We recently stayed at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort, and I honestly can’t express enough how beautiful and kind the staff were throughout our entire stay. We felt so blessed from the moment we arrived. The food, service, pool, and drinks were all absolutely amazing — everything exceeded our expectations. A very special mention to our butler, Diah, who truly made our stay incredible. Every morning, she came to see us at breakfast to make sure we had everything we needed for the day and that all our bookings were taken care of. Her warm personality and exceptional service made us feel so well looked after. We highly recommend Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Rooms were cleaned well. Some had a mold smell but the staff can accommodate you if you get a room like that. Some room balconies are located not towards the beach but still nice. The beds are huge and so comfortable. The bathroom area is spacious and comfortable as well. There is so much food and luxury at Sofitel there isn't much to complain about. The staff and their professional and accompanying service is A+. I APPRECIATED THEM! We were a large group celebrating my friends 50th birthday. The Sunday brunch is a MUST if you love food like me! The staff again excellent and so down to earth. The pool area was always clean. The beach is terrible. That is my only complaint since I love to be in beach water. The temple experience and cultural heritage center was super cool to experience. We learned a lot. Cover up if you go. And hide any items that can be snatched up from the monkeys. The Koral restaurant is amazing to dine. The spas are also very friendly and relaxing to try out. THE INFAMOUS SWING!! DO IT!! Its breathtaking! Otherwise, the hotel could use more adult nightly entertainment as well but you will keep busy during the day anyway. I love this resort and would definitely recommend it. Its top tier balling at every level. The McDonald's even delivered to the resort one night. That was so cool! Looking forward to returning one day. VISIT BALI

Our family has just returned from the most incredible stay at the Sofitel Nusa Dua. The lobby is breathtaking; we were greeted with the warmest welcome. The resort itself is a tropical dream. The sprawling lagoon-style pools are magnificent, and our child spent countless happy hours splashing and swimming. The grounds are immaculately manicured, and the direct access to the pristine Nusa Dua beach. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered a private plunge pool. The housekeeping staff did a phenomenal job, ensuring our space was always pristine. The dining experience at Cucina Restaurant was outstanding. What truly sets the Sofitel Nusa Dua apart, however, is its incredible staff. Every single team member we encountered greeted us with a genuine smile and went above and beyond to make our stay special. We cannot recommend the Sofitel Nusa Dua highly enough for any family seeking a luxurious, relaxing, and truly memorable getaway. Thank you for giving our family the most wonderful holiday!

We recently stayed at the Sofitel Nusa Dua for 6 nights . We stayed in a pool access room that was absolutely beautiful and well appointed & clean . The staff were all excellent and nothing was ever a problem . We had access to the mileseme club and attended the happy 2 hours nightly which offered a wide range of delicious snacks and free flow drinks as well as excellent attentive service . Checkin and check out in the lounge was seamless and the lounge offered a lovely environment that you could relax at anytime . The restaurants within the hotel were fantastic. The food and atmosphere were excellent as was the service. We dined at Toya on the beach and had drinks there a few times. The food , drinks and service were excellent as was the atmosphere. The few nights they had a solo artist he was excellent . The Italian restaurant was also excellent with great service and delicious food . The buffet breakfast was fantastic and offered a huge range of choices that suit everyone and bonus it had great coffee that you could order and have delivered to your table . Whenever we needed a taxi the concierge arranged it for us without a hitch . I highly recommend this hotel if you are wanted a chilled relaxing atmosphere without the hustle and bustle .

I had an excellent stay at Sofitel Nusa Dua, Bali. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at Kwee Zeen restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious with great variety and presentation. I especially want to mention Mr. WIKANTARA, who provided truly 5-star service, friendly, and always ensuring that guests had the best experience possible. Overall, it was a memorable stay with outstanding hospitality from all the staff. I would highly recommend Sofitel Nusa Dua to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Bali.
