Rooms were beautifully furnished. Hotel is in a great location near the BTS. Service from the lounge staff to the concierges was incredible, warm and personable. I felt so welcomed during my stay with the staff bending over backwards to support my need. Wonderful stay, I will be back!

1. Location, in the middle between Nana BTS and Asok. There's an elevated walkway from Asok BTS, terminal 21 to the hotel. About 300 m away. 2. It is a truly formal 5 stars hotel. 3. Reception was a bit slow, staff was very helpful and kind. 4. Room was big, very clean, huge bathroom, fully equiped and very quiet. 5. Lights and TV were centrally controlled by a tablet. Bit awkward, when in the middle of the night I have to turn on the light, have to find the tablet, find the button to turn on the screen, then find the apps for the lights, then turn on the light. 6. Breakfast was sumptuous and delicious. 7. The rooftop bar was gorgeous

I've traveled more than most and I have to say that this was the best hotel at which I've ever stayed. For one, I have zero complaints. No suggestions for improvement. That alone has never happened. No notes. All of the service—from housekeeping to the restaurants—was impeccable. I thought Japan was the master of polite and professional hospitality, but now I know it is clearly Bangkok. Everyone was so warm and attentive and accommodating. Even when just passing in the halls. The Belgian restaurant: fantastic. The Japanese restaurant: fantastic. The French cafe: fantastic. The breakfast buffet: fantastic. Everything in the hotel was absolutely beautiful. Your hotel is a delight, and until I experience different, it has all of my future business.

The hotel and room were great, and I appreciate the overall experience. However, as a loyal member, I’ve noticed that I’ve rarely received any room upgrades or complimentary breakfast, even after multiple stays. When compared to other hotel loyalty programs I’m a member of, I’ve received suite upgrades, lounge access, and complimentary breakfast—even without reaching the higher tiers. I hope your team can look into enhancing the member benefits and recognition, especially for frequent guests.

It was our first time staying at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit, definitely not the last. The room is spacious and delighted that it was recently renovated not long ago. I love the French inspired room design, brings me back to Paris. I do love that the room amenities are wrapped in leather, including the dustbin. I appreciate the iPad remote controller tech that raises the quality of life during our stay. The room is definitely well cleaned and the bed is amazing I slept like a log every night. I have no qualms during our stay here. Everything was immaculate and perfect. Definitely will recommend to all my friends, family and relatives who may be planning to visit Bangkok in the near future. Once in a while they need to pamper themselves on a luxury hotel stay. The hotel is in a great location. In between 2 BTS station both walking distance less than 5 min walk. So convenient! Special thanks to Ivan from Revenue and Barry from Marketing for making my stay happened. And also a shout out to the staff who checked me in. Even though the name tag is Trainee but she definitely is well trained. The check in was smooth and I was well informed of all the info of the hotels. Thank you
