The hotel is absolutely stunning, with vast public areas that feel endless. The staff is very friendly, breakfast is excellent, and both the rooms and common spaces are spotlessly clean. The pool is large and spacious, and the beach is simply beautiful. Room for improvement: There is no real separation between the bathroom and the bedroom – the toilet door is only half the height of the doorway and essentially open, which can create uncomfortable situations. I stayed in a poolside room. The garden has a gate, but there is no way to lock it, which means a child could potentially enter the pool without supervision. Other than that, the hotel is fantastic, and we will definitely return for another vacation. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel for families. Nice pools…Amazing private beach and lovely staff. The rooms are clean and well decorated. Short drive from airport. My kids had fun. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Koh Samui.

Pros: - Stunning hotel including the gardens, location and setting on the beach. Even the more basic rooms were very spacious with bathtub on the balcony - Great pool, activities and family-friendly. - Staff were very friendly Cons: - Food and drinks were pretty average and overpriced for what they were- better eating at one of the many local places close by. Breakfast was fine but not among the better ones I’ve had in Thailand. - Our room was pretty damp when we first arrived and our bed was also very damp another day - we had to get the sheets changed again and hit the AC full blast to dry it out - Overall felt pretty westernised and slightly lacked a personal touch

Very beautiful hotel, with multiple swimming pools that can be connected to each building. Beautiful rooms, complete facilities, very good breakfast with everything you need. The main swimming pool is very large, and the restaurant is luxurious.

If you're looking for peace and quiet, this hotel is NOT for you. There are kids everywhere. They're screaming and running around all day long. And since the rooms have very poor soundproofing, you will hear everything even if the noise is not anywhere near your room. The restaurant by the beach used to be one of the best in Samui. It was very popular with local expats but unfortunately it's no longer the case. The food was pretty bad. The service was excellent. The beach is beautiful. The pool is very nice. Overall it's a decent hotel for the price but not for couples or singles. We would not be coming back.
