This place is all 5 stars!!! We stayed at the adult only section, and we had the best time. The room is beautiful, big and clean. The food and drinks are really good and fresh. We really enjoyed the evening entertainment, especially the karaoke night with a great band that played amazing!!! My wife and I are definitely going back, and we 100% recommending

This is an amazing family resort if you have children under 10 years of age. There are great pools, waterslides and the beach was fantastic. The rooms are large and can comfortably accommodate a family of five. I do warn you though, if you are looking for comfort you may want to look elsewhere as the beds are a 5/10. All of the hotel staff are quite friendly but the resort seemed to be understaffed which did create extensive wait times periodically. I highly recommend booking the restaurants upon arrival as they do fill up very fast because only 50% of them are kid friendly. The steakhouse is NOT part of the all inclusive but prices seemed to be competitive, we did not eat there so I cannot comment if it was worth the extra money. It can become chaotic at times with it being a very busy kid friendly resort but there are other pools you can go to escape. This was a first out of country vacation for my young children and it couldn’t have gone any better! Great memories and friendships were made on our family vacation.

This resort is lovely! The staff are excellent and extremely helpful. The food is delicious, there are different options to go to for each meal. The main buffet is open for each meal and is very good, but the other restaurants are absolutely spots to eat at! Flora is delicious for breakfast and dinner, and Blue agave (Mexican restaurant) is fantastic and where we had lunch most days, be sure to say hi and ask Victor for recommendations to eat there!
The rooms are large and clean, each room seems to have its own hot tub on the balcony.
The beach is clean and peaceful, we were in the huts with beds in them on the beach each day! Naps and reading books, with servers checking in regularly if you want anything to drink!
Pools, there is a loud pool and a quiet pool, we stayed at the quiet pool a few times and loved it. The loud pool looks like a fun time too! Always entertainment happening.
Altogether a fantastic resort and will for sure be coming back!

This resort is a gem! We stayed at the adults only side (La Perla) and the entire experience was outstanding. The resort is beautiful with a high-end luxury feel to it and maintained a 5 star rating throughout for us -
the look & vibe in every space and corner, the rooms, the service & staff, the food in every restaurant, and the huts on the beach were all outstanding! If I had one suggestion for improvement to make it would be to add some straw umbrellas to keep with the theme or plant palm trees on the beach with additional sun-beds as they were limited.
And finally, while all the staff throughout the resort were very professional and truly served with a smile, a few that left a memorable impression were: Adelaida (Housekeeping), Alejandra (Front desk), Carlos and Manuel (Traditional Mexican), Francisco (Lemon Fish), Ricardo (Lemon Fish), Victor (La Flora and Blue Agave), Guadalupe (Fahrenheit) and the main lady at the ice cream shop.
