Rabbit Moon Spa is an absolute gem! From the moment you step in, you’re welcomed by a serene and beautifully designed space that instantly puts you at ease. The facility is immaculate, with a calming ambiance that makes it the perfect place to unwind. The service is outstanding—every detail is carefully thought out to ensure a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Lek and Pon were especially wonderful, providing exceptional care and making sure every moment was perfect. Their professionalism and warm hospitality truly elevated the experience. If you’re looking for a tranquil escape with top-tier service, Rabbit Moon Spa is the place to go. Highly recommended!

My husband and I spent one night at this hotel, and we were thrilled with the great vibe, the friendly service, and the amazing breakfast buffet. Another highlight was a visit to the spa. I got a 90-minute massage from Ally, and it was amazing. She set the perfect mood, was super gentle, and catered to my needs. The massage and the whole spa experience was really impressive and I'll remember it for a long time.

I had an amazing experience at the hydrotherapy pools at Rabbit Moon! The pools are a fantastic way to relax, with just the right combination of soothing water and jets that melt the stress away. Lek was incredible—she guided me through each step, explaining how to get the most out of the pools and jets, making the whole experience even better. Her knowledge and care made me feel completely at ease. Overall, it was a deeply rejuvenating experience, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to unwind!

I want to extend special thanks to Mr. Boat at the front desk for his exemplary customer service during my stay. His professionalism and kindness significantly enhanced my experience. However, there were a few areas for improvement: - Breakfast: The quality and variety of breakfast options were below expectations, particularly the lack of halal choices. More diverse offerings would be appreciated to cater to different dietary needs. - Communication about Events: I was not informed about a night event taking place during my stay until after I had checked in. While the staff did offer a fruit plate as an apology the next day, prior notification would have been beneficial for planning. - Kids Club:Unfortunately, the kids club was closed during my visit, and this was not communicated to me in advance. This would have been useful information for families planning their stay. Hopefully, these points will be considered for future improvements.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Great hospitality and services by the whole team. Felt special the moment we stepped into the lobby. Huge thanks to the whole staff - from the housekeeping team, receptionist/front office team, concierge team, servers in restaurant, bell boy & boat crew. You all were wonderful, helpful & friendly. The room - spacious, clean, with great water pressure. Amenities provided were excellent & we appreciate the special touch the hotel put in - chocolate with special messages. Hotel Facilities & service - We love the hotel facilities and how beautiful it was. We can just chill & relax,while enjoying some soft serve and ice cream. They were delicious. I love how there were a number of restaurant and shop in the hotel itself so if you stay longer, you can enjoy numerous service & activities available. The boat ride service to icon siam was wonderful and convenient. My only comment - the breakfast spread/options not that great since we have high expectations. Perhaps The Salil Hotel can consider having more vegetarian options and local dishes. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again 🖤
