Moved from Seminiyak to Sofitel Nusa Dua and fell in love with the resort and the general location from the very start. Sofitel is a great, world-class resort with superb facilities all-round. Nusa Dua is a beautiful, modern and well planned part of Bali. This is where world leaders have conferences and meetings. Sofitel has a stunning reception area with views of the ocean. We loved our private plunge pool, large and expansive rooms. Unfortunately, my spouse who has a super sense of smell had issues with bad smells possibly coming out of the aircon or somewhere in the room. Our plunge pool had a few uneven tiles showing evidence of post construction repairs. These tiles posed a risk of injury in the pool
Our biggest gripe was the Kwee Zeen restaurant where we were having our breakfast and buffet dinner. Kwee Zeen's offerings are a bit underwhelming. The food definitely needs an improvement in terms of variety and quality. Some of the attendants at Kwee Zeen had some challenges with their command of the English language thereby presenting a bit of a communication barrier. Unfortunately, we never had a chance to sample other restuarents such as Cucina restaurant. Manarai Beach house atmosphere was okay but the chicken wings we ordered were just too sweet. In terms of food offering we found the Toya Beach Bar and Grill had better quality than Manarai. The customer service at both Beach venues was excellent. Mey, at Manarai had excellent customer skills . She did welcome us and serve us very well. The guy who served us free ice cream at Toya Beach Bar was also superb. In general the people are great. The manager on duty at during our time was also immaculate. I think his name is Andrei. He handled the issue relating to our broken baggage immaculately. At checkout we were served by Febri who went over and above to make us feel at home.
We will definitely come back to Sofitel Nusa Dua, in the hope that we will find better food at other restaurants such as Cucina or Kwee Zeen will have improved.

Brilliant stay. Luxurious facilities, but it’s really the people and service that set it apart. Across 7 days, I think every single worker said hello when we walked past. Couple of minor room issues, immediately fixed within minutes of raising them.
Breakfast is unreal, every possible food you could imagine. We had two restaurants included in our package for dinner. The seafood restaurant on the beach was very good, the dinner buffet was fairly average. Not quite up to the standard elsewhere in the hotel. We paid for dinner at the Italian restaurant one night, outstanding.

The staff are what make this hotel so special.
From the gardeners, the pool staff, cleaners, waiters, to management.
Every staff member was amazing.
Yes the room was looking a bit tired, with broken tiles, but they were spotless and clean.
The food at all the dining options was beautiful.
You need to promote your day spa more and celebrate your win of 2024!.
All the guest that I talked with had no idea that they had won such award.
The day spa was next level and could understand why they had won this incredible award.

From the moment we arrived at Sofitel Nusa Dua, we were immersed in a world of luxury, warmth, and impeccable service. Our six-night stay was nothing short of exceptional, from the indulgent Sofitel Luxury Spa to the breathtaking Toya Beach Restaurant, where every meal felt like a culinary escape.
What truly sets this resort apart is its people—every member of the staff exudes warmth and hospitality, making us feel welcome at every turn. While we had a couple of minor complications with our room, Duty Manager Selly went above and beyond to ensure everything was rectified swiftly. Her dedication and personal touch truly elevated our experience, and we are deeply grateful for her efforts.
Sofitel Nusa Dua has left a lasting impression on us, and we are already looking forward to returning—this time with our entire family, so they, too, can experience this slice of paradise. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. Until next time!

I just can't think of anything negative to say.
The wonderful standards of this hotel are only surpassed by the staff.
We had a suburb room with pool access that was cleaned twice a day. (I didn't think we were that dirty).
As suggested by the name the hotel is right on the beach and has a number of different bars and restaurants on site.
We really enjoyed our stay, and I would highly recommend it
