shuttle to parks although they take a long route to get back. Suggest uber to get to parks quickly and shuttle on the way back since time is not a concern. Room was very comfortable and quiet and very clean. Good pool view from our room The pools were pleasant and well kept. Beds were very comfortable although the mattress cover was a little undersized and a corner came loose but not a deal breaker. Climate control was excellent and plenty of tv channels. Local bars and lounge were nice but a but a bit pricey. Good food and drinks were yummy. Will use them again for Disney

I absolutely love this resort. I wish I could spend more time. My sister loves it. We both loved the beds since they were so comfortable. We love the bathroom, even the sink with mermaid tails. We do like the shower, but we weren't sure about the shower head. Also, we love the balcony of where we can sit outside and enjoy it. Also, we love the location because it was easy to walk to the Sunset Walk. We love the decor in the lobby and the room. We definitely want to come back next year!

We checked in around 11 knowing we were early. They said they could get us in our room early for $50. No thanks. Turned around and was asked to step to a booth for our wrist band. Found out it’s not part of our hotel stay but a sales pitch for a time share. Two strikes. Now we are trying to find something to do until our room is ready at 4:00 pm and I just want to leave. Wish we had booked at the beach, Disney, or Universal. At least we’d get a room early and not be charged or put through the time-share ringer. And Disney/Universal had the complimentary transportation so we could spend our day resort hopping or at Disney Springs. Margaritaville has no airport transfers, either. The fruity drinks are strong and yummy at the pool bar Salty Rim!

I’ll start with the good - the location is nice, it’s tucked away almost in its own little town. Grocery stores, shopping centers and restaurants are near so that was a plus. The place is pet friendly which is nice for families who want to bring their fur babies on vacay. The cottages are spacious and come with cooking utensils which makes it convenient to cook and not have to head out if you’re on a budget. They also came with a washer and dryer which is also convenient. Now for the not so good (needs improvement) - our cottage was not fully cleaned when we arrived, the shower had hair on the walls from the previous tenants, the sheets did not seem to be washed, the couch and carpet were full of fur … There also seemed to be an ant problem as there were ants in every room from the day we arrived, they were of course on the floors but also on the walls and beds. Our cottage did not come with a broom, we later called for one and was brought one maybe 3 hours later. There was an ironing board however no cover for the actual board itself so be prepared to bring a sheet or cover. We had a cottage that was not fenced in, I recommend asking about that during booking especially if you have little ones as there is a pond right in back and there are gators in the water. We did have family staying as well, their cottage came with a pool in their backyard and it was filthy, so we decided to skip the pool. Hope this review helps the resort and also future guests.
