What really made the stay exceptional was the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and it truly felt like we were being taken care of. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay – it was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed dining at the hotel’s restaurants in the evenings, which offered a lovely atmosphere and equally impressive meals. A special mention goes to ROI, who was especially helpful, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. His level of care and attention to detail made a real difference, and we felt truly welcomed. Enjoyed our 4 days stay here at this beautiful resort! Enjoyed their very romantic atmosphere spa and the room is clean. Refreshing scent and Bali music in the lobby area. The staff from the front desk team to the cleaning team were very professional and friendly! Also the private beach area was very relaxing and calm. Will recommend to my friends and family!

We ended our honeymoon in Bali at the St. Regis. I can't say enough good things about our time there. It was relaxing and gorgeous. We enjoyed our room being connected to the lagoon and the private pool connected to our room. Our butler was Dita - he kept us informed of activities going on and was available to us if we needed anything. He even sent a beautiful flower arrangement to our room when my husband got a case of Bali Belly and was feeling a little ill! Just above and beyond. We enjoyed all of the staff there, but really connected with the folks who worked at the Deli on site. Sudana was especially kind when we had to wait at the resort to go to the airport - he made sure we were comfortable and that we had plenty of food and ice cream! It was wonderful chatting with him! I also took two yoga classes while there and both were amazing (held on the beach with a great view!). Finally, the spa staff was kind and friendly, I had my nails done and the service was well-done and everyone there made sure I had everything I needed. We couldn't have asked for a better end to a fairytale honeymoon!

INCREDIBLE property! Everything from the staff, to the lagoon, to the beach, rooms and even breakfast was amazing here. The villa we stayed in was beautiful and so private and romantic. The staff did a great job taking care of us. We spend two days on the beach and Japa took such good care of us and made our stay so special. If we ever make it back to Bali we will most definitely be staying here again!!!
