Absolutely wonderful resort to stay, no complaints whatsoever. Premium service, premium drinks and premium food! The additional restaurants were great too, especially Mina steakhouse (server “Wander” and “Reynaldo”) were able to make our experience one to never forget! Also two Bartenders at the Reserve beach bar, Pedro and Gilberto were the best thing about the resort. They made the drinks amazing and had a great time doing it! Would definitely would come back again! 10/10 recommend!

The service was remarkable! We were attended by incredible staff. Notably, we were helped everyday by Raul at the beach who was incredibly attentive, supportive, and always willing to help with any and every need. One day, I left my wallet at the beach and he searched for me throughout the resort and ensured all of my possessions were safe. Chantal at the pool also took great care of us and made sure we had the best time. Randi at the bar made a special drink for my partner which we will make at home. Overall, an incredible experience thanks to Raul, Chantal, Randi and all the other staff

Shout out to Basilio who did a great job ensuring all our Al la carte were booked timely. He also met up with us everyday to ensure we were fine. The resort is well maintained. Rooms were nicely cleaned everyday. Stayed in the Reserve section which was a 10 out of 10. Beach was very nice.

Reviewing the Flora restaurant specifically — everyone from the hostess to the service staff was amazing, including promptly seating us even though our concierge (Tomas C.) failed to make a reservation. Our waitress, Ana Michel, was amazing and made our dinner special. The food was great, the locrio reminded me of my mom’s cooking which I do not say lightly. Probably the best food we’ve had at the resort which is already a high bar.

Had dinner with my wife at Blue Agave today. To begin with we were late to our reservation because our tour excursion ended later than anticipated but the manager was more than happy to accommodate us. Jose was our server and he did an excellent job. He was attentive and made sure our dinner was a great experience. Food and drinks were really good. Thank you Jose and team for a great service.
