First time staying at this resort and I really enjoyed it. Upon checking in, I was asked if I wanted to upgrade for a reasonable rate; my new room was ocean front with a spectacular view. Plenty of chairs at the pool and beach to chose from. Food and drinks were good. The staff was absolutely fantastic; always asking if I needed anything, including shuttling between lobbies. I highly recommend.

There is no way to describe this experience other than amazing. The food was amazing, hotel was insane, the all you can eat buffets were delicious and convenient, and the restaurants had individual experiences. Especially the circus one, that may have been the best I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I would 900% recommend this trip for families and alone. Definitely get the membership, it will be worth it in the long run. Their accommodation is great. Check in was awesome, the gave little moist towels and free cucumber honey water which tastes delicious. The whole hotel looks elegant, and they have a gaming area for teens and a kid area to check your kid into the place to let them play games, bumper cars, movies, and more! Water park was also very fun! I think the best part was the food experience since they all have a unique setting and gimmick! The travel was easy with shuttles around the resort and the other 2 resorts. I personally think it’s the best place for a vacation, no doubt about it! They have a photography service where they take photos for an amazing vacation photo! The room keys are very convenient as it’s a wristband you wear.
The views are amazing and just breathtaking from some of these hotel rooms, and they have ice dispensers and a mini bar to your convenience! Overall, one of the best trips I have EVER been on

This place is greatest vocation spot I ever been to. The service was absolutely fantastic starting from the security team at the gate to the front desk to the bill man that took us to our amazing room with the hot tub and the mini bar, the restaurant team were great they give us an amazing service .
The next morning in the pool all team’s members were helpful, super friendly and professional.
The food was great we tried the Mexican restaurant and the gondola in sun rise , the Brazilian stake house and international buffet in nizuc. There are so many restaurants and food styles that we didn’t have the time to try but I’m sure they all have the same standards.
Shout out to the management team for organizing such a great roles and system!
My family and I stayed for three nights only and had the best time ever we will return to this place every time we are in Cancun for sure.

Stayed for 4 nights, family of four. Staffs were all friendly and helpful. We were lucky enough not to get bug by the event/membership sellers🤣. Lots of restaurant to choose with variety of menu. Spa was great experience including hydrotherapy. Pools were exquisite with different events throughout the day. Some night events were too late for the young ones so we only watch one of the show, which was fun.
With the convenience of the area, we will come back again but not in the near future. 😬😁.

The entertainment and food was great. However the cleanliness of the rooms was poor. My wife and I spotted a total of 6 roaches in our suite which is beyond disgusting. When we called guest services, the representative didn’t even seem interested or surprised when we informed them of the issue. But wait, it gets better. We were moved to a new room (after I had to come up with the request ) and we greeted the next morning with yet another roach laying dead on the floor.
In addition to that, you have to request for your room to be cleaned although they do not thoroughly clean anyway. Cups and glasses aren’t removed. I had to use towels to shower with because they only gave us one washcloth per day.
The check in process is overwhelmingly long. Maybe because they spend a great amount of time trying to convince you to upgrade to their grand resort. (Maybe I should’ve done so to avoid having my unwanted roommates). But if you don’t upgrade during the check in, don’t worry, they’ll harass you throughout your entire vacation about it until the day you checkout…… seriously.
I think it’s safe to say we’re never going back there.
