Thank you to the Club Team for the warm welcome. The room exceeded my expectations and left a lasting impression. Both Ms. Nok and Ms. Maggie provided service with utmost dedication. The breakfast offered a great variety of dishes, and I especially appreciated the freshly cut fruits available, though I missed them during lunchtime. Dinner was excellent, with a wide selection of flavorful dishes and free-flow beverages for two hours. I would like to suggest improving the tea bags provided in the suite, as they are paper sachets rather than mesh ones. The spa staff were polite and professional; I enjoyed a treatment before my departure. On the final night, I appreciated that the hotel allowed continued access to the Club Lounge until check-out. Overall, my stay was truly enjoyable, and I look forward to returning. My sincere thanks to all staff members for their warm hospitality.

Our family stay in the hotel one night, it's very great expreience for us. We checked in at the 31st floor Platinum Lounge as excellent. We had the pleasure of dining at Bella Sera last evening, and it was an exceptional experience. Each dish was exquisitely prepared, fresh, and full of flavor. Although we had already sampled some selections at the lounge earlier, the outstanding cThe elegant ambience of the restaurant, combined with the warm yet professional service, created a truly delightful atmosphere. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Ms. Aey, Ms. Praew, Ms. Nutty, and Mr. Tus for their impeccable service and gracious hospitality. Their attentiveness made the evening truly memorable.uisine and refined service elevated the entire dining experience beyond expectation.

This is a bit long overdue.. but I promised to write a review given I had a really great experience staying here and am very appreciative of the hotel staff. First of all, the rooms look very elegantly designed, spacious, clean, and almost all of the room settings can be operated in the bedside tablet. My room in particular experienced some issues with the toilet (while I was out) and they left a note to let me know as soon as I return they will arrange me to move into an upgraded room. It was actually quite late when I returned but the hotel staff still assisted me into moving into another room on a higher floor (although frankly speaking the room wasn't too much of an upgrade except of the higher level). They continuously left me notes to apologize and small gifts (e.g. fruit platter). Location is super convenient, especially their access to the BTS sky path which connects directly to Asok BTS station. Especially when it was raining, the entire path is covered and don't require you to carry around an umbrella. Most importantly I want to highlight on their customer service. While I was checking out, I accidentally left my iPad (inside a cotton bag) on the lobby sofa and has already left for the airport. While I was checking in at the counter I panicked after realizing that I have left behind my iPad. I called the hotel immediately and at first they weren't able to find it. However, one of the managers (K'Pai) and hotel staff (Ms. Sara) continued looking and they finally found it. They let me know immediately to ease my worries and provided very clear instructions on how to retrieve it. This is definitely one of the top examples of receiving excellent customer service and I really wanted to share my experience for any guests considering to stay at Sofitel hotel (also hoping management can see this and receive my sincere gratitude). I will certainly stay here again, hopefully sooner rather than later!

Smooth reservation and very well answer -problem solving via calling the hotel directly. The have plenty of room for carpark and car readily available. The room, we stay is very comfy , easily to use and a nice size to stay. We had a very relaxing experiences during our stay. The breakfast isn’t too much variety but is very fresh and delicious. The staff is very very nice and very welcomed. During our stay, we forgot our things during our stay. The staff quickly found it and sent it back to us.

Loved how comfortable my room was and especially how everything is easily controlled by the pad next to the bed - from individual lights and the TV to the aircon. Incredibly convenient. Also loved how the hotel was connected directly to the skywalk to the BTS and MRT. But perhaps best of all were the service staff. Everyone was either very prim and eager, or bright and warm. Special shoutout to Kaow, Biw, Friend and Henry for their presence and service excellence. The housekeeping was also very thorough and thoughtful in their work. The club lounge was a great way to relax throughout the stay. My only gripe is super minor - and it's that there's only one light control option for the bathroom. Sometimes I just prefer it less bright. Also, there was an issue with my night light but the technician came promptly to turn it off in the end. Really enjoyed my time here - thank you!
