A very large, beautiful, and luxurious hotel. We went there for our honeymoon, and my husband accidentally booked a room with double beds instead of one. The staff were extremely kind and went above and beyond to help us, resolving the issue in a generous way. The pool inside the room is small but nice. Since the hotel is quite large, room service can take time, which is understandable for a resort of this size.
We did encounter a water leak from the shower due to poor drainage, which left the entire bathroom wet, something I’ve never experienced at a luxurious 5-star hotel. This happened around 1-2 a.m., and they sent someone to resolve it promptly. The next day, the issue recurred to a lesser extent, and they offered to change our room, but since we were checking out the next morning, we declined. They then offered a 20% discount at one of the restaurants, but it felt awkward as we had to ask for compensation several times. Disappointing.
The location is quite far from the market and other attractions, which is nice for privacy but not convenient for getting around. Overall, it’s a beautiful and luxurious hotel.

Absolutely stunning resort! We stayed in the Cliff Private Pool Ocean Junior Suite and absolutely loved it. The suite was very spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately our pool deck did not get much sunlight (not sure if all cliff suites are like that or just ours) but that did not stop us from enjoying it.
The staff here is an 11/10 and really makes your stay feel special.
The breakfast in the Cliff lounge is a 12/10. Plenty of made-to-order options as well as a massive buffet. It was also convenient to be able to come back to the cliff lounge throughout the day for a beverages we wanted or light snacks served in the afternoon.
The pool and beach were great but just a bit crowded. We were there in August and struggled to get seats 1-2 days. I understand that at most resorts trying to get a spot after 10am can be challenging but was still hoping that for the price paid this wouldn’t be an issue. We ultimately always ended up figuring it out and wouldn’t let this stop me from coming back.
All of the on-site dining is solid and Coral is a very unique experience that we were lucky enough check out from one of the tunnel tables.
Note, this is a kid-friendly resort. We were there for our honeymoon and still had an amazing time. The quality, luxury, staff, scenery and views all make this hotel a 10/10

Just WOW
This truly is a magical place. It exceeded expectations. The premises itself is something I couldn’t get over. I couldn’t stop looking around. It’s spectacular. The service all over was superb. The room was very very comfortable and immaculate, the food was delicious with a great range at the buffet. I loved the pool. This is a place I will be coming back to purely for the hotel.
The only negative things I can say is there’s a bit of the wait for the elevators at times,
And people seem to leave towels on the sunbeds and leave, so when you go to find a sunbed it looks like they’re all taken, which is disappointing. There needs to be a better system in place for this.
In saying this, If you’re sitting on the fence between hotels. Pick this one. It won’t disappoint

A great hotel located just a short drive from Bali Collection, where you can stroll along the promenade and spend time walking by the beach. The hotel itself looks phenomenal, with impressive spacious areas and a stunning nighttime display. The pool has relatively warm water, which makes it perfect for extended relaxation. The staff is very attentive, and the food in the restaurants (especially the Indian restaurant and the beach club) is of a very high standard. Surprisingly, considering the hotel's level, the service prices are quite reasonable. The spa is excellent, the rooms are spacious, and everything is well connected. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that non-hotel guests were allowed in under the pretext of sightseeing, but they would take hundreds of photos, pretending to be staying there, and causing some disruption. Definitely a 5-star hotel, probably the best in the area.

This is a stunning hotel/resort with gorgeous view and architecture. The staff are professional and attentive. The rooms are nicely decorated and have good amenities. However, there could be some improvement on cleaning and particularly mosquito control. Unfortunately,I have never experienced so many mosquito bites at any other hotels or resorts. Experienced in the room and many sites of the property. If they can control and/or eliminate the mosquitoes then it would be a 5 ⭐ resort. Overall, a great hotel/resort for amazing views and architecture but coming short on a true luxury stay
