The staff here are the absolute best and cater to each and every guest. They take the time to remember your names and are always so very polite. The hotel is always emasculate. Our floor manager whose team took care of our room ensured everything was to perfection. We were provided slippers to wear in the room and placed by our beds….very thoughtful. The extra amenities this luxurious hotel provided is top notch. There’s a variety of restaurants to try and the food did not disappoint. Ordered in room dining for breakfast a few times…everything came hot and the staff set everything up as if you were at the restaurant. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is fantastic. The lobby is massive and beautiful, with great decor. Check-in took a little while, but we got a free drink and towel, which was nice. While waiting, we took photos at the spot overlooking the hill and sea, and the view was incredible. We got upgraded to a suite with a private pool, which made our stay even better. The pool was perfect for relaxing after using the hotel’s facilities all morning and afternoon. Breakfast was awesome, with lots of options and really good flavors, as good as Padma Hotel’s breakfast, one of the best. We stayed two nights, and the menu was mostly the same but had enough small changes to keep things fresh. The swimming pool is great, with plenty of chairs to chill in. It’s windy with a beautiful sea view, truly special. The kids’ pool was nice too, with two slides. The private beach is amazing, clean, with white sand, lots of chairs, and a nice breeze. We could order food and coconut, which made it even better. Honestly, no need to visit other Bali beaches, this one’s perfect. The staff were all super friendly, always smiling and greeting us. Overall, an awesome stay, and I’m excited to return soon!

As long as you don't dive bomb your bed and hurt your back this place is a 10/10. The ocean pool suite is spacious, with lots of snacks and amazing airconditioning (and if you've been to Bali, you KNOW how important this is). The overall hotel vibe doesn't know whether it wants to be a hotel, temple, art gallery or theme park but it does all of these things so brilliantly. Make sure you wake up for breakfast because you'll regret not eating at their breakfast buffet. (Also, cancel your lunch plans so you can stuff yourself for breakfast)

Amazing experience at the hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Vanny and April — such warm, caring individuals, always smiling and attentive. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We had an incredible time! However, if I may make a suggestion for anyone planning to stay at the hotel, it would be to book the restaurants and activities well in advance, because when we arrived, everything was already fully booked and we couldn’t enjoy some of the activities, which was really disappointing.

My family and I stayed here for few nights abd we love every bit of our stay. It’s our second time staying in this hotel and the kids loved everything about the hotel. We had the best swim in our lagoon pool everyday. The staff are super friendly and always trying to accommodate our needs especially the kids to make sure we have the best time. The best kids hub and playground. Many thanks to Fatima for making sure we had the best time and the special gift. And thank you so much Jennifer for organising and surprising us with the bottle of wine and cake for our wedding anniversary. It made us truly special. We can’t wait to come back here again!
