Sulieman Al Wahaibi
We stayed at Pathumwan Princess Hotel for 6 nights in a suite exactly as described on their website, and the experience was excellent. The staff were extremely respectful, professional, and very polite in both communication and behavior. The food was truly delicious, and we enjoyed the exclusive snacks and benefits available in the suite section. The hotel’s location is unbeatable — right next to MBK Mall and surrounded by many shops and attractions within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bangkok.

We lived in the Premier suite and it was quite spacious with a Sofa bed for younger kid/s and a king bed for adults. Direct access to MBK mall from the hotel’s Ground and 2nd floor. Near the National Stadium BTS station within 2 minutes. Hotels restaurants are mainly oriental, plus there’s studio bar. Many options in MBK mall. Attached to MBK mall and when we booked the suite, we had access to the club lounge on 8th floor with complimentary food and drinks from 11 am till 9 pm. The club lounge floor also has an Olympic size pool, a lot of basket ball and badminton courts, squash court, TT table and a jogging track. It is totally worth the money.

We had an amazing stay in the Club Family Suite — perfect for both comfort and space. A big thank you to Nadia, who made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived, and to the wonderful team in the Club Lounge, who went above and beyond every day. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful — not just for us, but for our kids too, which made a huge difference. The Club Lounge was a real highlight: great offerings throughout the day, a relaxing atmosphere, and staff who truly care. We left with great memories and would definitely return. Highly recommended for families looking for that extra level of comfort and hospitality!

Ww re a family if 5- were lucky to have interconnecting rooms. We stayed 4 nights at the Pathumwan Princess Hotel and it was fabulous!!! Fah checked us in and checked us out and she was absolutely delightful and did everything possible to make us comfortable and was also very quick! Thank you, Fah!!!! The food at breakfast was delicious and we even had an amazing seafood buffet there one night which was the best food of our trip!! We will definitely be bacK!!
