Don’t bother staying here. Staff is dishonest and not helpful and totally incompetent.Made a reservation 2 months in advance on desired dates and was promised a Junior Suite upon booking. I was given two reservations numbers. I checked my email and saw that I was given the junior suite on the first night but then moved to a standard room for the rest of the week. The young man who made the reservation assured me I would be in the Junior suite the entire time. I was perplexed. Called the hotel and got nowhere. They Claimed they only had the junior suite for the one night. I spoke to 5 different staff members. No one would stand by the original reservation. A total bait and switch. Spend your money elsewhere- many more choices near Disney than this hotel. They advertise that they are there to please the guests and honor their requests- how about hiring competent staff that don’t lie and that don’t play the bait and switch game. That would be a start. Hilton should be ashamed. I filed a formal complaint with corporate.

This was our second time staying at the Signia. We purposely chose to go back because of how great our first time was. The lazy river pool and the short walk to the Waldorf pools were the highlight for us. After a long day walking at Disney we enjoyed relaxing and playing at the pools. The onsite dining at the pool, room service, and restaurants make it a one stop vacation destination for us. (2 stops if you include going to a local park). We used the free Disney shuttle to go to and from the parks which was a great addition to this location. It saved us from parking fees and rental car cost.

If I could give 10 stars I would! This hotel is a hidden gem. We traveled with adults kids and grandkids and everyone had a memorable stay. All of the staff provided top notch customer service. Special mention to Jeffrey at the Harvest Bistro- you sir are Amazing!!
The restaurants and pools are great and the location is perfect for visiting the parks.
We will return- thank you for making our stay the Best!

The hotel is larger than it looks! Rooms are clean and spacious. Convenient market place with hot sandwiches chips snacks and coffee. Prices are reasonable. Japanese restaurant is good but too pricey , but typical hotel pricing. Front desk staff overall is professional but not friendly, but the staff at the market place especially in the evening Rocks! There is a lazy river and slides at the pool. Off season is nice and quiet 🤫

I stayed here for a conference and have to say that for the purposes of a conference it's great. The staff is amazing and the conference facilities are very good. The lobby and hotel bar are great areas to meet and unwind.
The pool area is in need of more consistent maintenance. The pool was full of leaves and debris and the bushes for privacy are encroaching on the lazy river. The hot tubs are nice and warm but the water level was so low the skimmer filter could not do its job.
As far as the rooms go, they are nice and quiet and the housekeeping staff is phenomenal. I did not hear any road or even hallway noise. The room door was heavy and did a great job of blocking sound. The beds are on the firm side while the pillows deflate easily. The comforters are lumpy and are in need of replacing. The bathroom is ok, but the water pressure, the soaps, and the water temperature are amazing. For a full service resort I think I expected more from the room. Also, the room does have a refrigerator but a small microwave would be nice.
The on-site restaurants were good and provided generous portions, thus the need for a microwave as it would be nice to be able to warm up leftovers for a late night snack.
This all said, I do hope to come back for another conference and look forward to staying here again.
