One of the most courteous hotel in Vegas. 6 bottles of water included in the room (not surcharged)! In room coffee - not many hotels that offer that anymore (also not surcharged). The rooms are interestingly decorated and the customer service cannot be beat. Randy offered me water and help with the luggage. Then he welcomed me with warm coconut, chocolate, drizzled fresh macaroons. Amazing! Non smoking and easy walk to other hotels from the inside, not out in the hot heat.

I stayed at NoMad Las Vegas this past weekend for two nights, and was completely blown away by the level of hospitality I received, I can honestly say it was some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in years, and was a terrific welcome during my first-ever visit from Las Vegas. I want to express a special thank you to Ryan, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and cared for. His warmth and attentiveness set the tone for my entire stay. I also want to shout out Mauricio, who was eager to help from the second I drove up after my long drive from LA, as well as the bellhop who assisted me during checkout (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) - they were all so incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. Almost every staff member I interacted with, from housekeeping to room service, was consistently lovely and warm. My only critique is regarding the pool area - after verifying that I was a guest at the hotel, the hostess at the entrance assured me I could sit at a few different lounge chairs without a reservation, and I chose one accordingly. I ordered and enjoyed a drink made by the very personable and funny female bartender whose name I didn't catch but who was an absolute riot to speak with, but unfortunately, after taking my seat at the aforementioned available lounge chair, after sitting without any trouble for about an hour, I was unexpectedly asked to leave the chair due to a “prior reservation,” without being offered an alternative or any solution. It was a pretty awkward and confusing experience as the guests with the reservation were standing nearby waiting, and the employee who asked me to leave just kind of awkwardly laughed instead of letting me know where else I could sit. Not a completely terrible experience, but definitely memorable and something I’d be cautious about in the future. That said, I would absolutely stay at NoMad again and am excited to stay at their other properties. If you’re looking for elegance, comfort, and standout service, this is it. Just be sure to book your pool chair in advance!

Excellent Vegas hotel. I stayed for the Gaga Mayhem Ball and this hotel was perfect. Building is non smoking. Rooms are clean and sexy. I stayed in one of the suites. The staff is wonderful. I heard it’s closing and I hope it’s not true because I’d always stay here when in Vegas.

This hotel is a vibe! Conveniently located off Las Vegas Blvd and connected to Park MGM. Across T-Mobile Arena. Loved it. Vintage old Vegas vibe. Rooms are more like suites with showers and toilets separate from each other. The tub is actually in the sleeping area which i thought was cool. Complimentary waters given in shower area and on night stands. The view of city scape was gorgeous at night when sleeping. The lobby itself was so cool and actually hidden away from the Park MGM casino area. There were actually a few ways to get to our guest room elevators. If you're a Pearl MGM Rewards member, self parking is FREE! So happy I was able to stay in one of their suites. I highly recommend as it is a No Smoking property.

Had an amazing stay at The NoMad Las Vegas, but the true highlight was the exceptional service from Tatiana Sweat at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — professional, warm, and genuinely helpful. Her attention to detail and kindness made my trip memorable. Highly recommend this hotel, and huge thanks to Tatiana!
