We had a great time at this hotel!
What we loved:
* The room was super spacious and really clean.
* The staff were friendly and quick to help with anything we needed.
* They offer free bellman service, which was super handy.
* The location is awesome—you can walk to all the main attractions.
* The casino is smoke-free, which made it so much more enjoyable.
* We got a free upgrade on our room 😆
What could be better:
* The TV felt pretty old-school. There were only a few live channels, and we couldn’t use our streaming accounts, which was kind of a bummer.
All in all, it was a great stay and we'd totally recommend it!

We stayed in the more private side of the hotel, the NoMad Luxury Hotel, which is beautifully connected to the Park MGM. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with fresh paint adding to the charm. We had adjoining double rooms, one painted green and the other red—perfectly fitting for the Christmas season. My wife and I couldn’t resist taking advantage of this festive setup, so we did a cozy in-room photoshoot with the family. See the attached photos for a glimpse of our holiday fun!

I just spent three nights at the NoMad Las Vegas, inside the Park MGM. The service and staff were very attentive and friendly. I like the decor of this small hotel within a hotel. I did not have a chance to take advantage of the amenities. My room was comfortable. The bathtub in the room did not get any use but the separate shower was good. I would stay here again.

We’ve stayed a lot of places in Vegas over the years, and this is by far our favorite.
Best benefit: totally non smoking, including the casino and restaurants.
Staff are amazingly friendly. Restaurants are delicious, especially Best Friends (a Ray Choi creation), and Little Eatily is always amazingly high quality food.
The private pool is also our favorite in Vegas.
Great views of the strip too, if you stay on that side.
Highly recommended.

Sometimes things happen, and hotels are not perfect. We understand we may have just had one of those weeks. That being said, our first room had a plumbing issue. The toilet clogged the 2nd day into our 4 night stay. We called the front desk and they sent someone to rectify the issue. Later that evening, the toilet clogged again around 12pm. We called the front desk and they sent a nice engineer to come auger the toilet. We noticed there were auger marks on the porcelain before they came up, so this was not the first time it had happened to this room. The gentleman fixing the toilet mentioned that it was a bigger issue than us, and not our fault. I asked the front desk if there was another room for us to stay (on a Monday evening) and they said they could not accommodate the move. He gave us a $50 voucher for F&B and we went to bed.
The next morning the toilet did not flush again. We called the front desk and asked for help. They said they did have another room and could offer us a $200 F&B credit. We moved rooms and moved on with our day. The second room had a working toilet but there was no hot water in the standing bathtub. Shower was very hot but the tub was cold. We decided to not complain again, and instead try to enjoy the rest of our stay. We filled out the survey after the trip and hoped the hotel would reach out. A 5-star hotel, without a working toilet for 48 hours really made our trip stressful. The F&B credits did not even cover a one night stay.
In the end the entire staff was excellent and did their best to accommodate our issues but it was just not a great experience. Overall the hotel was nicely decorated, the location was good for us. It would have been nice to have food and beverage at the pool, and for the cost, they probably should have an off season service. There was also no decaf coffee option in the room (even after requesting), which felt like a miss. I think on its best day the NoMad would be fine. We will be saving some money and stay at the Park MGM instead.
