This is my second time at this resort. Have been here years ago and stayed on the family side, but this time, I decided to come back and stay on the adults only side, "La Perla." I usually don't like to go back to somewhere twice, but coming back here again says a lot. The resort itself is like no other all-inclusive. It is a more "upscale" version, and you can tell right when you enter by the landscape, flooring, fixtures, etc. Both family and adult sides are all connected, so you can enjoy the whole resort. I was just as impressed as the first time coming here. We had the pleasure of meeting Hector, who made our accommodation that much more enjoyable. He upgraded our rooms along with many other perks and made sure our whole stay was nothing but top tier. The resort is well kept, the food is amazing and the staff is very friendly and courteous. There are many restaurants that you can dine at other than the buffets, so this is a bonus. There's also a Nespresso bar and an ice cream hut in the resort that we came to every day (more than once), one of our guilty pleasures! I highly recommend this resort for anyone who is deciding.

We absolutely loved every aspect of our stay at this resort. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the staff genuinely cares about their guests, offering top-notch service with a personal touch. The amenities are all of the highest quality, and we were consistently impressed by how well-maintained everything was.
The pools are fantastic for both kids and adults, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and fun. Our room was always spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The resort also offers a wonderful variety of dining options, each serving delicious meals, and the spa service was exceptional.
We can’t wait to return and will definitely be back whenever we’re in the area. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a top-tier experience!

This place is all 5 stars!!! We stayed at the adult only section, and we had the best time. The room is beautiful, big and clean. The food and drinks are really good and fresh. We really enjoyed the evening entertainment, especially the karaoke night with a great band that played amazing!!! My wife and I are definitely going back, and we 100% recommending

This resort is a gem! We stayed at the adults only side (La Perla) and the entire experience was outstanding. The resort is beautiful with a high-end luxury feel to it and maintained a 5 star rating throughout for us -
the look & vibe in every space and corner, the rooms, the service & staff, the food in every restaurant, and the huts on the beach were all outstanding! If I had one suggestion for improvement to make it would be to add some straw umbrellas to keep with the theme or plant palm trees on the beach with additional sun-beds as they were limited.
And finally, while all the staff throughout the resort were very professional and truly served with a smile, a few that left a memorable impression were: Adelaida (Housekeeping), Alejandra (Front desk), Carlos and Manuel (Traditional Mexican), Francisco (Lemon Fish), Ricardo (Lemon Fish), Victor (La Flora and Blue Agave), Guadalupe (Fahrenheit) and the main lady at the ice cream shop.

I loved this resort and I miss this resort so much.
This resort sets my standard when I travel to Mexico at other resorts and I haven’t been able to find any like it.
You’re treated so well from the moment you step foot on the resort. They greet you and bring you & your luggage to your room so quickly.
The food, amazing. The buffet is a little smaller… but it’s perfect because I feel they pay more attention to it. The room service even better. This is the only resort I’ve been to that actually gives you complimentary premium chocolate bars. Vs over pricing you for one bar.
The rooms no matter which you book are all remarkable. Beautiful tub inside AND outside!!
The kids club is amazing, always doing fun things and crafts. The night time events were always family inclusive and fun. I never found myself bored here, we came with our family and when our child was at kids club we were able to hit the spa & explore la Perla’s side.
The water park is also a huge reason why I’ll come back. It’s deep and the slides are so fun, adults and children have a blast. They also are always asking if you want drinks or food poolside.
I hope to come back here another day I’ve recommended this place to so many people and will keep holding these other resorts to this resorts standards.
