Amazing place to stay! This is the first time I have traveled with my pet and could not be more pleased. It is really a pet friendly facility. Lots of unexpected perks! Happy hour EVERY day with free wine and beer. Discounted bar food. The staff is amazing particularly Jennifer at front desk. Overall everyone goes out of their way to make your stay feel comfortable and relaxed. Would highly recommend.

The room smelled, the door wouldn’t shut all the way, and while the property overall looked cared for, the rooms seemed old and beat up. The bed was comfortable thankfully and we only stayed one night so it was doable. I rated the location low because nothing is walkable but if you don’t want that, it’s a quiet part of a cute town and of course close to Disney. So location is good in those ways!

The hotel is beautiful. 3rd time here and each time different things to do. This time I enjoyed wellness retreat with a reflexology class. Thank you David and Jesus for teaching me this ancient art.

Stayed here during Christmas week. We got in at 6am and were able to check into our room right away. The pool is well maintained. David and Manuel made sure that we had everything we needed. The hotel is in a good location if you are looking to visit Disney world, only 15 mins away from the parks. And it’s located opposite of where traffic is so we were never stuck in traffic.

My stay here was absolutely relaxing. I had a 2 bedrooms suite which turned out to be very spacious. Extremely tranquil views. The full kitchen came in handy. The heated pool looked very inviting. Maryjo checked me in and out. She was absolutely amazing despite the freezing temperatures. Maryjo was very welcoming, friendly, personable and a joy to talk to. Please give her raise its clear she works 18 hour shifts. The Wilson restaurant was absolutely delicious. I felt as if I had my own personal chef catering to me. Plus there is a variety of eating locations across the street.
