Staff were so lovely. We had butler service with our room and they were excellent. Always checking in to see if we needed anything and so kind to our kids. The property itself is lovely in most parts but some areas are dated and in need of a clean/update. Our room was massive but again, a little damp smelling and showing signs of use and age. Would definitely stay again. Big thanks to butler Edi for taking such good care of us.

We stayed at the Sofitel Nusa Dua in a one-bedroom villa with a plunge pool to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was an unforgettable experience. The private pool villa was amazing, offering the perfect blend of comfort and privacy. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel facilities were excellent, and having direct access to the beach. The food was great—every meal was a treat for the senses. We truly had an incredible stay and can’t wait to return in the future. Highly recommended!

The room was big enough for us 2 adults and 2 kids, was clean and bed was comfortable. The pool was huge and not overcrowded. Beach was right at the door step. There were bicycles , balls for loan as well for free. Buffet spread for breakfast was amazing, we went for the noodles kiosk daily! Lastly; the service from everybody was beyond expectation, every staff was so courteous and helpful. it was mind blowing that all the staff was well mannered and polite. It was the best hotel out of our 3 hotels in Bali, we will definitely be back!

We stayed ten nights at the Sofitel with the children over Christmas. It was lovely and relaxing; The staff was attentive and accommodating. The pool was big, and had lots of comfy lounges. The room was large, and the bathroom had lots of space, including a bathtub. Kids club was perfect, and our daughter was there every day. Five Stars to the team!

We stayed for 7 nights in a pool plunge room, the fridge did not work, there was mould, the shower head did not work, no one told us we had to empty the water out of the room humidifier, the food in all the restaurants (except breakfast) was awful. The staff were very polite but that was the only positive. I have stayed in the Sofitel at Fiji which was absolutely beautiful and well worth the money, this was not worth $800.00 per night and I would not classify this room as "Deluxe".
