Avoid at all costs, especially if you have young children.
Initially very impressive, the villa we have is indeed wonderful, with its spacious layout, wraparound pool and separate outdoor dining area.
But that’s where the positives end.
The hotel is just too big and badly designed. The amenities are all a long walk apart and none of the sun loungers offer any privacy, as they all either face or back on to a thoroughfare. Most of them are on a timber deck which shakes just enough to be annoying every time someone walks past, which is often.
The smell of cigarette smoke is ever present and we can’t understand why there are so many ash trays only ~2 metres from the supposed no smoking areas. The staff just shrugged their shoulders when we challenged this arrangement.
Some of the less considerate guests also play their own music in the pool areas, again just enough to thwart any chance of relaxation.
The staff are trying their best but are undertrained and not sympathetic. Given the price point, we expected a higher standard of service.
There is only one restaurant with a kids menu (beach reef) and it is actually pretty good, but again contaminated with ambient cigarette smoke.
In summary, we leave tomorrow and rather wished it was today.

Absolutely amazing 5 night break for our 30 year wedding anniversary! We cannot rate this hotel and service highly enough. We took a luxury escape not really knowing what to expect and it exceeded our expectations. Our suite was amazing and we thankyou so much for the upgrade, without asking, for our anniversary. Chris in the Reef restaurant went above and beyond and his service was outstanding. We will return and recommend this beautiful paradise to our family and friends. The meals were delicious in all of the restaurants and the pool felt like you had plenty of space without being on top of other people. Many thanks again we loved this place!

Beautiful beautiful architecture. Right from the car entrance to lobby, it gave the luxurious vibe and offering the amazing view. Almost felt like a kingdom by itself.
Gym was spacious and facilities were great. You could watch live TV from their treadmill or cycling machines, keeping you motivated and distracted while you workout. The toilet at the gym also had cold and hot bath, as well as sauna.
Room was spacious as well. We had level 1 room so we could just step out of the balcony and jump right in the pool that was connected to other rooms along the same corridor.
Food and drink were pricey.
And if you ordered delivery, you had to walk all the way to lobby to get the delivery yourself as they do not entertain outside food delivery.
My 2 negative feedback:
1. Pillow was way too soft it was as good as I'm sleeping on bed. Totally no support for the neck. While we tried to request for the hard pillow, the pillow was not that hard and they smell. So we ended up didn't use them too.
2. Dustbin comes with a cover, and it was quite inconvenient.

A great hotel located just a short drive from Bali Collection, where you can stroll along the promenade and spend time walking by the beach. The hotel itself looks phenomenal, with impressive spacious areas and a stunning nighttime display. The pool has relatively warm water, which makes it perfect for extended relaxation. The staff is very attentive, and the food in the restaurants (especially the Indian restaurant and the beach club) is of a very high standard. Surprisingly, considering the hotel's level, the service prices are quite reasonable. The spa is excellent, the rooms are spacious, and everything is well connected. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that non-hotel guests were allowed in under the pretext of sightseeing, but they would take hundreds of photos, pretending to be staying there, and causing some disruption. Definitely a 5-star hotel, probably the best in the area.

Absolutely stunning resort! We stayed in the Cliff Private Pool Ocean Junior Suite and absolutely loved it. The suite was very spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately our pool deck did not get much sunlight (not sure if all cliff suites are like that or just ours) but that did not stop us from enjoying it.
The staff here is an 11/10 and really makes your stay feel special.
The breakfast in the Cliff lounge is a 12/10. Plenty of made-to-order options as well as a massive buffet. It was also convenient to be able to come back to the cliff lounge throughout the day for a beverages we wanted or light snacks served in the afternoon.
The pool and beach were great but just a bit crowded. We were there in August and struggled to get seats 1-2 days. I understand that at most resorts trying to get a spot after 10am can be challenging but was still hoping that for the price paid this wouldn’t be an issue. We ultimately always ended up figuring it out and wouldn’t let this stop me from coming back.
All of the on-site dining is solid and Coral is a very unique experience that we were lucky enough check out from one of the tunnel tables.
Note, this is a kid-friendly resort. We were there for our honeymoon and still had an amazing time. The quality, luxury, staff, scenery and views all make this hotel a 10/10
