I want to extend special thanks to Mr. Boat at the front desk for his exemplary customer service during my stay. His professionalism and kindness significantly enhanced my experience. However, there were a few areas for improvement: - Breakfast: The quality and variety of breakfast options were below expectations, particularly the lack of halal choices. More diverse offerings would be appreciated to cater to different dietary needs. - Communication about Events: I was not informed about a night event taking place during my stay until after I had checked in. While the staff did offer a fruit plate as an apology the next day, prior notification would have been beneficial for planning. - Kids Club:Unfortunately, the kids club was closed during my visit, and this was not communicated to me in advance. This would have been useful information for families planning their stay. Hopefully, these points will be considered for future improvements.

The hotel is a fantastic place. We had an issue being next to a loud youngster in the room over from us (past midnight). The staff worked to get them quiet and move everything to a better room the next day. Room was a tad small, but was certainly serviceable, clean, and decorated with a very cool decor -- it's also a big city so large hotel rooms aren't expected. Their boat to nearby attractions was both fun and useful. Staff was very kind and helpful. Noom, at the Rabbit Moon was amazing for the aqua therapy on their roof. The entire process was both stimulating and peaceful. He guided us through their maze of massagers was extremely attentive to make sure each guest was getting the most. Last, the food, village, and ambience they achieve by the river with their shops, bars, decor -- all amazing. I truly enjoyed going out there a few nights, having a drink and unwinding in those comfy bean bags. Thanks for a great stay, Salil! Would happily recommend and come back someday.

This is the best hotel. Everything was so excellent that it’s hard to mention each great aspect individually. The cleanliness of the room, amenities, and bedding were outstanding. Thanks to the kindness of all the staff in the hotel, I had a truly pleasant stay. In particular, during my aqua therapy session, Mrs. Lek’s care and friendliness made me happy until the very moment I checked out. Thank you to all the staff at The Salil for making my holiday perfect. I love Bangkok!

A top hotel that easily competes with other luxury brands you might know. Every detail has been carefully planned, and you can tell that a lot of effort has gone into creating this experience. I truly hope it stays this way and they don’t start cutting corners. The focus here is clearly on providing the maximum for the guests. Highly impressed!

Unfortunately I have to give a very poor review about this hotel. This has nothing to do with the hotel facilities and the 5 star standard. But, during our vacation my credit card was charged for some unknown reason by the hotel although we did not stay there and there was no authorisation from me. When we arrived back home I recognized the debit from the hotel. Contact with the hotel was slow, after a couple of days they answered, admitted their fault and promised to book the money back on my card. So far, nothing happened, the debit was in November 2024. Honestly, as a frequent traveller over many years, I had never such a bad experience somewhere else. This is untrustworthy for sure.
