Stella was my worst experience in Egypt. Guest Relations were absent, feedback ignored, and room issues unresolved. Hygiene was shocking—dirty cutlery, overflowing trash, and unhygienic cups everywhere. Food lacked variety, was bland, and caused stomach issues. Service was poor, with staff more focused on phones than guests. Rudeness and a lack of professionalism were common, especially in restaurants and at bars. On the bright side, the resort grounds were beautiful, rooms spacious, and animation shows enjoyable. With better hygiene, service, and training, this hotel could improve significantly.

Returned home on the 20/11/24 from 10 nights stay. This was our 2nd visit within 6months and oh boy it did not disappoint, staff were as friendly as we remembered. Great food with plenty of choices and it was so nice to have more fresh fruit and salad available this time, the hotel was busier but made no difference to serve or waiting times, infact the staff kept the hotel running very smoothly. Hotel is kept immaculate, the ground staff do such an amazing job. Can't wait to return again next year.

The hotel is very good. Animation is very good, the evening programm is so entertaining! The food is very tasty, especially in a la cart restaurants (Chineese and Lebanon). The beach is very nice and wide with a lot of new sunbeds. I will definitelety recommend this hotel to my frends!

It was a bit busy season so that everything was late. We'd paid for premium but till I raised an issue, the reception didn't give me the upgrade. Also I understood the reception was busy all the time, most of them were really helpful but ONE wasn't. I was very offended and had a complained, but she wasn't change. No bother. Room was clean itself but bed was a bit smaller than normal. Resort was big enough so many place to play. Food is under expectation. 😱

Terrible Experience- Avoid this Hotel If you want to spend your holidays in a place with terrible food, terrible drinks and very poor service and attention…then book your stay at Stella Gardens. But i’m sure your family and friends deserve something better if you have travelled all the way till here. Avoid wasting your time and money.
