Since 1990 we've stayed here when we visited Bangkok. Now that our son is 22 we are more relaxed about where we stay, but we still come here for their high tea or a late lunch at table 92 outside right on the river (like it's 50cm to 100cm below you over the railing)! The staff are always friendly and the food is always spot on. Their Thai Green Curry (you choose whether you have just vegetables or add protein) and their mango sticky rice is the best in the business!

The facilities here are excellent. The gym is fully equipped with all the machines you need for a complete workout. The gym manager and staff—K. Golf, K. Fon, and the entire front desk team—are kind and always ready to help. Plus, the stunning river views add a relaxing touch to your workout experience.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful room. The staff were responsive and very helpful. The breakfast on offer was impressive and we loved the convenience and experience of using the free shuttle boat service available.

Breakfast was fantastic, with an enormous assortment of choices. The location was excellent—easy to get to the river and around. The pool was clean and lovely. The hotel’s Thai restaurant had a great view of the river, but the food was sadly uninteresting.
The Club’s manager, Khun Alice, was exceedingly helpful with information and arrangements! She’s a 5-Star person. The massage was fine, but not extraordinary. Access to the Club really made our stay extra-special and we were very happy to be able to take advantage of snacks and drinks. We would definitely stay there again.

Was supposed to spend seven nights here but because of a flight cancellation, I think I spent five. I am still not over the brain fog from it all. This place was excellent. I had a couple of negative things happen. We went to dinner one evening and after sitting at our table for about 45 minutes, we were told that the computer went down or something like that and they could not Serve us. I sat in a wet chair in the Lobby lounge, and later on realize that what I sat in was urine. There's a chance that no one at the restaurant even knew about it. The staff was Excellent, but it was very pricey. The only reason I probably would not recommend it is because of the Price. The flight cancellation in South Korea at the airport in Incheon kind of ruined most of the vacation. The flight was canceled and we were given absolutely no information and no one knew anything. We were trapped in that airport because you cannot leave that airport once you are in the transfer area. It is impossible. We finally had to sneak through arrivals to get to departures. I never want to go to South Korea ever again for the rest of my life. They should remember that we saved their ass
