The hotel is larger than it looks! Rooms are clean and spacious. Convenient market place with hot sandwiches chips snacks and coffee. Prices are reasonable. Japanese restaurant is good but too pricey , but typical hotel pricing. Front desk staff overall is professional but not friendly, but the staff at the market place especially in the evening Rocks! There is a lazy river and slides at the pool. Off season is nice and quiet 🤫

Place was really amazing, service was great. Car rental service was cheap and nice, only issue is that the room didn't have a microwave, if you don't like spending money on a high priced meal. The place isn't for you!! We didn't mind cause we're on are honeymoon. Other then that place was great!! Pool was nice the bar was nice and people seemed friendly

Absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. It is literally the worst experience I have ever had in any hotel groups. Stayed there from 9/13-15. Hotel lobby has a cheap fragrance smell and there were a large crowd gathering for a social event that evening which was very loud and disturbing.
Check-in was relatively quick but lacks courtesy. Upon arrival you will see valet parking only but with NO signage of where to do self parking. This is very shady as they trick you to pay for valet parking which is $50 per day. I had to ask the valet parking staff to pull my car out.
Room was very small given the price you are paying and how the hotel advertised themselves. Second day the hotel stopped fresh water supply due to pipeline breaking with no advance notice. NO additional bottle water delivered to customers. NO any sort of help provided and basically can't even brush your teeth. Communication was awful.
After check out was charged an additional night of parking and need to call the hotel back. They even said need 72 hours for security to check if I left on that specific date. This hotel is utterly disappointing and grossly unprofessional.

Nice hotel with updated decor and furniture. Very clean inside the lobby and rooms. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. However there are a few things that didn’t sit right with me. The lazy river was filthy, full of leaves and dirt. The pool is very shallow and very limited area to swim for adults. The only parking available is $40 a night (Valet is $55). The food and drinks are mediocre and priced at 4x the value. Not a bad location If you want to be close to Disney but far from everything else. I love to tip the doormen but almost felt pressured into doing it by them at this hotel. I’ve stayed at many different hilton brand hotels and resorts and this one has to be the least favorite. There are plenty hotels in Orlando please make sure this one fits your needs.

I stayed here for a conference and have to say that for the purposes of a conference it's great. The staff is amazing and the conference facilities are very good. The lobby and hotel bar are great areas to meet and unwind.
The pool area is in need of more consistent maintenance. The pool was full of leaves and debris and the bushes for privacy are encroaching on the lazy river. The hot tubs are nice and warm but the water level was so low the skimmer filter could not do its job.
As far as the rooms go, they are nice and quiet and the housekeeping staff is phenomenal. I did not hear any road or even hallway noise. The room door was heavy and did a great job of blocking sound. The beds are on the firm side while the pillows deflate easily. The comforters are lumpy and are in need of replacing. The bathroom is ok, but the water pressure, the soaps, and the water temperature are amazing. For a full service resort I think I expected more from the room. Also, the room does have a refrigerator but a small microwave would be nice.
The on-site restaurants were good and provided generous portions, thus the need for a microwave as it would be nice to be able to warm up leftovers for a late night snack.
This all said, I do hope to come back for another conference and look forward to staying here again.
