Had my proposal at the junior suite ocean view with private pool and it was the best decision.
The Lady in Red team (Gaby) coordinated very well for me and helped to arrange an exclusive balcony beside our suite and decorations. It was all very nicely done.
The whole resort was massive and very well designed. The staffs were all very friendly and helpful in every way. We enjoyed our stay here throughly and will definitely be back again.
This is the best resort that we have stayed so far and would definitely recommend coming

We had a fantastic stay here in mid-December, the scale of the resort is big, but it's surprisingly well run! Every department works well, they're very systematic and well organized yet still very personal, every staff is professional and genuine. Another surprise is the quality of all the restaurants! I'm not posing any photo because I'm making plan to go back soon!

The most incredible stay! We were here for our honeymoon and it was perfect! Every detail was taken care of. The hotel is stunning and the perfect place to escape from the world. When we arrived, the airport lost our luggage. We let the receptionist know and they said they would take care of it. Our suitcase was delivered to our door the next day without us having to do anything. They really take care of the guests here and we are so grateful we chose this hotel to stay in for our honeymoon! We hope to come back soon!

Absolutely stunning resort! We stayed in the Cliff Private Pool Ocean Junior Suite and absolutely loved it. The suite was very spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately our pool deck did not get much sunlight (not sure if all cliff suites are like that or just ours) but that did not stop us from enjoying it.
The staff here is an 11/10 and really makes your stay feel special.
The breakfast in the Cliff lounge is a 12/10. Plenty of made-to-order options as well as a massive buffet. It was also convenient to be able to come back to the cliff lounge throughout the day for a beverages we wanted or light snacks served in the afternoon.
The pool and beach were great but just a bit crowded. We were there in August and struggled to get seats 1-2 days. I understand that at most resorts trying to get a spot after 10am can be challenging but was still hoping that for the price paid this wouldn’t be an issue. We ultimately always ended up figuring it out and wouldn’t let this stop me from coming back.
All of the on-site dining is solid and Coral is a very unique experience that we were lucky enough check out from one of the tunnel tables.
Note, this is a kid-friendly resort. We were there for our honeymoon and still had an amazing time. The quality, luxury, staff, scenery and views all make this hotel a 10/10

This hotel is fully deserving of its 5 star rating especially for such a large build. Although mega resorts are not our typical go-to, this one suits families with kids in an elevated way and provides enough variation in spaces that it doesn’t feel dull. We did 4 nights with 3 full days and that was enough. The kids club seems better than other offerings in the area but you will need a nanny to attend with kids under 4. I did find the food a bit limiting especially with kids as the offering was pretty mediocre considering how fabulous the food in Bali is. I will say the standouts were the rotisserie meal at the Reef restaurant which was so great even though the actual restaurant isn’t that pleasant to be in. The sushi restaurant was pretty good for a hotel restaurant and they were very considerate of our loud kids. The buffet breakfast was well staffed and they even do balloon animals for the kids. It had a huge offering but I did think it was overpriced at $50aud per person, kids under 6 do eat free which for us made it better value.
Overall the hotel is good value for the cost and as far as huge hotels go, it’s gorgeous. The beach access is fantastic too.
