First, when we entered the lobby it was small and even very crammed, the restaurant was almost double the lobby and it was tiny. The service was horrible, even though kids get a free beverage under 30 minutes, the bar tender ignored for the straight time given and she never cared to notice that we had no time to waste. Speaking of bad service, they had no knowledge at all!!! When entering the pool, large teens were playing with the following games in the pool like, basketball, and even volleyball. These teens were loud, noisy, and were causing destruction to our ears and the hotel. There were no life guards or just employees caring about this situation, instead they were just talking with their friends. This did not just ruin the experience though. When we walked through the hallway of our room, dogs and even kids were found barking and even screaming next to our room. Inside the room, cheap floor and even furniture was covering the room. And you want to watch a movie, well it is 20 dollars each movie, this is a scam!!!!!! The room feels like you stepped right into an old motel. This hotel was 210 dollars for a dingy, old, ugly room that will make you scream when entered. This hotel is not dangerous by the ugliness but, even for your wallet and bank account. All of this at least may make you hungry, you think after all of this trouble you think you can eat for free? Nope!!!!! The breakfast and even lunch so as dinner all costs you additional fees. This scam house is quite expensive for what you get plus, there are much better options. For example, 5 minutes away from this hotel, Marriott or even Hilton was luxurious and was half the price. Looking for a stay in Orlando head right to the hotels that was previously stated. Going to this hotel would scam you until you are in your grave!!!! SCAM ALERT! SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT ENTER!!!!!

The hotel welcomed us with a beautiful note, The rooms were so big and very clean. Everything you needed you had there. Customer service was very attentive especially Valerie the front desk manager. When I do come back to Orlando this is the hotel I will be staying at again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Melia Celebration and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was amazing, Andrea helped us a lot on our stay, she was there to answer all of our questions, and definitely made our experience even better The hotel’s facilities were outstanding. The pool area was serene and well-maintained, and the spa provided one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had.

Highly recommend Melia at Celebration Orlando. Had a 3-night stay at the mini resort with family of4. Initially our flight was delayed to next day. Hotel staff over phone greatly helped with my adjusted schedule. When we reached Hotel, the front desk were also super nice. The bumped us to a 2 bedroom suite from 1 bedroom. Rooms are very clean. A full size fridge and Kitchenette made life easy for us to make our breakfast in the mornings before heading to our day activities. It is so easy to get to all the parks. Pool was spectacular, super clean and had towels. Also have a hot Jacuzzi for relaxing. There is onsite Restaurant and happy hour bar which by the way is picturesque.. Jesus at front desk is so friendly and even let us check-out an hour late than their scheduled check-out time. I will recommend this place to anyone and definitely will stay here next time in Orlando. The wristband instead of key card for room entry was a cute touch.

The room, the service and the location is great, very close to Disney World. My only issue was the breakfast. First of all when I checked in we were supposed to get a breakfast card for the breakfast because our breakfast was included with the room. We didn’t get that until the morning when our waiter told us we were supposed to get one for every single morning. The other problem was the portion on some of the breakfast, I don’t eat a lot but I think two bacon two eggs and a little bit of bread roll won’t get me really far during the morning. But I’m still gonna give 5 star because we found a dish on the breakfast menu which was suitable for us and we were not hungry until lunch, and they and very happy with the birthday box that my wife has received.
