We had a stressful arrival into Vegas but as soon as we entered NoMad the staff were so helpful and the venue so greatly exceeded our expectations, all the prior stress was forgotten. Antonio who worked door person/bell person the night we arrived had said he was working overtime and 2 roles but was very attentive. The smoke-free venue was a pleasant surprise as it wasn't our primary reason for booking but the smell (or lack of cigarette smell) was noticeable after visiting other casinos. The amenities were great, the decor was beautiful, our room was spotless and the view was amazing. We wish we'd planned for more down time in our room to enjoy the space more!

We had a great time at this smoke-free hotel and casino. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The casino was large enough without being overwhelming, clean, and easy to navigate. There were multiple food options located within the complex and just outside. We attended a concert at the Sphere while we were in town and it was easy to get transportation to and from the concert. We'll be back!

First off, a big thank you to Gregory at the front desk- gregarious and helpful are wonderful qualities in such a position! The Nomad is our favorite place to stay in Vegas because it is dog friendly and non smoking. The staff here are world class and make our visits an amazing experience.

I got a "Classic King" at the NoMad and other than the service at the hotel (which was exceptional) I wasn't very impressed with this property.
On the 29th floor the rooms seem to be mildly renovated old Monte Carlo rooms without the hardwood floors and other nicer appointments of the more expensive NoMad rooms. That's fine but I wouldn't say my room matched the advertising of upgraded experiences for the NoMad. The shower looked badly remodeled; the door was misaligned from the frame so water leaked out everywhere every time I took a shower.
My true measure of a hotel room is whether I get a good night's sleep there and unfortunately the NoMad fell down in that regard. I found the bed way too stiff and worn out for the age of the property; my mattress had indentations from previous guests and was not comfortable at all. The aged climate controls wouldn't go lower than 65 which would be fine normally but the ambient temperature in my room was in the mid 70s which is way too warm to sleep well for me. So the thermostat is not calibrated properly for the room. Then they put a comforter on the bed that would be more appropriate for an Everest expedition than a hotel in the 100 degree desert. I was miserable and sweaty every night I stayed here.

I like the entrance to this place not ally the traffic and commotion. Valet was quick and easy. Hotel staff was excellent. The hotel atmosphere is very unique for Las Vegas. We ate in “The Library” that was fun and a very different atmosphere.
