Close to the airport with a beautiful soft sand beach. There are a variety of restaurants with great good and great service. Plenty of places to have a cocktail. My favorite is three pool side service. So fast and friendly. They make sure you enjoy every moment. We have been here multiple times and we'll be back.

No. No. No.
1) There is a MASSIVE fireplace in the lobby that is always on and it's so hot and stagnant. You come in from the heat outside to a big burning fireplace that's on all day and you can't escape the hot stagnant air. We woke up every night sweating because the entire hotel feels like it doesn't have AC.
2) My husband described this resort as "a cruise ship on land with worse food."
3) I would have given the room a 5 because the junior suite is big but the beds and pillows are not comfortable and at night there are cockroaches running around the floor.
4) I hated this resort the first 10 minutes we were there because we were so excited to be there on our honeymoon, just got married the day before and wanted to be celebrated and welcomed, and instead...they pulled us aside AFTER checking in and made us sit with this sales person who tried for 15 minutes to upgrade us to another room. We said no 15 times to this sales pitch and they kept pushing. What a rude way to welcome newlyweds to your hotel after a long flight. Sitting in the lobby being sold on things we don't need. When she finally realized we were not buying anything more (we spent over 2k for 4 days already) she begrudgingly told us "the front desk lady wants to see us again." We were confused because we had just checked in so we went back and that's when she charged us...so they sent us away to try and upsell us and then charged us once they realized we weren't spending more.
5) The piano bar is worse than cruise ship entertainment. SO cheesy-both the performers and aesthetic.
6) The "sports bar" smells terrible. It reminds me of an old gym smell. Like rubber mats and unclean environment.
7) Last, I don't know how this is possible...but we had 0 good Mexican food in Mexico. This resort is all-inclusive, which is nice, but the food is terrible, room service is terrible, lines for all the resultants. You're better off staying somewhere not all inclusive and enjoying outside restaurants...may even be cheaper too.
We will be re-doing our honeymoon next summer in Hawaii...that's how bad the customer service was here. I think the high rated reviews on here are fake...If for some reason you give it a chance...walk away from the sales people after checking in. They're rude, pushy, and they're trying to upsell you on things. They also make you feel bad if you say no. It totally set a negative tone for our entire stay.

I’m on day three of my stay, and I feel the need to write a review—even though I never leave reviews. The food is good, but that’s about it. The resort is boring, with very little to do during the day, and the entertainment has major room for improvement. I came to Mexico expecting a lively vibe. The nighttime activities are okay, every other day there is a DJ, but the live is music is super boring.
The food at the pool is disappointing. You can only order tacos, and they’re plain—literally just steak or chicken on a pita, with no sauce or veggies. The chicken wasn’t even marinated. I’m in Mexico and can’t get good tacos? They even ran out of quesadillas and steak tacos, so I could only get one order of steak tacos. Again the entertainment puts you to sleep at the pool.
If you want to hang out with an older crowd, eat bland tacos by the pool, and be bored, then Secrets The Vine might be for you. This resort is not meant for anyone under 50.
The service at the pool and restaurants is super slow for food and end up waiting an hour for food.
The rooms are simple, clean and beds are comfortable.
I will say the waiters/bartenders are friendly.
The sports bar has smelt extremely horrible all week like dirty mop water.
Must also mention that they are constantly bothering you about paying extra for the free shows to upgrade and get 1-3 bottles of wine, when we are already at an all inclusive.
I’m not sure how this resort has such a high rating—must be old, introverted people leaving reviews.
As I was writing this review my family received their tacos and didn’t eat them because of how gross they are hahah! (Not just me with the same opinion)

Overall solid for the price. Excellent, friendly service. Always waited on and treated well. We had some maintenance work near us that was super loud, and after we complained they promptly moved us to another better room without hesitation. The rooms overall were very nice and clean with great views. The food was decent. It’s about what you expect from an all inclusive. The breakfast was 100% the best meal/restaurant. Tons of options at the buffet. The portions at the other restaurants seemed pretty small, but maybe I’m just an American. You can also get room service if you aren’t full, but it took at least an hour each time. Not a big deal though and I understand. The pool area is not the best layout nor that pretty. You can’t really see the ocean that well from most angles. Also no swim up bar seemed like a big miss. Plenty of chairs though and you get waited on. The property is on a small footprint and I think I prefer the traditionally larger all inclusives. This one felt like a regular hotel in that regard. The lobby and main areas had no AC. This was by far the biggest con. You can’t really hang out down there since it is so miserable, and it seems like this has been an issue for a long time going by older reviews. Again, overall a nice stay though. Last thing—don’t bother doing the $200 resort credit thing they offer. It’s a time share thing and it also can’t really be applied to anything.

We’ve stayed for two nights.
We’ll start with the less nice experiences;
The service in the hotel restaurants is very slow, the waitress are nice, the food is mediocre despite the “Blue water grill” restaurant.
We found a cockroach in our room but the reception helped us and upgraded us for free.
The good things were the hotel facilities like the pools and the hotel employees were very
nice and helpful.
FYI - you can’t smoke inside the hotel and there are no smoking areas.
