I had the most incredible experience at Salinas Resort! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the exceptional hospitality. The staff truly goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued and cared for. Lucia and Paula were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was arranging special requests or offering personalized recommendations for local activities, they made our stay feel so special. Ivan at Samira made my birthday extra special with dessert and singing happy birthday. The attention to detail was impressive, and it’s clear they are dedicated to creating an unforgettable experience for their guests. Because of the great staff, we’ll look at Melia before booking our next trip! We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and top-notch getaway!

This is a great looking hotel with equally great service from the staff.
Rooms and all public areas are kept very clean. Maid service was really good. Nightly turndown service,imo bar was good and restocked daily.
Both pools were well provided with sun loungers and parasols. No problems obtaining position in sun or shade.
Food was mixed. Some very good dishes and all of a high quality. On several occasions only 1 of 4 coffee machines was reliably working. There was an over reliance on melon when providing fruit at breakfast and dinner. Perhaps the worst issue was the lack of or mislabelling of food. I hope the hotel is wary of this when guests come forward with dietary conditions.
This is a good hotel but unfortunately not a great hotel. We stayed in The Reserve and the reserved pool, breakfast restaurant and snacks in the Lounge were all appreciated but not really worth the additional room rate.

Trip with my wife very successful. I am focused on active rest, my wife on sunbeds, swimming pool and sunbathing. We both got what we needed. Gym available 24/7 where I did my own training. Nice organized additional activities. Beach volleyball led by Carlos very nice and demanding of physical condition. Carlos is generally a great friend and he helped willingly whenever I had any questions. Despite the fact that I cripple my English in places we communicated without a problem. Rachel who led cycling was also great, if someone wants to, they can get very tired and get a lot out of training. Generally such a team will definitely provide you with additional attractions if you like them, if you prefer like my wife to just lie down and relax, they are not pushy and will leave you alone. Something good for everyone :) I recommend this hotel with a clear conscience, beautiful, clean and provides unforgettable experiences. We will definitely come back.

We absolutely loved your hotel. Staff were amazing especially Barbara and everything was exactly what we wanted. The only thing I’d really change is that everyone comes here to escape noise so we really don’t need piped music by the pool. If people want to hear music they put ear pods in. Please think about not playing piped music by the pool I heard quite a few guests complaining about it during our stay. I think check in staff explaining about the app on arrival would also help as I only knew about it by reading about it on TripAdvisor before we arrived. Thank you.

The grand entrance sets the tone for what’s to come. The lobby is a masterpiece of design, with elegant decor and a welcoming ambiance. The staff Alberto and Danilos greeted me with warm smiles and the reception staff with a high level of professionalism.
The culinary experience at Paradisus was exceptional. The hotel boasts multiple restaurants, each offering a unique dining experience. I indulged in a gourmet breakfast buffet with an array of fresh, high-quality options. Dinner at their signature fine-dining restaurant was a highlight—creative dishes crafted with locally sourced ingredients, paired with an extensive wine list.
What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional service. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect.
