My goodness what a fantastic hotel the staff and I mean all the staff..! Treat you very well location is ideal , restaurants are unique with a wide variety of food choices, beach bar, pool bar, lobby bar, cleaning staff are friendly and very helpful and through in there work, big mention to the elia restaurant staff from the chef to the very kind and pleasant waiters,very professional in what they do me and my wife have been travelling on many holidays every year first time in Egypt and was blown away with there hospitality and very generous kindness and respect to us both best hotel in Egypt in my eyes superb..🇫🇷🇫🇷👌👌💙💙🤭

Travel to SUNRISE Holidays on 29.01.25 and arrived about 8pm. From the moment we arrived, the staff were attentive, friendly and welcoming. We had an issue with the AC but the hotel acted promptly and offered us an improved room on a higher floor. Throughout out our stay, the food has been excellent, plentiful with a wide variety. I would recommend this hotel to any adults young or old. Would definitely return

I absolutely loved my stay at SUNRISE Holidays Resort! The place has an amazing vibe—peaceful, beautiful, and right by the sea. The staff were so friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The food was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the infinity pool with the sea view was just perfect. It was exactly the kind of relaxing getaway I needed. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free vacation!

The hotel has definitely seen better days. While there was plenty of food, it was disappointing—dry, overcooked, and bland. The staff constantly pestered guests with offers for trips, massages, and other services, all at highly inflated prices. If you tried to negotiate, they would act offended, even though the same services cost 4-5 times less for locals. Another frustrating issue was the tipping culture. While certain services were advertised as free, you were still expected to tip, making it feel more like an obligation than a choice. The beach was small, far from the relaxing experience you would hope for. Outside the hotel, the streets looked like a war zone—rundown buildings, dirt, and an overall feeling of neglect that made it uncomfortable to walk around. What felt most outrageous was the false advertising. On my second day, the animators approached me, urging me to write a positive review. If I wasn’t willing, they offered to do it themselves, automatically giving 4-5 stars to services that didn’t deserve it. Overall, a disappointing experience that did not live up to expectations.

Fabulous hotel, 100% recommended. Such great service, very clean, good food, entertainment good, Bob on the entertainment team is brilliant, DJ is great, the bar staff and waiter's always make sure you have a drink. This hotel caters to all your needs, if it's a relaxing holiday or lots of excursions. I don't usually return to places twice as I like to travel, but I would definitely stay in this hotel again. I loved staying here and loved Egypt.

If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast (8am to 10.30am), lunch (1pm to 3pm) and dinner (7pm to 9.30pm), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served from 11am to 10pm (except during meal times).
