Food is amazing! Compliments to the chefs! All the staff are great, friendly and accepting especially young Mina & Abdul. Animation team are perfect they make everything fun.. shout out to Zein who is so lovely! WiFi works perfectly everywhere around the resort. Rooms and hotel is always clean. We will definitely come back to this hotel. Thank you!

I had very lovely stay, food is amazing, every night they have something different. Drinks are great (sunrise lovers especially). The staff is always welcoming and very helpful. It’s 10 minutes walking from Sheraton street. Rooms are comfortable and always clean. Highly recommend it for your stay in Hurghada!

Overall, our stay at the hotel was pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent with a great variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. However, one major downside was the ongoing renovations during our stay. There was a lot of noise from construction work, sometimes lasting until late in the evening. This made it difficult to relax, especially after a long day of sightseeing. While we understand that renovations are necessary, it would have been better if the hotel had informed guests in advance or scheduled the work at more convenient hours. If not for the noise, our experience would have been perfect. Hopefully, once the renovations are complete, future guests will have a much quieter stay.

The hotel has definitely seen better days. While there was plenty of food, it was disappointing—dry, overcooked, and bland. The staff constantly pestered guests with offers for trips, massages, and other services, all at highly inflated prices. If you tried to negotiate, they would act offended, even though the same services cost 4-5 times less for locals. Another frustrating issue was the tipping culture. While certain services were advertised as free, you were still expected to tip, making it feel more like an obligation than a choice. The beach was small, far from the relaxing experience you would hope for. Outside the hotel, the streets looked like a war zone—rundown buildings, dirt, and an overall feeling of neglect that made it uncomfortable to walk around. What felt most outrageous was the false advertising. On my second day, the animators approached me, urging me to write a positive review. If I wasn’t willing, they offered to do it themselves, automatically giving 4-5 stars to services that didn’t deserve it. Overall, a disappointing experience that did not live up to expectations.

This hotel is lovely, the staff are welcoming and friendly. The food is excellent and has a lot of choices. I can’t recommend it enough and I will return as soon as I can. Thank you for making my stay memorable and relaxing.
