Evelyn and Elias were amazing. Evelyn took care of us every night for dinner and Elias at the pool area. Ignasio was a great butler for all our other needs. The food was great and the drinks too. We wish we had booked for longer. The room and swim out pool were fantastic.

Excellent service, beautiful hotel, great food and the drinks are nice.. an absolute fantastic experience!! Our Butler Ignacio was very attentive to all of our needs, and the staff are so great.. from Johanna, Christina, Stephanie, Gregory, Luis M., Ibelio and Samuel.. are excellent with the service!! I definitely recommend this hotel for a great Adults-Only experience!!

Beautiful location, rooms are nice and cool and beds are very comfortable. Food around the resort is good, it’s all inclusive so not the best but decent. We worked out but the gym is very limited I know it’s vacation but I still wanted to get a workout in and was disappointed by the gym set up. Staff is friendly and attentive. The event coordinators (such as Nicol) were very fun and kept the vibe going.

Not sure why this resort is 5 stars. Looks different in person and much smaller. Only 2 restaurants on the property. They offer early check-in on the website but nothing was available nor did they attempt to accommodate me during my wait time. Waited 5hrs in the lobby that had no AC, because they did not allow me to hang out by the pool or indoor bar area until my room was ready, they said they’d have to charge me extra. The food was indeed good for the most part even though the menus were very limited and repetitive. Not much options for breakfast. No open buffet area or all day eating place. Had to starve one day until dinner because I missed the lunch hours and the restaurant was closed until dinner. Pool area wasn’t so clean, lots of dead bugs in the pool. Towels had many stains. There’s no entertainment area. They hosted a game night and karaoke night all in the same lobby area where people are also trying to check-in and out. A very disorganized and low budget setup. I was so bored. Everyone looked bored to be honest. I could hear other guests making the same complaints. Drinks were very mediocre. Most of the staff were nice and friendly. This resort had a lot of false advertisement on the property. There’s no beach on property. They said there was a man-made beach but it was just water and rocks in a small area behind the pool. A very unpleasant view and looked much different from the photos online. Although the staff were very friendly and kind, they did frequently pressure you to go online and write a positive review.. very forced. As a frequent traveler, I’d rate this place 2 out of 5 stars. Considering the price point, I was extremely underwhelmed & feel mislead.There are many other resorts in Punta Cana that offer much more and cost less. I won’t be returning to TRS resorts. Disappointing experience.

It was our first time at this resort (August 2024), and I would say what makes a stay truly memorable is the people who ensure everything is up to par. For me, having a great experience with the staff is more important than just staying in a fancy, high-end room. We had a smooth arrival experience, from being acknowledged as soon as we arrived to the easy check-in process. Pool and Resort experience was excellent for us. Our room was nice, and we opted for an upgrade that included a pool. While the hallway and room could use some cosmetic touch-ups, they didn’t really affect our overall stay and experience. The room was clean and neat. Since we arrived on a Saturday, we got to enjoy a fun pool party, which added to the experience. The food at the resort was good and tasty. I had the pleasure of meeting my favorite staff member, Jhoanna, whose energy, beautiful smile, and hospitality were just amazing. We also took a day trip to the other TRS resort in Punta Cana, where we enjoyed the beautiful beach scenery and the Chic Cabaret show. Thank you everyone who made our stay very memorable!
