I had a very pleasant stay here. Our room had a great view of the pool, along with a balcony. Our room included a whole kitchen with a sink, a fridge, cabinets, and a microwave, which was really convenient. The beds were quite comfy and clean. The room itself was average, and looked taken care for instead of being dirty. The Wilson is a great restaurant as well, and the pool itself was a good temp, and there was a hot tub. I would stay here again on my next Orlando trip.

Overall we had a very nice stay. I love the suites and having two bedrooms and two bathrooms along with the full kitchen and living room. It was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen could really use some dish towels or paper towels. The cabinets and furniture was a little worn. The bathrooms were nice and beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was friendly. The daily happy hour was a very nice amenity! The pool area was clean and the lobby and restaurant were beautiful and well kept. My one and only complaint is they NEVER answer the PHONE!! I tried reaching them the day of my check out several times with no answer. When I walked in to the front desk there were four workers standing right in front of the phone. I wanted a receipt and no one could help me. They won't print one for you. No email of a receipt either. I've been trying to contact the hotel since my check out 3 days ago and still no answer of the phone. Reservations will not help. They say you need to talk to the hotel directly. Telling me there may be an issue with their phones, but we will tranfer you again. NOT helpful. I've created a ticket with corporate and no response still. This is very frustrating.

I frequently visit this place with a day pass, and I always have a wonderful experience. David, Ray, and Lisa are especially great, and the entire staff is friendly, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. My family loves coming here—it’s the perfect spot for a little getaway. The pool is always clean, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy. It truly feels like a home away from home!

Fine for the price. Definitely not a 4-Star experience though. No free breakfast. No business center to work in. No printer. No shuttle to or from the airport. Traffic is a nightmare in the area. There are sidewalks nearby but not much to walk to. Also you'll probably get hit since Florida drivers don't stop at crosswalks.

My stay here was absolutely relaxing. I had a 2 bedrooms suite which turned out to be very spacious. Extremely tranquil views. The full kitchen came in handy. The heated pool looked very inviting. Maryjo checked me in and out. She was absolutely amazing despite the freezing temperatures. Maryjo was very welcoming, friendly, personable and a joy to talk to. Please give her raise its clear she works 18 hour shifts. The Wilson restaurant was absolutely delicious. I felt as if I had my own personal chef catering to me. Plus there is a variety of eating locations across the street.
