This place is an absolute gem, I’ll outline the positives and negatives now: Positives - Fantastic location, really close to Universal, Disney parks and discovery cove. The food is good quality and reasonably priced. I would recommend taking the B&B option when you book as this will save you even more. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. Our server Jill Osborne was especially helpful with our son who has serious food allergies. The beds are comfy, the hotel is very clean, and the a/c in the rooms is a treat after a day in the heat (this is coming from a British guy who is definitely not used to Florida weather, haha). The pool did look really good as well, but we didn’t get around to using it. The hotel bar has a really nice selection of cocktails and bar food. If you did want to head out, there’s a really nice Irish bar called Kitty O’Shea’s just down the road. Negatives - If I had to pick any negatives at all, it would be that the free coaches to the parks aren’t scheduled to get you there in time for when the park opens, and the pick up times are either really early or really late, so you do lose a little bit of time if you use the coaches. We did end up using a lot of Ubers to and from the parks, which ranged from $15-30 based on an Uber XL. Also, the rooms on our side of the hotel looked a bit dated, but as I said before, they are clean, reasonably spacious, the beds are really good, and the a/c works. All in all, I would 100% recommend this place, my family and I loved it :)

Room was clean but the decor was a little tired. Staff encountered across the whole hotel were friendly and helpful. The dining room staff were very attentive. I would suggest having breakfast included in your stay as there is a terrific variety of food and drinks available. Room was cleaned and replenished daily. The hotel is ideally situated for the Disney Parks - longest car journey to them was 19 minutes. Premium Outlets are close by for shoppers. Although a 3* hotel this is a good place to stay. It may not have a spa but it does have 2 pools and a couple of lakes with fountains.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. While it may be a bit older, the unique motel character was something we really appreciated and gave our stay a special atmosphere. 😊 Despite its age, everything was very clean, the beds were made daily, and towels were replaced. The free parking and the well-maintained pool with free towels were also big pluses. 🏊‍♂️🚗 When we requested a room change due to the noise from the highway on one side, it was no problem at all, and we were quickly moved to a quieter room. 🛏️ Overall, we were very satisfied and highly recommend this hotel. Thanks for the great stay! 🌟

Did a couple night stay and it was a decent stay. It seems to be an older hotel that has been revamped. The rooms and furniture were in decent shape with lots of space to hang clothing. The mini fridge and microwave were great to have and worked just fine. I didnt venture the grounds so I'm not sure the condition of the other amenities. This place is in a great location to Disney springs and some good spots for eats nearby. While we enjoyed our stay it could have been better. The shower never really got hot and that might have been due to the fact the handle was loose and once it got past the 11 position it would drop down to about 8 on its own. The second night the TV signal went out around midnight and didnt come back for at least 20-30 minutes. I gave up and turned it off so I'm not sure when it was restored. They're pet friendly but i didnt see any receptacles for pet waste. I end up having to use ice bags to scoop up my dogs poop as there were no bags offered to guests. If you're collecting money for pets to stay it would be nice to provide some convenience for the cost. **Edit** Star deductions due to cleanliness of room. Our daughter was running around the room and laid down on the carpet once or twice as she's only a year and a half. She developed a fungal rash on her face and body after our stay.

It's not the newest resort in the neighborhood but it's very nice. The prices are very good. Our room was very nice. Great mattress and linens. The resort is definitely kid friendly. The breakfast buffet is a bit higher priced than I would expect. Think of all the hotel breakfast you have ever. They have about everything on the line or in the room. The coffee is very good. Over all a great experience. I would recommend the hotel and stay again.
