Our stay was beyond satisfying, everything was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out. The room was immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Special appreciation to Armi and Jaya from the housekeeping team for preparing the room so thoughtfully. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, especially from Mr. Dewa Pong and his concierge team, including Novi, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We were also deeply touched by the Pala Rooftop Bar team, who kindly celebrated our son’s birthday, and by the In-Room Dining staff who delivered a lovely birthday cake for him. The peaceful and relaxing atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable. We genuinely felt welcomed and well cared for in every way. 🤍

Absolutely wonderful!! The hotel environment is beautiful and peaceful, with elegant architecture and grand public spaces. The beach is stunning, and our room was quiet, spacious, and very comfortable. A special thanks to Wiwik for her warm and thoughtful service — she truly made us feel at home. The Apurva Kempinski is a Destination in Itself From the moment we arrived until the very last minute, The Apurva Kempinski Bali didn't just meet expectations—it shattered them. This isn't just a hotel; it's a monumental, self-contained destination, offering a level of luxury and service that truly makes it feel like heaven on earth. We never felt the need to leave the property, and frankly, why would we? The accommodation was the absolute pinnacle of our stay. The villas are massive, providing an incredible amount of space and privacy. Having our own private pool and a dedicated outdoor lounge area meant every moment felt exclusive and deeply relaxing. The rooms themselves are meticulously designed for comfort and elegance. We loved the natural view, the cold and AC rooms providing a perfect respite from the Bali heat, and the huge, comfortable, massive bed complimented by ample storage areas. The high-tech bathrooms were pristine and beautiful, feeling more like a private spa. They even include an outdoor kitchen-type area, which adds an extra layer of convenience and luxury. Plus, the little details were perfect: the mini fridge with free snacks and drinks and lots of complimentary water ensured we were always comfortable. The resort's amenities are equally impressive and designed for grand enjoyment. We spent hours by the two massive pools and even enjoyed the waterslides, proving the resort caters to every mood. There are plenty of lounge chairs to relax on. Getting around the sprawling property was effortless thanks to the ubiquitous golf buggy service, which quickly got us exactly where we needed to go. The resort's selection of amazing restaurants and bars and shops meant we had everything at our fingertips. The breakfast, particularly the hi tea at the villa lounge, was superb—a daily highlight we looked forward to. Beyond the main pools, the exclusive private beach and the option for beach soccer added an incredible, vibrant layer to the paradise setting. The true magic of the Kempinski, however, lies in its people. The staff were, without exaggeration, the kindest and funniest people I had ever met. Their genuine warmth, attentiveness, and delightful personalities elevated every interaction from service to an absolute pleasure. Their dedication to ensuring our stay was flawless made the entire experience divine. In summary, The Apurva Kempinski Bali is pure, unadulterated paradise. It’s an incredible, luxurious, high-service experience that is truly a destination in itself. 5/5 stars.

Luxury, Privacy, and World-Class Service From the moment you arrive at the main gate, The Apurva Kempinski Bali delivers an exclusive experience. Vehicles are checked, luggage is taken care of, and delivered straight to your room by the welcoming staff. The lobby is simply breathtaking—grand, artistic, and designed with an open-air concept where you can admire the ocean view while enjoying drinks or light bites. A Sjuman & Renanda grand piano adds a touch of elegance, while the staff greet you in traditional attire inspired by different regions of Indonesia (they wore Bugis costumes during my visit). For Moslem guests, food options require a little extra attention, but the Reef Restaurant Beach Club on the 1st floor is a great choice. Their menu clearly marks non-halal items, and the staff reassure you that preparation is separated, as some of their chefs are Muslim. 🌊 Overall, if you’re seeking luxury, privacy, and unforgettable service, The Apurva Kempinski Bali is a perfect indulgence.

A truly exceptional stay. The hotel is nothing short of amazing, from the stunning rooms to the beautifully maintained grounds.
