Clean and comfortable room. Yummy Italian restaurant and outstanding waitresses. Although many sexy lady workers posting in front of the main gate during late night. Pool 🏊 needs more improvement and energy. Rooftop bar is the worst part of the building. Staff were rude . Totally below 5-star hotel standard.

I had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. Ms. Mira at the reception took great care of us — she was very smart, welcoming, and made us feel at home right away. The hotel’s location is perfect, the environment feels safe, and everything is clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping team was also very helpful, professional, and friendly. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would happily stay here again!

It’s a great hotel in a good location. The rooms and service are first rate. The restaurants are good without being excellent. Roof top similar a little cramped and disappointing. However the weak spot is the swimming pool, despite valiant efforts of the attendant there is a deluge of young kids jumping screaming and making it a hellish experience for anybody looking for a peaceful swim or to relax . The management appear to be too timid or not interested in applying discipline to people with noisy disruptive kids. It’s a shame as it somewhat ruins what is otherwise a very good hotel

Breakfast might be a bit on the light side for a 5-star hotel, but honestly, the staff really made the stay great. Everyone—from valet and doorman to bellboy, reception, and restaurant team—was super polite and genuinely helpful. As a Gold member, I could check in early at 12:30 PM and check out late at 2:00 PM, which was great (it was a quiet day with few guests). Aside from that, just the usual welcome drink—no extra perks this time. The location is really convenient, with a direct BTS connection and just a short walk to Terminal 21. But if you’re driving… be warned: Bangkok traffic is brutal. You might spend more time in the car than at breakfast. The pool is simple, nothing too special. I didn’t get a chance to try the spa, gym, or rooftop restaurant this time around. I’d give it a 4.2 out of 5 for this visit. If it were a bit more kid-friendly, it would’ve been even better.

This hotel was truly impressive! The staff were friendly, energetic, and very efficient — they made me feel right at home. The entire place was clean and beautifully designed with a touch of luxury. My room was spotless and well-maintained, thanks to the attentive housekeeping team. The spa was incredibly professional and relaxing — a perfect way to unwind. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I’ll definitely be coming back!
