We absolutely loved every aspect of our stay at this resort. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the staff genuinely cares about their guests, offering top-notch service with a personal touch. The amenities are all of the highest quality, and we were consistently impressed by how well-maintained everything was. The pools are fantastic for both kids and adults, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and fun. Our room was always spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The resort also offers a wonderful variety of dining options, each serving delicious meals, and the spa service was exceptional. We can’t wait to return and will definitely be back whenever we’re in the area. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a top-tier experience!

Great resort! Excellent value for mid tier to high end. It has several different levels of access within the resort. We had book a five day stay for two but there were a couple items missing from our room at first. When we asked about it at the front desk, we got service above and beyond: we were bumped up with a wonderful room upgrade in a nicer area closer to the beach, with both an indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. The food at all the restaurants was great. Lemon Fish and all of the restaurants went out of their way to serve me sculptural chef’s dishes, even as a vegan! Flora was excellent earthy cuisine with good salads, and the chef in the Korean restaurant does tricks with knives while cooking for you. There’s also some coffee shops on each side of the resort and an ice cream stand with vegan options. Nice landscaping! The spa with the massage and hydrotherapy was just wonderful, everyone was so nice and it is elegant.

We recently got married at Paradisus and things could not have gone better. Our wedding coordinator Ingrid was AMAZING!! She handled everything from start to finish and made it very stress free. From the start of planning almost a year ago to the actual wedding day Ingrid was amazing. The salon did my hair and makeup and they did great! Showed a few pictures of what I wanted and it was done. The bridal sweet was well worth it so we all had a place to get ready. The hotel also accommodated everyone in our group with allergies and just made sure we were taken care of. Our rooms were fantastic on both family and adult side. This hotel has so much to offer for family and adults. We will for sure becoming back just for vacation next time!

Great place - no complaints at all. The best all inclusive in Mexico I’ve ever attended. Orlando, Juan & Iris at the bar were amazing - I highly recommend them. Fernando at the front desk was super amazing, Very friendly and looked after all of our requests. Gerardo & Nelson @ cappella were the best servers ever. I highly recommend this restaurant as well. All around, I would definitely come here again no questions asked.

This is my second time at this resort. Have been here years ago and stayed on the family side, but this time, I decided to come back and stay on the adults only side, "La Perla." I usually don't like to go back to somewhere twice, but coming back here again says a lot. The resort itself is like no other all-inclusive. It is a more "upscale" version, and you can tell right when you enter by the landscape, flooring, fixtures, etc. Both family and adult sides are all connected, so you can enjoy the whole resort. I was just as impressed as the first time coming here. We had the pleasure of meeting Hector, who made our accommodation that much more enjoyable. He upgraded our rooms along with many other perks and made sure our whole stay was nothing but top tier. The resort is well kept, the food is amazing and the staff is very friendly and courteous. There are many restaurants that you can dine at other than the buffets, so this is a bonus. There's also a Nespresso bar and an ice cream hut in the resort that we came to every day (more than once), one of our guilty pleasures! I highly recommend this resort for anyone who is deciding.
