The traditional architecture of the hotel was lovely. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The grounds we beautiful and well kept.The beach was well kept and the pier was nice particularly at sunset. The resteraunts were nice although the nasaya had sushi that we paid for and it was available in the main resteraunt. The big pool was a touch too cold and the flooring was really slippy even when dry. The food in the main restaurant was not great and quite repetitive, the quality could of been better. The level of interruption from people trying to sell you trips when you are lay around the pool is not acceptable, even having a red flag did not stop them. The beauty salon was very expensive even compared to UK prices and they ripped you off trying to sell medical massages that were not required. Our room cleaner block 30 was amazing! The evening entertainment was very poor and most of the night was children's shows. The singers were awful. The hotel seemed to close down between 5-7pm with the only bar for refreshments being the lobby, an outside bar staying open would of been nice. The sports facilies were excellent, including a running track that was in good condition. The gym was also large and full of good equipment in working order. Overall this is a perfectly good hotel.

Awesome resort and excellent staff. They have their own private beach and access to a mini coral reef via the pier. It's safe. Very helpful staff, especially Nina (the booking ambassador), and very kid friendly. With the all-inclusive option, good variety of food and drinks. Highly recommended!

Superb staff throughout who can’t do enough for you. By far the best stay we’ve had in over 10 holidays to Egypt. Big thanks especially to our room cleaner. Only slight negative - the Vitamin Bar guys - pretty clear that they are controlled by the hotel! Unpleasant, rude and although the juices are lovely and great value, the way they market them is unscrupulous and embarrassing. Highly recommend this hotel and great value for money without doubt. Extremely clean, loads of space, plenty of Sunbeds, beautiful beach, stunning pools and lots more. Thanks for the wonderful staff

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was enjoyable and memorable. The kids had an amazing time, especially with the fun-filled animation activities and the lively mini discos. The daily evening shows were a delight for the whole family, providing great entertainment every night. We were especially impressed by the celebration of Orthodox Christmas, which was so thoughtfully organized. The morning party for the kids was delightful, and the evening cocktail reception and gala dinner were absolutely spectacular. This attention to detail and the effort to make the celebration special meant so much to us and added a magical touch to our stay. The food at the restaurant was consistently delicious and offered a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. We’re already looking forward to returning to this amazing hotel again in the future. Thank you for creating such a fantastic experience for our family!
