Great resort for families and couples. The place is absolutely gorgeous. Pool access from everywhere and incredible beach access from the hotel. All teams are very nice and professional and made our stay amazing. Housekeeping, F&B and Front Office are doing an incredible job. Special mention to Khun Siri, Khun Van, Khun Krod and Khun Otto who looked after us so well. We highly recommend The Level Duplex Boat Suite Pool Access which is very spacious and comfortable. We'll be back! Thank you so much.

‏e have been several times, the last time was a little disappointing because they put us in a very small room Even though I tried to upgrade with extra money, they always made it difficult for me with the extra bed that we need . and the generator of the neighboring hotel Made a noise that woke me and my daughter up several times. We felt like we were sleeping inside a factory. . I didn't sleep for two consecutive nights. There was no response from the hotel until I wrote my opinion and gave a low star rating. After that, they changed us to a comfortable room and brought a bottle of wine. The manager who handled the exceptional case was nice and tried to help. The heartache had already been done. Two nights of my vacation were ruined and a bottle of wine couldn't improve my feelings. At this point, I i was happier If they had addressed my problem and distress before I rated the hotel with a low number of stars. Sometimes humanity is more important than reputation. I recommend that you take the rooms with access to the pool, they are quiet and pleasant. Regarding the food in room service, the food has dropped this year, it is also important for me to note that the pools are at a perfect water temperature and really feel like a blanket. I feel that the level of service and consideration for customers should be better, generous and rewarding for the large amount of money that the guests pay.

Incredible Resort. Very kid friendly. Staff is exceptional from time they come to take your bags, check-in and get you settled in. Food is wonderful. Our room attendant (Gift) was so nice. Really best care we have experienced from our many travels.

The hotel service was excellent from start to finish, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. As many reviews mention, the resort is family-oriented, which became apparent during our visit. As a couple without children, we realized it might not have been the best choice for us. If you're a couple seeking a relaxing getaway without the presence of kids, this may not be the ideal hotel for you. The location also has its downsides, as there isn't much to do near the hotel. We found the food at the restaurant to be disappointing. We tried it once, and unfortunately, the truffle mushroom pasta had no truffle flavor at all and was just mushrooms. It wasn't inexpensive either. On a positive note, we enjoyed dining at the nearby restaurant, "PI SAMUI," which was much better. Additionally, the soundproofing in the hotel was poor. We could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms, including footsteps from the floor above. We had to call the reception once due to a lot of noise from the room above, which was quite disturbing. Aside from these issues, the hotel was very clean and aesthetically pleasing.
