Updates with photos I am so disappointed at this hotel. I've seen it for years and heard great things but I think the reviews are skewed by the nice restaurant and hotel day passes. 1. Room needs a HUGE update. The bed was hard, the shower had so much calcium that the water comes out in 10 different directions, the floor in the bathroom had mold, the paint was dingy and chipped throughout the room 2. The phone never worked, there were faulty outlets that didn't work and the door intermittently didn't work 3. Staff was friendly but trying to call them was awful. At one point I called 5 times and no one answered the phone then it got transferred to reservations who didn't know how to transfer the phone and it would hang up on me. 4. For a 4 star hotel the room lacks a lot of what I would expect. There was a small TV, no microwave and a small mini fridge. As mentioned the bed was like a rock and laid on a platform style frame that was scuffed and chipped. Nothing about the accommodations are well maintained. It so disappointing that it looks the way it does on the outside but is no better than a holiday inn on the inside. Save your money and go somewhere else or splurge a few more dollars for something better

My vacation at the Melia Orlando Celebration hotel, which I highly recommend. As someone who travels a lot, I have rarely had such excellent service, adapted to my needs. I was pleasantly surprised to see the size of the rooms! I made a mistake when booking when I wanted to reserve a small suite so I could enjoy cooking lightly for my son. Upon arrival, the receptionist realized that it was a simple room that had been reserved and not a suite! I was lucky enough to be able to discuss it with one of the managers, Miss Mackensie, who magically responded to all my requests without any additional costs! Thanks to her, I received a royal suite. She was extremely kind and professional! So I went on a cruise and came back to stay in this hotel where I feel so good, a bit like home :))) I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and I want to give special thanks to Dexsi Leon, the manager, for going above and beyond to make my stay perfect. There was a small issue at the beginning of my visit, but Dexsi handled it with incredible professionalism and care. Thanks to Dexsi, everything was arranged smoothly and thoughtfully. I truly appreciate the warm and attentive service. Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Melia Celebration and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was amazing, Andrea helped us a lot on our stay, she was there to answer all of our questions, and definitely made our experience even better The hotel’s facilities were outstanding. The pool area was serene and well-maintained, and the spa provided one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had.

Highly recommend Melia at Celebration Orlando. Had a 3-night stay at the mini resort with family of4. Initially our flight was delayed to next day. Hotel staff over phone greatly helped with my adjusted schedule. When we reached Hotel, the front desk were also super nice. The bumped us to a 2 bedroom suite from 1 bedroom. Rooms are very clean. A full size fridge and Kitchenette made life easy for us to make our breakfast in the mornings before heading to our day activities. It is so easy to get to all the parks. Pool was spectacular, super clean and had towels. Also have a hot Jacuzzi for relaxing. There is onsite Restaurant and happy hour bar which by the way is picturesque.. Jesus at front desk is so friendly and even let us check-out an hour late than their scheduled check-out time. I will recommend this place to anyone and definitely will stay here next time in Orlando. The wristband instead of key card for room entry was a cute touch.
