The service is excellent. The staff are all very enthusiastic, both in service and sales. The concierge team works quickly and coordinates efficiently. The rooms are conveniently controlled with a tablet, which makes everything much easier. I really like this hotel, especially the food, which is delicious in both room service and the hotel restaurants. I particularly enjoyed the Japanese restaurant, where the food was fresh and surprisingly delicious. I will definitely return here again

Very satisfied with my stay with you guys this time. Awesome service by all members of your staffs, from check in, to breakfast, to the lounge staffs. Extremely welcoming. Another note that i think you guys could advise better would be to choose grab service instead of local taxi. Though it’s zero fault from you guys, but grab would be more hassle free. The reason being, though you guys helped me greatly in getting and talking to the taxi driver on the destination and the fare, the driver actually did not honor the fare deal that had been agreed.

My room was renovated. Nice furnishing. Unfortunately, I am unsure if my room was "clean". On my second day morning, I suffered from a very bad vertigo and even vomitted. Never had both symptoms at the same time before. My room mate had a small bruise below his left eye a few days later and for no reason! Otherwise staff was nice.

Amazing hotel with superb amenities. The location is ideal for proximity to nighttime activities, BTS (mass transportation) and food and drinks. Infinite options in the surrounding area and within BTS reach for shopping, dining, etc. this is Bangkok we are talking about. Breakfast buffet is outstanding both in quality and variety. The restaurants are great and feed into the room service which is actually reasonably priced. The view of the city at the bar on the top floor is amazing. Cost aside, I have no issues with any aspect of the Sofitel Bangkok. This is Thailand so paying for this luxuriousness feels wasteful but it is not even expensive compared to other 5 star hotels in the world’s capitals/major cities. Rooms are high tech and all controlled by tablet in the rooms. This includes ordering room service, controlling lights and temperature, TV, and checking room expenses. I did not use it to book time in the spa so I cannot speak on the capability or facility (I bet it’s great though, like everything else). I highly recommend staying here for any type of non-budget traveler. Too quality service, amenities, and luxury that can only be exceeded by the most opulent properties (you know the type that have multiple times the price).

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, everything exceeded my expectations. The service was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The room was brand new, adorned with beautiful colors. The bed was incredibly comfortable and silky; I wished I could take it home with me. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was huge, featuring a separate toilet, shower, and bathtub. The food was delicious, and the whisky bar is a must-visit. The rooftop was incredibly romantic, offering a perfect spot for an evening.
