We had a wonderful vacation at this hotel! The animation team was fantastic—always around with a smile but never pushy, especially Armando, who really made our stay enjoyable. The sports activities were also top-notch, well-organized, and varied.
The restaurants were a pleasant surprise for an all-inclusive, with a wide variety of high-quality buffet options. The waitstaff was very friendly, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable, no complaints there.
The pool was beautiful and well-located, with a bar nearby offering a great selection of drinks. A minor downside was that the pool water was a bit cold, but it didn’t spoil the experience. The beach is within easy walking distance, which is a real plus, though it's a shame the sun loungers there are not free.
The gym was nice for a quick workout, although some of the equipment seemed a bit outdated and could use an upgrade.
Special mention to the TV screens at the bar, showing sports—always a good touch! The reception staff was attentive and responsive to our needs.
Overall, a great stay and an experience we highly recommend!

Tonight is the last night of our holidays (Sept 2024) and we are sad to leave. This holiday has exceeded our expectations. The hotel is clean and tidy and has all that you need. Our suite was truly remarkable with complementary drinks at the ready. The staff were nothing other than attentive, kind and helpful. The food and drinks were of the highest standard with top brands and generous measures. The entertainment was great albeit the evening entertainment did not start until 9.30 and our personal preference we would have liked it slightly earlier but that is just our view. The location and views are just lovely and will say this is a 10/10 resort. We will definitely be looking to come back here and we generally never go to the same place twice.

We stayed here for 10 nights in September 2024. Excellent hotel and we were well looked after. We had a suite and took the optional Reserve upgrade.
The hotel is fabulous and the staff are among the best. They engage, chat and have a laugh with you.
Check-in is done well, with a tour. Having said that I'd prefer if you were taken to your room first to freshen up. After a long flight, the tour is a lot to take in.
Our room was superb, bed really comfy and everything was really clean.
Both pools are good but there's no way to walk between them.
The Reserve was not worth the extra cost. Plus on check-in they tried to get us to take a villa for another €2700!!
I would go back, so that's my recommendation but I'd skip the bigger room and The Reserve extra cost.

The daily chocolates on the bed, the cleaners left, weren't left on 3 occasions. You don't need towels or toiletries as well supplied. Well stocked mini bar Full sized and smells lovely too. I bought some to take home. I loved the steamer to decrease our clothes. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Pool is great! There's access to thebeach however you have to pay for sunbeds 12€ each. I didn't like the sea as it was quite rocky and full of seaweed. Great view from our balcony. Had a good time. The entertainment is okay, just singers. I think it would be better with a variety of entertainment.

My husband and I recently had a weeks holiday with you from 20th -27th October. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the reception team and given advice on the day to day running of the hotel plus the chance to upgrade to a sea view room which we chose to do.
So glad that we did the room was spotless with a fantastic sea view.Every day the lovely staff checked to make sure that everything was either exchanged or topped up as well as making the bed and cleaning the room. Choices of food in the restaurants were varied always something for any palate but at times certain meals could have been hotter. Although we were not interested in joining in with the sporting activities there were always various choices each day.Evening entertainment was varied and different each day and all the performers were good.This hotel was amazing on the inside it was like a beautiful rainforest with areas of tropical plants and fish ponds . Around the pool area plenty of sun beds and pretty trees also a little bar and snack shack. All staff were on the next level they could not do enough to make our stay positive and very memorable. All in all a perfect holiday a huge thank you to everyone involved .we would love to come back and we will recommend your fabulous hotel to other people.
