If you love peace and tranquility, you’ll absolutely love this place. It’s right on the beach, and each villa has its own private pool. The breakfast is standard, nothing extraordinary, but the infinity pool is stunning. The staff is friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we’re very satisfied with our stay and will definitely be coming back!

Yes, okay, the hotel has been around for a few years, but it’s still one of the most beautiful on the entire island. The service and friendliness of all the staff are a 10/10. Direct beach access, plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, and the pool is amazing!
Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
P.S.: Get a tailor-made suit while you're here—the quality is also a 10/10!

The rooms are spacious but feel outdated and in need of renovations. At first glance, they may seem a bit disorganized, but on closer inspection, everything is clean—just not modern. The highlight is the atmosphere: staying here genuinely feels like being in a castle, offering a magical, fairy-tale-like experience.
Breakfast is served with stunning oceanfront views, letting you dine right on the beach while listening to the waves—a truly memorable setting. However, the breakfast selection is limited, so don’t expect to leave the table feeling completely satisfied.
The beach itself is a major highlight: it’s secluded, incredibly beautiful, and perfect for those seeking tranquility. The umbrellas are comfortable, though finding a spot during peak season might be challenging.
Service is good but doesn’t quite match the exceptional hospitality often found at other Thai hotels. Staff are friendly and accommodating, but more complex requests may get lost in translation.
Overall, it’s a lovely hotel with a unique charm, but I would rate it 4 stars at most on Google—fair for the experience provided.
Expensive laundry service, okay bike rental prices.

Nice hotel with lots of character relatively close to the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff and rooms were enormous! However they did have an adjoining door which, even though it was locked, was odd as we could hear everything the room next door was doing. Sadly the weather wasn’t good for our night there, but I would imagine it’s great in the sun as it’s right next to the beach with a lovely pool! Would visit again and hope for better weather!

We stayed at Samui Buri for 2 weeks and really enjoyed it. We had booked a room with direct pool access, which we didn't regret. We were able to get into the water at any time and swimming a 50m lane is also possible here. The room was very spacious and we slept well in the two queen-size beds (2 adults and 1 child). The room was cleaned every day and water, coffee and fresh towels were provided daily. The hotel complex is a bit older and here and there you can see the signs of time but that didn't bother us at all - somehow it's part of the tropical climate. The hotel garden is very beautiful and well maintained. The hotel pool is large and has a small bar - we actually always opted for the sea, where you can swim very well even at low tide. There are plenty of sun loungers for relaxing and sunbathing both by the pool and on the beach. There are many small restaurants and stores nearby for eating and shopping.
From our point of view there are 2 small points of criticism: The wifi is really not good - you constantly lose the connection and it takes minutes to reconnect. The 2 coffee machines at the breakfast buffet are very slow, so queues quickly form - both machines also broke down at the same time on several days.
As we wrote at the beginning, we enjoyed our stay very much - we would be happy to come back and can recommend the Samui Buri to others.
