We stayed here over New year for seven nights. We had a great time but if you want true luxury you have to upgrade to the reserve and pay the extra. Great location. The standard areas are just not five star. Not at all as they should be. The food's okay, it does repeat itself a lot .Drinks were good,lots of branded options on AI.The staff are really friendly and can't do enough for you (when you find one) in the standard area . In my eyes the standard area is between a three and a four-star. We Found a lot of broken tiles throughout the hotel floor area. The standard pool there's cracks and broken floor coverings in quite a few places. (See the pictures attached.)
We were there in 2019 when this hotel was being renovated. I just don't think they've finished some of the areas and the rooms off to a good standard ,which lets the place down.Unless you upgrade to the reserve and give them even more money. We had issues from day one with the room you had to slam the door to close it. The shower leaked all over the floor and the toilet system kept filling up in the night. It did all get fixed the next day. Jet 2 you should not sell this as a five-star hotel. There was also on arrival a baby in a pram for the first 2 days. This hotel is adult only. Would I go back? Most definitely not. Would I recommend it? Yes if you upgrade to the reserve.

The Hotel and Staff are amazing. What I am disappointed with is we had already paid £7500 with Jet2 for the holiday and flights but we wanted one of the rooms with a whirlpool on your balcony so I e mailed the hotel and at first we could have one for 5 nights I upgraded for the 5 nights and then I got an e mail saying you can have it for the whole stay which cost a further 3080 euros. When we arrived we also had access to the Reserve check in amongst other extras that went with the upgrade separate place for breakfast and a bar open all day exclusive to Reserve guests with nibbles and all drinks for you to help yourself. The breakfast was good but a lot of days you waited 10 to 15 mins for what you had ordered or just even a coffee. We went in the bar at night about 8 to 9pm and usually to find no glasses or the wine we wanted was empty and not replaced. With reserve you also get a different pool to sunbath round again very nice and the again the staff were very good. My issue is you pay 3080 euros extra and listed below are what I would say is completely the wrong way round.
1. Reserve breakfast no better than if you had normal room.
2. Reserve bar you serve yourself and have to chase drinks that have ran out in the main bar were everyone can go you take a seat and get waited on and very quickly I may add.
Reserve pool go get your own drinks when you want one the main pool waited on again very quickly.
So I am really disappointed with the amount I paid for the upgrade for a lower quality service.

We had a wonderful vacation at this hotel! The animation team was fantastic—always around with a smile but never pushy, especially Armando, who really made our stay enjoyable. The sports activities were also top-notch, well-organized, and varied.
The restaurants were a pleasant surprise for an all-inclusive, with a wide variety of high-quality buffet options. The waitstaff was very friendly, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable, no complaints there.
The pool was beautiful and well-located, with a bar nearby offering a great selection of drinks. A minor downside was that the pool water was a bit cold, but it didn’t spoil the experience. The beach is within easy walking distance, which is a real plus, though it's a shame the sun loungers there are not free.
The gym was nice for a quick workout, although some of the equipment seemed a bit outdated and could use an upgrade.
Special mention to the TV screens at the bar, showing sports—always a good touch! The reception staff was attentive and responsive to our needs.
Overall, a great stay and an experience we highly recommend!

Tonight is the last night of our holidays (Sept 2024) and we are sad to leave. This holiday has exceeded our expectations. The hotel is clean and tidy and has all that you need. Our suite was truly remarkable with complementary drinks at the ready. The staff were nothing other than attentive, kind and helpful. The food and drinks were of the highest standard with top brands and generous measures. The entertainment was great albeit the evening entertainment did not start until 9.30 and our personal preference we would have liked it slightly earlier but that is just our view. The location and views are just lovely and will say this is a 10/10 resort. We will definitely be looking to come back here and we generally never go to the same place twice.

It's only day 3 of our holiday and so far we had great service, weather, food. It's a spotless place the staff are all happy and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious the bed is huge with a mini fridge topped up daily all included. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The food is delicious even though it's a bit same every time. There are other restaurants within the complex but you have to book early to get in. Bonus though there are lots of cats around.
