Excellent service, nice rooms, professionally run.
Areas to improve:
- the Belgium restaurant menu is a bit of a mess. Limited choice of food, menu on website is not same as menu in restaurant.
- Breakfast was a bit chaotic as lots of staff from a Walls icecream company conference, would of been better to ensure paying guests vs companies doing conferences are handled separately with dedicated staff
- Although there is a large and excellent collection of wine at the hotel, certain areas are restricted on what they have on the menu, How about make it available in all areas.

I stayed in room 1105, and I found the hallway floor to be very slippery. My husband and I slipped several times during our two-night stay, though fortunately, we didn’t fall.
On a positive note, the bed and pillows were amazing, and I appreciated that the room had plenty of outlets, which was very convenient. The food and drinks were okay, but the lounges offered limited choices.

Excellent amenities, spacious and luxurious room. Stayed here with a couple of friends separately and they were extremely friendly and hospitable. The breakfast on the 2nd floor was awesome, each day serving different dishes to switch things up. The rooftop bar had a great view and good drinks. I would love to stay here again when I come back to Bangkok!

The service is excellent. The staff are all very enthusiastic, both in service and sales. The concierge team works quickly and coordinates efficiently. The rooms are conveniently controlled with a tablet, which makes everything much easier.
I really like this hotel, especially the food, which is delicious in both room service and the hotel restaurants. I particularly enjoyed the Japanese restaurant, where the food was fresh and surprisingly delicious. I will definitely return here again

The hotel itself was amazing, especially the rooms. Somehow, got upgraded to the suite, and the room itself was large and well laid out. The bed itself was huge, larger than a king-sized bed. Everything in the room was controlled by an iPad, which made it convenient. The service itself was good too - from check-in to any requirements during your stay. There is also a turn-down service provided. The location itself was good - between Nana and Asok BTS stations, so it is easy to get around. But do note that the hotel is situated close to the red-light district. Only thing is that the view from the room is limited.
