TRS resort was phenomenal. Our second stay here provided us more opportunity to explore the resort in different ways. Massages, hydrotherapy, premium experience with day beds on the beach and poolside. “Diana” at the pool side day beds provided us with exceptional service, remembered us and made us feel welcome and special. Jose at the pool side bar gave us amazing drinks and the hospitality was above our expectations. Victor our Butler provided us with a romantic evening where we ate dinner on the beach- all waitstaff was so friendly and helpful to treat us to a wonderful dinners.

This place is amazing. Our butler Francisco was top notch. Our servers Lenny, Luis P, and Jennifer was outstanding. Bartenders, transport drivers and front desk personnel are personable and kind. The experience of all the resorts were excellent and fun to explore. Beach was clean and activities were fun! I appreciated the sports center and mini golf ⛳️. We'll worth ever penny. Oh and the food in French restaurant was superb. Bring tums only because it's hard to stop eating all the delicious delights. Would definitely come back. Thanks you TRS for an unforgettable vacation!!!

This trip was the first time I have been to DR in a long time and I have to say that I am so glad that my family and I decided to come to this hotel for my first time coming back in a long time. The location is just beautiful all around, and we’ve made a lot of beautiful memories here. The service here has been wonderful and all the workers have been nothing but very friendly and helpful with anything my family and I needed. I want to specifically highlight the exceptional service of our butler Daihana. She has gone above and beyond to ensure that my family and I were comfortable and well taken care of at the resort. She has been a huge part of what made our stay overall so memorable. All in all, this resort has been amazing. I’ll be sure to book here again next time I come back to Punta Cana!

Sterling was the BEST!
TRS Turquesa is a FANTASTIC place! Dec 2024
We went to TRS for a week in December. It's an all adults resort, all inclusive. Our butler, Sterling, and his co-worker, Jean, were absolutely amazing!
They were there to help us with anything we needed including reservations, directions and, amazingly, helping when my phone got waterlogged and wouldn't charge.
Not only all that - they knew that it was for our anniversary, and set up a room with balloons and champagne to celebrate. How very thoughtful!
This trip wouldn't have been nearly as good without them!

The resort itself is beautiful and a the bartenders and service are great if you tip. I feel like tips were expected instead of tipping for good service. I don’t feel like i had good service unless i tipped. Our concierge was great, but unfortunately we couldn’t get into most of the restaurants we wanted because they were booked up too fast. Did not realize we had to make reservations for dinner the moment we showed up and out concierge did not suggest making early reservations. The bed was super firm and for my wife and i was uncomfortable. There were a couple good restaurants but overall the food was very lack luster. The drinks were very good as well
