This is a very cosy resort made up of independent villas, offering full privacy and comfort. The beach is excellent—clean and well-maintained. Since there are only a few guests at the hotel relative to the number of villas, it never feels overcrowded. There are always plenty of available sunbeds. The resort features two swimming pools, and the breakfast is reach and tasty. While the service is generally good, it can be a bit slow, which is typical in Thailand where no one seems to be in a hurry. 😊 The villa is spacy, the bed is nice and comfortable, and the air conditioning works well. We had a very positive experience overall and highly recommend it.

Very nice hotel, excellent location, good breakfast. Both pools are very pleasant. Pool villa is excellent. All the staff is so friendly and kind. A great surprise for my birthday, I cant thank you enought.

Review: Synergy Samui We had a wonderful stay at Synergy Samui and would love to share our experience. The absolute highlight was the breakfast and the incredibly friendly staff. Every morning, we looked forward to the delicious scrambled eggs, and the table service was excellent. A big thank you to the team for serving us fresh coffee and cappuccino every day – you made our mornings perfect! We enjoy playing cards, but unfortunately, the resort closed at 10 PM, so we didn't have a place to play in the evening. However, this is just a personal preference and didn’t take away from our overall experience. The location of the resort is simply perfect. It's in a quieter area, but just a short walk away, you’ll find shops, bars, and markets. So, you can enjoy peace and quiet, yet still have everything you need nearby. The beach is lovely and easily accessible as well. We booked the cheapest room, which was more than enough for us. It was well-furnished and provided everything we needed. The housekeeping team did a great job – thank you! Any questions or requests we had were handled quickly and with a smile. A special shout-out again to the breakfast team – you were truly amazing! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Overall, a very beautiful hotel with excellent service. We would gladly return!

I do not recommend from the experiences I just had. 1. Before I found out that my new Dior Lip Glow was stolen at this hotel, I thought it was just okay. If you don’t want even small personal items to be stolen, make sure to either put them in the safe or carry them with you. I had locked away my GoPro, passport, and wallet, but who would’ve thought someone would take a Dior lipstick? 2. The fact that they didn’t inform us about the construction work in advance. On a rainy day, we were stuck in our room all day, suffering from the construction noise. We couldn’t stand it anymore and asked to switch rooms. In the middle of the night, we had to pack up and move to another room. After staying here, we moved to Centara Reserve Samui, where they clearly informed us about construction happening in another building. This hotel ruined my precious vacation time. And do these two hotels differ much in price? Not really… 3. The new room we moved to had an enormous cockroach, and I couldn’t be bothered to call the reception, so I just dealt with it myself. It was such an annoying experience. The hotel is old and not clean for the price. The shower filter turned completely black in just an hour.

Overall the perfect stay right at the beach (chaweng). Unfortunately a lot went wrong and made it less satisfying. Private whirlpool had no hot water. Lost half a day with the technicians and had to move all the stuff. Also no words of stuff in the resort beeing closed when we booked. Overall, if i pay over 100€ per night and miss half of whats listed, i dont necessarily like it. Travel time was november. Cant really recommend a stay around this time. Everything else was fine.
